Today we're talking about something that everyone has experienced, FOMO (Fear of Missing Out)! 

We'll go over 4 points to help deal with FOMO: 

  1. Be specific about what you are missing out
  2. Understand the trade-offs, the pros and cons of both options
  3.  Determine if the thing you are worried about missing out ladders up to your bigger goals or missing
  4. Understand that  everything in life is a tradeoff
