Hi. Thank you so much for having me here, Deborah. 

I'm so excited to see you. This is the third time we've seen each other in a couple of months. 

Yeah. 

Thanks for joining me.

So I have lots of questions for you about your work and about the intersection between energy and specifically sonic energy and vibrational sound energy and the intersection between that and our wealth, our financial.

Ideas and capacity and all of that. And so we're gonna get into that today. But I just wanted to ask you just kind of take me back to where you transitioned from, you know, working for a company essentially to deciding to leave and pursue this avenue of creating programming that helps people understand and utilize sonic energy in relation to finances.

Absolutely. I would be happy to share my journey. So actually, my journey with sound healing started in 2021, and that time I was still working in corporate. So I was working at a FinTech company working from home, working long hours, trying to manage global teams that were in the us, the uk, in Asia. And I was burnt out and I was trying to find a solution or a way of.

Coping with what I was going through with all the work pressure, the deadlines. And managing different teams. And during that time, it was the beginning of 2021 is when I actually went for my first sound bath. So for any of the listeners on here who don't know what a sound bath is, a sound bath is basically a meditative experience where either you're lying down or you're in a comfortable position and you're allowing different sounds and different instruments like crystal singing bowls, gongs.

Chimes any other instruments that any type of practitioner may use in their session, but you're basically immersing yourself in these sounds to go through a meditative state where your body is relaxing and you are coming under. All of these beautiful sounds where you can actually allow your nervous system to reset and your body just to completely relax.

So in 2021, I went for my first session. I had no idea what I was going into. At that time, I didn't even know what a sound bath was, but I ended up dragging my sister along. I was like, Hey, let's go check this out. And we went and it was the most incredible experience that I had. I actually felt like I could a hundred percent fully relax.

Allow my mind to calm down. And I was like, you know, this is a beautiful experience. And so after that I really got interested in knowing more about sound, what sound healing really is the history behind it. And I felt that this is something I wanted to dig deeper into. And so for the rest of 2021. I decided that I wanted to start exploring sound for myself.

So after my long hours at work and spending time on the weekends, I would, you know, take part in certifications. Bought a bunch of different instruments and I was really just testing out sound for myself, and I found it incredible. I found it so soothing and relaxing. It was, it was an escape from work, but it allowed me to then come back into my body and to connect deeper to myself.

Then by the end of 2021, that's when I felt like I got a calling to leave my corporate job to pursue sound healing full-time. 

I love that so much. I have to tell you, it's, it's, we talked about this a little bit on when I was a guest on Roese podcast, which by the way is amazing. Um, but we talked about how.

My husband is a drummer, and so there's a lot of musical sounds and things happening in my house all the time, but sometimes I forget that we can use the sound vibrations to shift energy. We can actually choose specific vibrational energy and some frequencies to, to get a result. Like it can be less reactionary, more proactive.

So I love that you arrived at that just by like pulling on a, an intuition thread. And then that led you to being like, I have this idea for how to share this and actually leave this job. That's like crushing my soul. Yeah, 

a hundred percent. 

I love that. So that's intuition speaking up to you. So then what happened next?

Did you just decide, you know what, I'm gonna start looking into entrepreneurship or, 

yeah. So what ended up happening was I started, so like, um, in 2021 I started getting a couple of clients in. So. I was doing sound healing sessions virtually and in person where I was living in the UK at the time. Um, and I noticed, I was like, you know what?

I really enjoy what this is doing to other people, like bringing that change and that relaxation that people feel after a session. So. Towards the end of 2021, before I handed in my notice, I was kind of coming up with my own business plan and structure for how I would like to run this full time. But at that time, I was getting a lot of nerves, you know, work.

I was already in corporate for I think 12 plus years. So the idea and thought of leaving my corporate job was very scary. I was like, how am I gonna do this? What are people going to think? How am I going to manage this? And that's when all of my fears started coming up. And so it did take some time. I think it took a couple of months for me to fully, um, go in and make my decision because I was back and forth and I was looking at the pros and the cons and everything.

And then there was a moment in time where I was like, you know what? I have nothing to lose if I do this. And it is. If it's gonna be successful, great. If not, I can always go back to corporate. Like I'm not gonna lose out on anything. If anything, if I don't follow my dream and I don't follow what's being called, I'm gonna regret it if I don't do it.

So I made the jump. I handed in my notice and 

oh my God, 

I remember that call with my manager. At the time, I was really nervous. I was like, how do I explain to him that I'm leaving my job and I'm going to be pursuing something on my own? But as soon as I did it, it's like I felt this weight lift off of my shoulders.

Like as soon as I did that, I was like, you know, this is the right thing. Like I felt really good about it and I haven't looked back since. 

I love that so much, and I feel like that speaks to an element of entrepreneurship that is. I think foundational, I think it's core, but it's not something that we're taught as young people, which is listening to the feelings in our body.

Mm-hmm. 

Like alignment. Like a lot of times financial success is directly related to alignment, and that alignment is a feeling we have. 

Mm-hmm. 

And I think there is. There are some amazing tools that we can use like human design and certainly astrology and all these things to kind of figure out what kind of person am I?

Like what kind of cellular vibration do I have? Even experimenting with foods like certain foods light you up and you just feel like you could run 20 miles other foods make you pass out, right? That's vibrational, that's cellular, and I think we don just don't. Necessarily think about that as much. We get very cerebral about our businesses.

It's like, are we making sales? Are we, you know, getting the right numbers in our views on the social media? But it's like, how do you actually feel. 

Yeah, 

it's probably a greater variable that we should be giving way more attention to. Exactly. In terms of how we make decisions about our business, because a lot of times, if you're feeling it, if you're feeling on fire, that magnetism is what's what draws people to you.

It's what helps fill your programming. It's, it's what helps you make better decisions about how do I craft this thing I'm doing? So 

yeah, 

I love that you just have been following your intuition. So you describe yourself as a Sonic Wealth coach. 

Yeah, 

and I would love, just break that down for me. What does Sonic mean in the context of wealth creation?

Yeah, so the way that I see Sonic and Wealth when it comes together is around the sonic being your frequency and your vibration, and the vibration that you emit out to the world. Because everything around us is energy. Everything is vibrating. And so you have your high frequency, high vibrational elements, and then you have your low frequency, low vibrational, um, side.

And at any point in time, that is what determines your joy, your purpose, the clarity that you have in your life, the abundance that you're calling in. It impacts every single element. Of your day to day and your being. And so when it comes to sonic wealth, the way that I have gone about it on my own journey is using sound healing and frequency healing, to bring in abundance, to bring in wealth, and to help me find and tap into my inner wealth.

Because everything starts from within. And once you have mastered your inner self and you have connected to your inner self. Can that then project outwards and then impact the world around you? 

Yeah, a hundred percent. I love that. And it's interesting that you came from FinTech because yes, correct me if I'm wrong here, but were you exposed to large sums of money being transferred back and forth?

Like were you seeing all this money just being like moved around in the system by these huge corporations? 

Absolutely. So actually my career started in banking, so that's where I saw a load of the money. But then when I moved into the FinTech space, I was also then working through, I worked at a, uh, a crypto company for example.

So that was a large amount of money being transferred between institutions and then even when I worked. In wealth management, managing like high net worth portfolios for different types of clients and celebrities. So I did see a lot of money being moved over and you know, transferred. And that also made me realize and look at money and wealth from a different perspective because when you look at wealth and money as an as energy.

And how, what you attract, what is, what's going to be put out there. You can see money and wealth from a different perspective where it's not an external thing, but it's a mirror for what's happening within you. 

I love that. Let's, let's pause there and break it down. 'cause I think about this a lot. So when we say money, it's just energy.

'cause I work with a lot with my clients on approaching sales. 

Yeah. 

And I, I often try to push them out of the nest. Really soon I'll say like, yeah, let's get selling within the first month or two. And they're just like, I'm not ready. I'm not ready. It's such a feeling they have, it's a belief system. They believe they're not ready to ask for money in exchange for their work.

It's because their identity hasn't shifted yet into that CEO mindset. Mm. So I'm like, you're never gonna be more ready than right now when you are alive with creativity, alive with ideas lit up by your desire to serve. Like this is the energy of sales right here at the beginning of your journey. Let's go out there and see if anybody wants to buy from you.

But there's a big block there. Money is just energy. Yeah. What does that mean to you? 

So when it comes to money being energy, so when we start to look at money and wealth from the perspective that we live in an abundant world where we can have access to anything and everything and everything is at our fingertips.

But the only thing that's really blocking us is our mindset, our beliefs, our values, our attitude towards what we want to receive. So for example, like when it comes to money, there can be generational blocks coming in from parents, grandparents about how they viewed money. Um, you know, when it comes to hardship for example, some people might think, oh, I need to work really, really hard to achieve and to earn money.

And that could be something that was instilled in grandparents and that's been passed down. To you. So even if you want and you want to receive money and you want to achieve big things, that block can prevent you from actually going out and and receiving what is meant for you. The other thing when it comes to money is like, because money is energy.

It's everything is energy. So when we start to look at every single object, whether it's this desk here or ourselves, everything is vibrating and money also vibrates. So when you think about money and wealth from that perspective, when you're vibrating high and you are positive and you have this energy around you, where you are attracting and you are magnetic, it's going to come to you.

Yeah, absolutely. 

So, yeah, 

and I mean if it just, I mean, it goes all the way back to the source of creating the dollar bill or a mark to, we give it its value. Like we said, this is just a piece of paper or a coin or in crypto, it's what numbers a code blockchain. It's just we've created this container and said, this container holds value.

We all agree collectively that $1 is valued at this. Type of energetic value and then that floats, that changes the reason why the value of the dollar rises and falls. The value of the pound rises and falls is because it's based on collective valuation. 

Exactly. 

It's, it's like we are making it up. 

Yeah.

So I'd love to just like. Don't give it so much power. It's just like you said, it's no different than my cup of coffee or my own body. It's energetic. It's cellular, it's porous, it's vibrational, and it's being given whatever value we. Ascribe to it. So if you believe money is the root of all evil, or money doesn't fall from trees, or you know you gotta work hard to get money, all those staunch, very common beliefs, then that's what's true.

And then you have to deconstruct that if you want it to flow more fluidly. I believe that very much. Let's talk about how you use sound to help your clients break through some of those blocks. 

Yeah, absolutely. So with sound healing, you have different types of frequencies that can impact your body. So I work a lot with the chakra system and when it comes to any types of money blocks and any types of patterns that any of my clients, um, want to shift.

We look at the body, and I know we were talking earlier about how feeling things in the body is so important because how you feel dictates what actions you're gonna take and how you're gonna go about doing things. So with sound healing, I like to couple that up with looking and feeling in the body where.

You feel certain types of sensations or blocks or any type of feelings that are happening internally in the body. So combining that with sound healing. And I, uh, in particular love using crystal singing bowls, using my bowls as ways to tap into the body and to bring alignment into the body because every single cell in our body, every single body part is vibrating at different.

Levels and for us to come back into wholeness and come back into the, into completeness, which is who we are at our core, we need to bring that alignment back into our body. And once we are aligned, we are relaxed. We can then tap into what is innately our, so I use sound healing in combination with type different types of affirmations, activations, meditations, to really help my clients come back into the body, feel where there is any tension.

And then we work through that because different parts hold different meanings based off of different types of blocks that my clients may have. 

So amazing. It's true. You can heal entire organs. I mean, there's a lot of data and science around the way that sound shifts energy and how it moves through different substances.

Like there's a very famous study about the two glasses of water, right? Do you know about that? Where they speak negative terms to one glass of water and positive loving terms to another glass of water and And they changed in different, very different ways. 

Yeah. 

They use dye to illustrate it. It's mind blowing.

Like this is energy. Yeah. This is vibrational energy. 

Exactly. 

It's amazing that there's so much data out there also that that shows and illustrates like these vibrational patterns can help restore Exactly. Things to, like you said, to wholeness. So I'm wondering, could you take me inside a session if I were a client of yours?

Would I tell you my story and, and tell you what I'm dealing with that's blocking me in my business or in my relationship? 

Yeah. So a lot of the types of clients that I work with are entrepreneurs and coaches. Um, anyone that's kind of starting on their journey or have they have been, you know, you know, working for themselves for a while.

So I tend to work with more women, uh, women coaches. And generally when it comes to one of my sessions, it will depend on. The intention and outcome of what they want to achieve. So if one of my clients is looking to resolve any money blocks and to kind of tap into where the blocks are being held, I'll first learn more about them, kind of go through with them, their journey, um, what's coming up for them.

Then generally in my sessions, depending on which one they end up choosing, we'll, I'll go through a guided meditation to help them really connect back to themselves, connect back to their body. We'll use sound healing, so I'll use my crystal singing bowls, chimes any other instruments that I have that I feel would be necessary for their session.

We'll talk through a lot of the different things that do come up, and generally what happens is when you bring awareness to something, a block or any type of obstruction that's preventing you from achieving something, that awareness is all it really takes. To really shift. Of course, the sound helps to bring that awareness out and to bring that awareness to that person, which is why sound healing is amazing because it allows my clients to relax and to reset, and then that's where all the answers come.

So with my sessions, I like to lead by asking a lot of questions to help bring a lot of different prompts. Allow my clients to reflect on what's happening internally and through these questions we come up with a lot of different things. So I want the answers to come from them within, because I think when you come to that conclusion and you come up, um, when they come up with their own answers, it's a revelation that they feel and that's come from them.

So instead of me saying, oh, I think it might be this or this, I want the answers to come from my clients and I help them and guide them in that way so that those answers can come through. 

That's amazing. Yeah. I mean, and the best coaching is holding space for people to arrive at their own conclusion because that's gonna be the thing that actually helps them take the next step.

Like 

Exactly. 

It's prescriptive coaching does not work like as a long, long, long time coach. Actually, I would say in my early coaching days when I was totally green and had no experience. I was like following the playbook. Yeah. And I would ask all the questions and do all the things, but then at the end I, in my deep desire to help, I would be like, okay, this is what you need to do.

Because that would have been what worked for me. Right. But that doesn't ever, ever work telling somebody you need to do this. It doesn't work. It doesn't help what they need to conclude on their own. And I love like that there's a step for them to take that. Yeah. That the revelation. Lands kind of. Right, exactly.

It is about an inner knowing. Yeah. And I love this idea that the sound helps you literally feel where that tightness might be. Yes. And that if you question that, it starts to pull the threads in your brain of why did I wind up in this tight place? 

Yeah. 

And gives you insight into. How you're literally embodying the discomfort the block.

Yeah. And, and invites you to actually, the sound actually loosens it up, right? 

Mm-hmm. A hundred percent. And our bodies are always speaking to us, but if we block our bodies and we prevent ourselves from listening to our bodies, we're not gonna know what's happening with us. And it's such a huge part. So that's one of the things that I love talking to about my clients, like listening to your body.

It's interesting because that's something that I've learned on my journey through sound healing because when I worked in corporate, when I worked in a masculine dominated industry, I was never really in tune with my feminine energy and my body. And it's only until after I left that I really learned what that means and what that feels like.

And listening to your body, because your body come like tells you everything upfront before your mind can even conjure up what's happening. It's your body that's really telling you. And, um, speaking to you. 

Absolutely. And I love that you're approaching this through the sound lens. 'cause it really, it's, it's very similar to, I mean, my business coaching program is, I call it holistic business coaching because the, the scaffolding of a successful business to me begins by learning, by tuning into your body.

Yeah. 

And so the practices that we put in place are really about just quieting the mind at the beginning of, on, on Monday morning, on Tuesday morning. Five minutes every morning that you're just tuning into your body and listening because there's so much information there and then nourishing, filling your cup and your well before you go out and serve all day.

But I've, I've never incorporated sound, so I would love to hear, tell me a little bit about the singing bowl specifically. 

Yeah, absolutely. So the crystal singing bulls are made from 99.9%, uh, quartz crystal. They also, so you can get different types of crystal singing bowls. You can get frosted crystal singing bowls, which are generally more of like a white or a pale white color.

Um, and they are not as smooth as a normal crystal singing bowls. And then you can also get crystal singing bowls that have different types of gemstones and crystals infused in them. So you can get amethyst, you can get. Train and, and they all have different properties, so different types of crystals infused in crystal.

Singing bowls can then be used for different intentions and different purposes, just as how you can use crystals for manifestation and for protection and for different reasons. 

I love this. Do you know the origin of the crystal singing bowl? I don't know 

the origin, so. I know it's a relatively newer thing, so you do have like your Tibetan singing bowls 

are they made from copper.

So they are made generally from five different elements and it's, they're combined and those are probably the original. Singing bowls that were out there were used in Nepal and the Himalayas. Yeah. And that was what was used for the vibrational element and connecting back to yourself and used in different types of ceremonies and in temples.

And so with the crystal singing bowls, they were introduced in the eighties. So they're relatively newer compared to the the metal ones. 

Yeah, I think that's what's. Fun about this conversation is how we're connecting this to current modern day, you know, entrepreneurship. 

Yeah. 

Where, where could somebody encounter this kind of an everyday life without hiring a coach necessarily or going out and buying one and like immersing in it?

Yeah, so there's so many different ways. So when you think about frequency and music, you can always find, uh, clips and videos of singing crystal, singing balls on YouTube, on Spotify. Um, and those are great ways to kind of get an intro to what they sound like and what they feel like, um, and that that's the best place to start.

So I think any type of music when it's, when it's, um, you know, curated and it's, it's, has an intention for healing and connection, it's a great place to start to get a feel for it. And then also, of course, whenever there are local sound bats where you wanna get the live experience. Um, I think there's so many more sound healing sessions that are popping up around the world really.

And, you know, especially if you live in a, in a larger city, it's quite accessible. 

Yeah. So for somebody who is thinking about moving from just survival mode into really trying to thrive in their business, like a lot of the, the women that I work with are heart led entrepreneurs. They're mission driven.

They care deeply about whatever it is they do, and. They're, they're in service mode, right? They're really here to help people get better and have a transformation, have a, an aha in their day. And so they're very driven to serve their clients, but they don't necessarily have. Clarity on their own pathway for marketing their business and or selling their business.

Like a lot of what I do with my clients is helping them build audiences so that it's, and creating these ongoing narratives and conversations and storytelling so that it's really easy to just say, oh, and by the way, I'm selling this thing. It's not this big heavy, like, you know, weight on them about selling because there is a block around.

There seems to be a block with a lot of people who are kind of in the healing. Mm-hmm. And service based modalities where they don't wanna charge their clients for their healing work. They don't wanna charge their clients for their service, they just want them to get the transformation like they're driven by.

The end result, not the money. 

Yeah. 

But they need to make money for them to thrive. And so a lot of my clients go from kind of being in this like hustle mode and I help them build foundational operations so they can show up and do these daily needle moving tasks. But I encounter a lot this mindset block around money.

So what would you say to somebody who is in that process of. Stepping in, right? They're saying, you know what, I'm gonna invest some time. I'm gonna invest some money. I'm gonna build something sustainable. And something that's gonna be a legacy business, I'm willing to put the time and the energy in.

Mm-hmm. But they have that blocker on money. What would, what would be their first step from the point of view of sound healing? 

Yeah, so this is something a lot, a lot of my clients I have worked with come to me for in exactly the same question that you're asking. They've started to build a business that is heart led.

It is. It's something that they want to bring change and service to other people. But then that block comes about, okay, how do I charge for this? I don't feel comfortable charging for this because I'm helping people and you know, I shouldn't have to charge because I'm offering a service that they're, you know, whether it's for their health or for their healing.

And they feel a bit of that constriction come through. And the way that I like to approach this is around why that block is coming up. So I always like to look at the why behind what they're saying. And so generally when it comes to this money block, I know in the spiritual community there is this block about you shouldn't be charging too much or you should have your services for free if you're offering a spiritual service or a healing service.

And I think that's something that does get into people's head when they are starting on this journey. And the way that I like to position it is around. When we see money as energy, energy needs to flow. So you need to receive and you need to also give, and there needs to be this dance and this symphony as I like to call it, between giving and receiving.

So if you are offering a service that's helping other people, but you are not receiving something that balances there is going to be this imbalance. And that's gonna be not just with yourself, but that's an imbalance that's being projected into the world. And so we want to have this consistent balance between giving and receiving, and that's the only way we're going to really bring change into this world.

And so from that energetic perspective, when we start to recognize that when we charge for our services, we are also then allowing this free flow of energy to come and go in our lives. And it just brings that flow in. And the other thing that I like to also speak to my clients about and kind of coach them on this element is around the value that you're bringing.

Because when you embark on a coaching or a spiritual healing. Service that you want to give out to the world, you go through certifications. You have to go through the teachings and the learnings behind what you're offering. And that is a lot of time, that is a lot of energy that you're pouring into to develop what you are creating.

And so you have to also remember that all of that does account for something. And so through a session that you're gonna be offering, if you're gonna be offering it for free. There's all of this work that you've done to learn what you have learned that you're not really incorporating into your session because you're just saying, I'm gonna offer this for free, and then they're gonna benefit and.

Generally, from my experience, offering free services yes, is a great thing and there's a time and place for that. But it also comes down to how you're valued, as I was mentioning. So offering a free session or a free service to help people, the likelihood of someone not fully appreciating the value that you've put into that you know can really impact also what kind of services you offer later on.

I, I'm gonna just double down on that and for the listeners, I wanna tell you guys, ladies, I have, can't tell you the number of times I have said to a friend, a colleague, a person I meet, a stranger. I had love to have you inside this program. If it's, if finances are the block for you, I'm happy to give you a scholarship and or, you know, work out some type of a, a situation where you can afford to do this.

And every single time I run a group container, I hold open one or two spots for people who can come in for free. 

Mm-hmm. 

And guess what? The people who don't invest money and don't have skin in the game, don't do the work because they feel no value exchange. 

Exactly. 

So here I am trying to help them by giving them the free entry into this like thousand dollar container where they can, you know, have transformational experiences and they don't show up 'cause they didn't pay for it.

And so since they don't have value in the game. In any way, shape or form, they don't, they don't actually feel the importance of it. They don't feel the, the weight of it. They, there's no stakes. So I really do believe healers, especially spiritual, you know, transformational coaches and wellness providers and health coaches, it's so important that you charge for your work because not only do you need to be sustaining, you know, your business and have a, a wonderful, safe, healthy lifestyle, but also your client's not gonna show up and take it seriously.

Exactly. 

They won't. Uh, so I love this so much. Well, I have to ask you, what's a mindset shift that you had around finances that that has changed the way that you're showing up, and how could somebody start to work towards that? 

Okay, so the mindset shift that I've had, so I guess coming from me working in corporate to me then becoming an entrepreneur and starting my own business came around, especially as a woman around time.

Time management and how I see time and energy in my business. So, you know, working in corporate, I was working nine to six, nine to seven, you know, sometimes odd hours. And then coming into my business, it was a bit difficult coming in and trying to set different times and different hours for how I should be running my business.

And I didn't really know how to look at my own energy and feel into my own energy about my own working hours. So, for example, as women, uh, you know, being cyclical beings and we're all cyclical, but for women, we have our, we have our cycles and when, one of the things that I learned and that helped shift the way that I work is using where I am in my cycle on a week to week basis and basing my business and the hours that I work and the energy that I'm pouring into my business and cre in creation off of how I'm feeling on a specific day as opposed to working set hours.

And that's something that's really changed how I work and how I view everything. 

Honestly, so good. That is a beautiful answer. Thank you so much for saying it. Welcoming and ushering in the divine feminine in our business world often is the practice of doing less. It's so crazy, but we have been conditioned and literally programmed through a masculine point of view on how to run business that we have to deprogram ourselves from that in order to create spaciousness and and allow for this flow.

Wild. And I love that you said that because when we are on our cycle and in those moments when we're completely inflamed and physically in discomfort, that is not a moment to force yourself to go do the hard thing. I mean, there's always gonna be times in entrepreneurship where you have to do something difficult.

I mean, every single day I would say nothing grows in your comfort zone. So we're always stepping outside our comfort zone and saying, let me try something new. Let me take a risk. But honoring your body as a temple. As a core value is something that let's, let's bring that into this world of entrepreneurship for women and start to normalize following our body's intense messaging.

Like let's just normalize following your cycle, normalize, honoring your body as a temple. 

Yeah. 

I love that. Roshni, thank you so much for sharing that. 

No problem. And I think one thing I would like to add to that is just for our listeners today, not to feel guilty when you have those moments where you can't.

Pour into the work that you're doing because of how you're feeling or if your energy is low, and just allowing not that guilt to get in the way, because that also then impacts how your, how productive you're gonna be when you actually do have the energy. 

Hallelujah. A woman, do not guilt yourself into a low vibration.

Yeah, exactly. 

It's interesting that you said that because I've been looking at the vibrational energy chart a lot in terms of frequencies for sales, right? So you wanna be selling from joy from. You know, a high level, high vibe, and you can easily shift yourself up the rungs of the ladder one step at a time.

But a lot of times we, we diminish our vibrational energy by allowing these feelings of guilt for not being, you know, enough for not being as. We compare ourselves using the internet, right? We look at other creators and other entrepreneurs and we say, oh, she's a millionaire. Or She's got 30,000 followers and I only have five, or whatever.

We just compare ourselves. 

Yeah. 

And we allow comparisonitis to make us feel shameful feelings like we're not enough and guilt feelings, like we're not enough. And those are actual really low vibrational frequencies. Mm-hmm. And so. Number one, awareness and then potentially using sound music, vibrational tools like you have with your clients and other energetic things that uplift you to raise that vibration, right start to practice.

Not all, not feeling bad. 

Exactly 

about things that are just normal, everyday parts of doing business. Yeah. You can't do everything. 

Exactly. You really can't. And I think when you start to compare yourself with other people, you then benchmark yourself against what their, what their goals are and what their vision is, which may be completely different to what your purpose is, what your vision is.

And so the way I like to see it is if you can just compare yourself to yourself. You see how you're improving day to day, and as long as you're doing one thing that's allowing you to grow each and every single day, that will become an exponential growth over time because then your capacity to do more will increase because you're doing it based off of what you believe and what you believe.

Is going to work for you, which is gonna be so different from everyone else. 

Yes. Yes, yes, yes, yes. Stay true to yourself. I love it so much. So what, what is going on in your world that we can, how can we find you? How can we work with you? What? Do you have any upcoming events that we can attend?
