We spent the time this week focusing on staff communication. Staff communication is one of the most important parts of any well run business. If the ideas, procedures and values of the company are not well stated , and easily understood , then the outcome you are looking for is little Morse than a hope and a dream. On the other hand , when the staff knows exactly what you want and expect , then they know how to carry out all sour wishes for an amazing experience for everyone. With optimal communication , it is truly a win win ;the customers ( patients ) are happy, the staff is happy & satisfied , and you get to have and live the life and practice of you dreamed of.
