Cynthia Christensen of But First We Brunch is a lifelong passionate cook who has turned her love of food into a career. She trained in James Beard nominated bakeries and alongside multi-James Beard finalist chefs like Chef David Viana and butchers in both restaurants and private chef environments. A two-time Burger Bash Champion at the New York City Wine and Food Festival, Cynthia is a frequent live guest on local New York City morning shows such as New York Living on WPIX 11, where she shares new and exciting breakfast and brunch recipes.
