Dr. Alexander Millkey

 Dr. Millkey is a licensed psychologist and certified forensic evaluator in Oregon. He earned his doctorate from Pacific University and completed his internship at Mendota Mental Health Institute and postdoctoral residency at the Oregon Department of Corrections, where he coordinated mental health assessments at Coffee Creek. He later worked as a consulting forensic psychologist at the Oregon State Hospital, conducting risk assessments and helping implement risk management strategies. He has presented nationally and internationally on topics including malingering, intellectual disability, and risk assessment. Dr. Millkey is faculty for the Oregon Forensic Evaluation Training Program and has trained professionals on report writing, expert testimony, and mental state evaluations.

Dr. Michelle Guyton

Dr. Michelle Guyton is a licensed psychologist and certified forensic evaluator in Oregon. She holds degrees from Sam Houston State University and the University of Utah and is one of five board-certified forensic psychologists in the state—the first woman to earn the distinction. Dr. Guyton spent a decade at Pacific University as a professor and director of the forensic track, presenting and publishing in areas like violence risk assessment and inmate adjustment. She has provided treatment and assessment for inmates with serious mental illness and currently directs the Oregon Forensic Evaluator Training Program. She also oversees postdoctoral and practicum training at NWFI. Dr. Guyton conducts criminal and civil forensic evaluations, including fitness to proceed, criminal responsibility, risk assessments, IMEs, and fitness-for-duty. She regularly provides training and consultation to attorneys, psychologists, and justice professionals.
