What if the exhaustion you feel isn’t from doing too little — but from trying to become someone you were never meant to be?
If you’re living with chronic symptoms, navigating protocol fatigue, or quietly doubting your body, you may be stuck in the cycle of adding more — more tracking, more supplements, more discipline — hoping that the next layer of effort will finally make it click.
And yet, something still feels off.
Trying harder hasn’t worked — not because you lack willpower, but because healing was never meant to be a performance.
In this episode, Anindita shares a vulnerable behind-the-build moment as she steps into a larger founder role — and the unexpected realization that growth isn’t addition. It’s removal.
Effortless Healing™ isn’t about optimizing yourself into worthiness.
It’s about peeling back the pressure and listening again.
BY THE TIME YOU FINISH LISTENING, YOU’LL DISCOVER:
- Why courage comes first — and confidence follows, not the other way around
- How “removal,” not addition, can shift your relationship with your body
- A compassionate reframe for feeling stuck between who you are and who you’re becoming
- Why most wellness tools unintentionally increase pressure — and what safety-first healing looks like instead
- What it really means to join something while it’s still taking shape
You are not broken — and you were never meant to hustle your way into belonging.
Let this episode be a quiet reminder: healing becomes steadier when you stop adding and start listening.
If you’ve been trying to “fix” your symptoms with more diets, more supplements, or more willpower… pause.
Your body is already speaking. You may just need a gentler way to listen.
If this episode felt like it was speaking directly to where you are… not ahead of you, not behind you, but right here in the middle of your own becoming…
The Effortless Healing Companion is a gentle, body-led space I built for women who are tired of being told what to do — but don't want to heal alone.
The next cohort opens August 3rd.
The Companion was built for this quiet work. The peeling back. The listening. The allowing.

Four days ago, I wrote the words. It's going to take more hard work than I realized. And then I stopped because I heard it. This wasn't a real strategy. This was the old story. The one that says nothing worth having comes without a huge amount of effort, that belonging must be earned at all costs. And that worthiness is a credential, not a birthright. Welcome to Embrace Your Healing Journey, a podcast for women with autoimmune and other chronic conditions to help them navigate their illness without fear of isolation and uncertainty, and find relief from their symptoms. Your body is your guide and ally in healing. If you're ready to embrace this journey with compassion and awareness, then this show is for you. During retail, as I, a Functional medicine Certified Health coach, deliver tips and insights that demystify the healing process, guiding you towards the relief you deserve so that you can feel healthy and happy once more. Um. I've been doing shadow work every morning the past week, 7 a.m. 15 minutes or so. Just me, a few prompts and I made space for whatever wanted to come up. I have actually been doing this on off and on for years, but felt the need to do it recently again as I step into a much bigger role as a founder and an architect of a movement. And what surfaced was this that I had been covering myself hiding for a very long time, that I'd kept myself small, that I wouldn't so that I wouldn't take up much space and not be visible and not really attract any kind of criticism. And yesterday I remembered something that the famous Michelangelo had said about how he created David from a marble block. He said the sculpture already existed inside the marble. His job was simply to remove everything that wasn't David. As for me, for years I thought great growth and scaling meant adding adding confidence, adding credentials, adding certainty before moving so that I did not, as I said, attract criticism, etc. this week taught me the opposite. The work isn't actually additions, it's removal. Removing stays small to belong. Removing. Earn your worth. True. Through proving. Removing. Who am I want to want this? That was never me. That was the marble dust. And on day one of this shadow practice, the huge vision I have created for myself felt unreachable. But by day four, it felt inevitable. Not because anything external had changed, not because the plan had gotten clearer, cleaner, or the proof arrived magically. But because I stopped arguing with it. I stopped needing it to feel comfortable before I moved towards it. I stopped waiting to have everything in place before I began. And I finally live something I've been writing for months and coaching women towards since 2016. Courage comes first. Confidence is the reward that follows, not the other way around. Here's the thing. This removal work, this quiet, and this very unglamorous peeling back of what was never really you. This is what I built the effortless healing companion for, not for me, but for the women have sat with for almost ten years. The ones who have tried every protocol, followed every plan, and still felt like they were fighting themselves. Most wellness tools add more. More tracking, more structure, more things to do right. The companion does the opposite. It creates space to hear what's already there, to notice what you have been carrying that was never yours to carry, and to remove what's been covering the part of you that already knows how to heal. I built it because I kept watching the intelligent, committed women exhaust themselves trying to become someone they already were. This is what I actually mean when I call this the founding cohort. Not that you are joining something finished, but that you're joining someone mid leap. I am not waiting until it's polished to invite you in. I'm building the runway while I learn how to fly. The women who join first won't be part of something exclusive because of price or access. They'll be a part of something rare because of the unique timing, because they were here while the shape was still emerging. I have spent almost ten years holding space for other women's becoming what's new, and what this week made undeniable is that I am now allowing my own. I am not performing readiness, I'm actually inhabiting it. That's the build right now. And if something in you recognizes this or resonates with this, this being in the middle of your own becoming, that's exactly who this was made for. Applications closed March 16th. The cohort begins March 20th. If you know this is yours, the link below will take you to enrollment. If you're unsure, write to me first. I'm happy to talk you through and in return.
