Episode 101:SPECIAL EDITION: Habits 180 kick off
Looking to make some changes in your life? Want some accountability? Habits 180 is a free program created by a normal person like you who wanted to make a few changes. It launches on November 1, 2020 and will go for 180 days. Basically you pick 1 thing a month that you commit to doing every day for 30 days. (For example: her first is to exercise every day for at least 30 minutes.) Then the following month, hopefully that's a new habit, you keep doing that, and pick up one more new thing.
