What if your chronic symptoms aren't the problem, but the way you've been trying to heal is in this episode, I'm taking you behind the scenes of the Body Reset. It's a step by step healing framework that's helping women to finally stop chasing healing and start creating it. So if you've ever felt like you're doing everything right, but you're still not getting better, then this episode is for you. So you've probably tried all the right things. You've tried diet, you've tried yoga, you have tried sauna, you have tried supplements and maybe even therapy, but still feel like you're struggling and stuck in a vicious cycle of recurring and chronic symptoms. What if the problem isn't you or your body? What if it's the approach that you've been taught to follow? 

And in this episode, I am actually taking you behind the scenes as why so many women remain stuck, and how this body wise reset approach is so different. So I did not create the body wise reset as just another wellness program. I created it because I had to. About a decade ago, I nearly lost my daughter to a drug given to manage her severe eczema. It was one of the most, most difficult times in our life as a family. And if you are a parent, you can completely understand you know what it is to even think of being in a situation like that. And what was supposed to help her almost took everything away from us. I have spoken about it to, you know, in the very first episode and that moment actually cracked me open. I mean, that was the turning point because it led me to question everything I knew until that point, it led me to question the path that we were following, the medications that we were giving her, the, you know, approach that we had taken and everything related to even our own bodies, because we are taught not to even look at our own bodies as even a way of, uh, even as a guide or anything for that matter. Everything is external. And it was the beginning of a deep transformation, and not just in how I supported her and eventually took her off all these medications. But also I began to guide other women as I became a health coach. In the process, who and these women had been dismissed are misdiagnosed or told that it's all in their head and just to live with it. That's also very common, especially when it comes to women. 

It took me a long time to reach there, actually. I mean, I literally stumbled across functional medicine, which is all about the science of and it's a it's a approach that we take where we find and address the root cause of disease. That's what functional medicine is all about. And, you know, blend of health coaching where we where I also teach how to make those changes sustainable changes, behavioral changes, maintain our motivation. So all this is a beautiful blend that helps the women that I work with to stay on track. 

And the body wise reset is an embodiment of that particular path that I started following all those years ago. So it's not about more protocols. It's not about more supplements or about perfection. It's about stripping away the noise. It's about simplifying what really works, and it's about helping to you to reconnect with your the wisdom that is already there within your body. Make no mistake about your about that your body already knows how to heal. You've just not been taught how to listen to it because healing should also not feel like a full time job. It should amplify your life, not complicated. And that's the mission. One woman at a time. That's the mission I have embarked on. Because when we heal ourselves as women, we create a ripple effect and we create a ripple effect not only in our family, but eventually our community and, yes, even the world. That's how women are the we are the primary caregivers. We carry the emotional burden. Uh, you know, we are the center of our families, right? And then we can and that is a ripple effect that definitely has a bearing on the entire planet. Because if you are like many other women, you may wake up feeling tired even after eight hours of sleep. And it's not just fatigue, it's this deep exhaustion that is in your bones that doesn't seem to really go away. Your digestion may be all over the place bloating, constipation, and even a sudden urge to go to the bathroom. And you don't know what foods can, you know, sort of suddenly triggers it. You may feel inflamed or puffy and your joints ache in the morning and nothing has changed. You have not changed anything. And suddenly you wake up, you know, with this kind of aches and pains and you're all anxious and on edge and you don't know why you have this brain fog. Maybe you forget where you've kept stuff and your body feels unpredictable. One day you're fine, and the next day you're in pain or completely wiped out and you have no idea. And it's completely messing with your life. 

The real problem is not your symptoms. Actually, you've been. It's your body has been trying to talk to you, but you don't really know how to listen. You've never been taught how to, and you've been told. On top of that, you've been told that you have fatigue, bloating, anxiety, flare ups are just random. Something to just manage with another pill. You know, just medicate them. Or maybe another protocol, or maybe just avoid them and ignore them. But those symptoms, they are not the issue. They are the signals. They are the signals that your body is sending you every single day. Signs that your body is overwhelmed, that your nervous system may be stuck in survival mode, that your gut hormones immune system are out of sync, out of sync with your life, out of sync, maybe with the rhythm of nature, but something hasn't really been addressed. And maybe it's the stress that you have been carrying all those years. Women especially, uh, you know, deal with a lot of stress. The stress might be physiological, the stress might be emotional. They may be trauma. They are the ones who are typically put down or look down on. 

So women carry a lot of this extra burden that men may or may not have to carry. So it may be the inflammation that has been simmering for a while. It's the emotional weight that you have carried on behalf of your family member. Or maybe it's you. But at its core, the real problem is disconnection. Disconnection from your body, from your intuition, and from the support that you need to heal. And when you finally reconnect, when you finally find a way to do that, that's when your real healing begins. So you've probably tried all the rigid protocols you've cut out gluten, dairy, soy, uh, corn, uh, maybe nightshades. And, you know, these are important, but often these are not enough. And you follow the anti-inflammatory diets, healing protocols, maybe therapies like sauna, infrared ice baths, but nothing feels consistent. And nothing feels like you. 

And you've invested in the best supplements. You've filled your shelves with adaptogens, probiotics, omegas, powders, and still you wake up exhausted. Your gut is unpredictable, and you're wondering if you're missing something. I mean, there's so many women that I talk to that I work with who are, you know, who feel like this all the time. I mean, I have I have had clients come to me after working with 2 or 3 other functional practitioners, medicine practitioners. They've given them a laundry list of supplements, a list of 2 or 3 tests, expensive tests to do. And again, don't get me wrong, supplements are useful, but only up to a point. And that's, you know, and the focus should not be on that right at the beginning. 

 we need to lay a lot of the groundwork. We need to make it simple. We need to make it simplify the whole process. We need to focus on what will actually work right. And for that we need a framework. And you've seen the specialist, you've done the labs, you've taken the prescriptions. And each time maybe you've got a new label, a new diagnosis, a different angle. But no one gave you a roadmap and considered your entire story your entire life. And so you've probably ended up feeling like a diagnosis or being treated like a diagnosis, not as a person. In functional medicine, we have a saying that treat the person, not the disease, right? That's and it's usually the reverse. 

So you weren't out trying to bio hack your way into wellness. You've meditated, you've journal, you know, and still you feel like your body is somehow not cooperating. And you've blamed yourself because maybe you think that healing is not really for you, it's not going to really work for you. And maybe you've sort of given up hope along the way. But here's what no one's telling you. The real issue isn't a lack of effort. It's a lack of connection, clarity, and a sustainable plan. You need to know what to do first, what to do second, what to do third, and what will, you know, sustain in the long run. So instead of chasing the next protocol or supplement, I invite you to start by reconnecting with your body today. Learn to tune in into your symptoms, not as problems to fix. Mind you, I don't want you to. From today onwards, I don't want you to think of your symptoms as problems or your body as broken. I want you to understand these, that your symptoms are messages that you need to start understanding. You know, learning to understand your body is not broken. It's communicating. 

So instead of overhauling or changing your entire life overnight, simplify your healing. Create a personalized wellness rhythm, or a plan or a routine that feels doable, that feels manageable and sustainable. One that respects the energy that you have right now. One that takes care of the environment that you are in. The support system that you have. So small, intentional changes that will take you further than any other, you know, without burnout. So instead of starting over every time you hit a roadblock, learn to sustain your progress with the small steps by, you know, celebrating every small win. And this is how you build healing into your daily life. You build it through the gentle routines and compassionate mindset. You don't blame yourself. You don't shame yourself. That's not how healing can actually take place. And this is how you also stop swinging between all or nothing, thinking that, you know, either I will do this, or 100% or nothing in between. And because you don't need more willpower, you need a healing approach that honors your story, your life, your energy, your support system, the wisdom that you have.  it's a small, intimate, uh, safe container for women to gather together and start healing the way they were meant to. So if you're wondering right now where to start, let me give you something simple you can do right now that could shift everything. 

So this is a three minute body scan ritual that you can do tonight before bed. No fancy tools required, no apps, just you and your body. So you can practice this right now. Literally take a couple of minutes. I want you to close your eyes. Take a couple of breaths. It'll just slow down your breathing. Once you have taken these breaths, I want you to start at your head. Right. So start the body scan on your head and slowly keep going down to your feet. That means you start at the top of your head. It's like a spotlight which is on your head, and everything is in darkness. You can. If it helps you to visualize that, then it goes down. It comes down to your face, it goes down to your jawline. And every time it goes down your body, you feel your body relaxing and relax a bit more and more. And you can do this by lying down, of course, and your neck and your shoulders and down your arms, hands, fingers, upper back, chest and you feel this warm glow coming down. It's like a body scan, but with a warm glow with a relaxing glow and coming down your abs. Lower back. Hips. Thighs. Knees. You keep going down further. Legs. Ankle. Feet. Toes. Now your entire body. You have sort of scanned. And as you do that, you can do this yourself. These are the three questions I want you to ask yourself. Where am I holding tension? Where am I holding tension? What feels heavy or stuck and what feels calm or clear? That's it. So these are the three questions that you answer while you do this. Tonight before bed. Where am I holding tension? What feels heavy or stuck? What feels calm or clear? You can come back to the sound of my voice. You can open your eyes. If you had close to your eyes. 

But you don't try to fix anything. You just notice this one. Practice trains your brain to stop seeing your body as a problem and start seeing it as a partner. And if you can do this consistently, you can begin to trust your body again. And that's where the magic begins. It's simple. It's powerful. It's the very first thing I'm going to teach inside this program. It's not because it's not about reversal of symptoms. Most women with chronic symptoms feel like they're constantly fighting their bodies. 

But you can't heal a body that you don't feel safe in. And this is not. This is not something that people talk about. And this three minute body scan. It's not just about noticing where you are, where there's tension, or whether it's calm and clear. It's about rebuilding the bridge between you and your body, right one moment at a time. That's what this body scan is designed to do. It's simple, but it's very powerful. Don't underestimate the power of simple and such simple and elegant practices. Because what happens is, when you slow down enough to listen, you start to feel something deeper than discomfort. You start to feel the trust that you have with your body. And trust is the foundation for every sustainable healing journey. And you want to get well and you want to stay well. That's the thing, right? 

You just don't want to be stuck in this vicious cycle of getting better then, you know, falling back and, you know, sort of this in this roller coaster.
