Darla Burns Cornett: Taking a difficult and honest look at her relationship with alcohol.

Alcoholism is a label that has interesting connotations. For a busy mom, wife and entrepreneur, who has time for everything that comes with that label...but too soon, Darla Burns Cornett realized that if she didn't take on that label, everything was going to fall apart. So she took a hard, honest look at her life, her values, and what she wanted for herself and her family, and made a huge change!
In this honest and challenge episode, we discuss the courage it takes to make huge changes that are very uncomfortable at first, the resources necessary to make those big changes, and the allowances we need to make for ourselves to be able to find the brighter side.
