Qinisani Qwabe, also known as 'Dr Scruffie,' (born 12 August 1994) is a young and vibrant academic with a Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Sustainable Agriculture, and a double-master's degree in Agriculture and Organizational Leadership, respectively.  Among his friends and family; he is best known for his love for the education and is always appreciated for his contagious smile.  In 2020, Qinisani was listed among the Top 200 Young South Africans by the Mail & Guardian Media.

During his spare time, Qinisani is either working on a new project or is listening to either podcasts or talk radio. He also owns a little dog, Max, whom he loves dearly. Qinisani's vision is to see the HC_Podcast grow to its full potential in the next couple of years, while sharing conversations that are of value to society.
