Dancing in the Discomfort Zone with Anne Bonney
Let's face it, life is uncomfortable. Whether it's interacting with other humans (or trying to), going after our goals and improving our lives, or understanding other people's perspectives, preferences and proclivities, being able to face the discomforts in life with courage, compassion, confidence and resilience will make life a lot more enjoyable! So join me as we DANCE IN THE DISCOMFORT ZONE! We'll explore new ideas, learn how to build our confidence, courage and resilience, and laugh a little too, because life is serious enough. We need a little cha cha, and a little ha ha every once in a while! Welcome to the Discomfort Zone with Anne Bonney!

Episode 122: Habits 180 February Update
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
We've been checking in monthly with Heather Hudson, who started a project in November to make slow habit changes over time for 6 months. She called it Habits 180 and invited people to join her, for accountability and cheerleading! Everything was going along smoothly with her monthly habits, but February was a different story! In this episode, Heather talks about
- How after 3 days, she dropped that new habit like a...well, like a bad habit.
- How she didn't feel too great about it
- How she's regrouping and taking this opportunity to learn about herself so she can influence her own personal development more effectively going forward
Enjoy, and I look forward to catching up with Heather again at the beginning of April to see how it's going.
Here's the Mel Robbins, 5 Second Rule book I mentioned.
If you want to join in Habits 180 (it's not a business or a pyramid scheme or anything. Just nice people cheering each other on.) hit her Facebook page.
