Journey To The Soul

Human Design, Astrology, Numerology… and Coming Home to Me

Jacenda Villa

Have you ever felt like you're living someone else's life? That somewhere along the way, you lost touch with who you truly are at your core?

The journey back to our authentic selves is perhaps the most profound work we can undertake. As children, we naturally embody our true essence – but slowly, through conditioning from parents, teachers, society, and culture, we adopt layers that aren't truly ours. We forget who we are.

In this deeply personal episode, I share the transformative tools that helped me rediscover my authentic self after years of operating in ways that depleted rather than energized me. From Human Design's revelation that I'm a Manifesting Generator with a 1/3 profile (explaining my need for variety and learning through experience) to astrology's insights about my 12th house placements and North Node journey, these systems validated aspects of myself I'd always felt but never fully honored.

Perhaps most profound was discovering my Life Path 33/6 in numerology – the Master Teacher and Healer – exactly when I was contemplating leaving real estate to pursue more meaningful work. The synchronicity was undeniable.

What makes these wisdom systems so powerful isn't just their accuracy, but how they give us permission to embrace our natural tendencies rather than fighting against them. When multiple systems point to the same truth about who you are, it becomes increasingly difficult to deny your authentic nature.

The beauty of self-discovery is that it's a continual evolution. The version of myself I embody today feels more authentic than ever before, yet I know in a few years, I'll have grown into an even truer expression of my essence.

Whether Human Design, astrology, numerology or something else entirely resonates with you, I encourage you to explore these pathways with curiosity. The world desperately needs your unique gifts – but more importantly, you deserve to live as the person you were always meant to be.

Speaker 1:

Hello, my loves, welcome to this week's episode. I hope you are all having a beautiful start to your week, wherever you are tuning in from. This week I wanted to talk a little bit about. I wanted to talk a little bit about how we can come to have a better understanding of ourselves, and I feel like this is something that happens at some time or another in our lives when we start going through an evolution, an awakening, which I feel like is a lot of the world right now, and at some point we just want to know who we really are, or we have that desire of trying to understand who we are, and we can gravitate towards certain things to try to understand certain aspects of ourselves. And I wanted to share with you the journey that I've been on with this and what I have learned and leaned on on my path to do that, on my path to know who I really am as a soul. And I feel like this is super imperative for all of us to do at some point in our lives, because we come here to live the life that was intended for us, for us to step fully into our highest evolution frequency. You know who we were meant to be. You know who we were meant to be. There is no one in this life who is you and who has your gifts and who has the desires and the wants to create whatever it is that you want to create, and you have your unique way of being, and I think that a lot of people, right now especially, are just getting tired with certain things, tired of feeling like they have to be a certain person or do things the way that they've always done. Maybe it's not fulfilling for them in their life anymore. Maybe it worked at some point, but now it's just not really doing it for them, and I think that a lot of people are walking this path right now of wanting to better understand themselves. And I want to share my journey with that and the things that I've used, because I feel like it could be something that could perhaps help one or two of you, or however many that may be listening, because I do talk about some of these things in certain podcast episodes. So if you've been listening to the podcast, then you know that some of these things are not new conversations that we have, but I do want to highlight them because I didn't just fall into learning these things.

Speaker 1:

They came into my life, I feel at a very divine time, and to help me lean into certain aspects of myself that I always felt like I had or I was innately but didn't allow myself to fully express them or lean into those aspects of me. I feel like it's one of the most important things that we can do for ourselves, because when we come into this life, we already know who we are. But as we go through our life and you know how we were taught certain things our parents, our community, the world around us we slowly started forming into the way that we felt like we needed to be. It's like when we're children, and when you look at a child, you can see who they are so clearly in the way they talk, in the way they carry themselves right, and over time we lose that connection to those parts of ourselves which are again. Those are our superpowers, those are our innate way of being, and perhaps we were told that it was an okay to be a certain way or to speak a certain way, or for you to do things the way that felt good to you, but it wasn't accepted. The list is endless.

Speaker 1:

We're told from a very young age to not do a lot of things, and that, of course, is something that is done with good reason or with good intentions, because our parents or our caregivers just wanted to keep us safe when we're in school. The teachers you know most of them had our best interest at heart. But we just lose that connection with our true being. We forget who we are being, we forget who we are. And that's what I want to open this conversation with, because I want us to open that door to better understanding ourselves, and I'm going to share how that kind of looked like for me. And for me it was again something that I was looking for and it found me at different aspects of life. But the first thing found me when I was really going through like a pretty big spiritual awakening. I really wanted to know myself at a deeper level and it was human design that came to me first. And it was human design that came to me first, and I've talked about human design in other podcast episodes. I'm going to link one of the episodes that I did, maybe about a year ago, below, if you are not familiar with human design or want to know a little bit more about it, to know a little bit more about it.

Speaker 1:

But human design is a system that was created in the 70s, or it was channeled in the 70s by Rao Uruhu, but it's based off of other systems that have been studied for many years. It's based off of astrology, the chakras, the Chinese I Ching. So all of those things make up human design. And you know, with human design, one of the key principles is essentially that we come here as humans to decondition the aspects of ourselves that we never really were us, like those layers of ourselves that we took on, and the goal is essentially for us to thrive and operate from our highest expression, whatever that is meant to be for us, our highest expression, whatever that is meant to be for us. So in human design it's all about your unique energy, because no one has the same energy as you. It's kind of like a blueprint to your energy, so I will link that below.

Speaker 1:

But with human design I was still very much functioning the way that I had so much of my life super high energy, hyperproductive, very much in my masculine energy and I always felt like it's just something you hear, especially in business or with people who talk about success. It's always this kind of thoughts and ideals that we need to stick to something for basically the rest of our life or for a very long time, that if you let something go, that's like you giving up and therefore failing and stuff like that. But the biggest things that I learned with human design was my energy type and my profile, and learning that I was a manifesting generator and what that meant for my process was one of the first key things. That was like super mind-blowing for me, because I always felt like I needed to stick with something, regardless of whether or not it felt aligned for me anymore, because that's what we were told, that's what so many people do, right? We see it in our culture, we see it in the work culture, right? People that spend 30, 40, 50 years doing the same thing, their entire life, and that's just not really how some people are meant to function.

Speaker 1:

And figuring that out made me honor that aspect of me more, because I knew that I was a multifaceted person. I had so many interests, so many things that I love to learn and do and pour my energy into, but it wasn't something that I openly talked about to anyone because I felt like that wasn't right. I felt like in my head I lacked discipline and devotion when it came to certain things, because I couldn't go as deeply into certain things like other people who perhaps were generators or just had different energy. That was one of the first key things. The next thing was me figuring out my profile, which is kind of like your personality in human design and I am a 1-3. And again, figuring that out for me was absolutely mind-blowing too. That out for me was absolutely mind-blowing too. I could see the one in me quite clearly because I've always had this deep desire to learn and grow and do all the courses and learn all these things. Like that's always been embedded in me.

Speaker 1:

But the three I kind of struggled with, because the three in human design is like they're meant to experiment and to learn through their life experience. So it's kind of through trial and error. Is that energy? And I didn't really see that in myself. There were certain aspects of me that didn't want to accept that or acknowledge that, because in my head that meant that I had failed in certain regards. Because sometimes those failures but like I've talked about in other episodes, I like calling them experiences and as a 1-3, having that 3, that has helped me because going through from experience to experience and learning is part of my process and initially I resisted that but it helped me. Knowing my personality just helped me lean into the things that I know were my gifts, that I know that I was meant to do. So I just leaned into what I felt like I had all this energy to want to do, to learn, to read the books, to take the courses on all of these other things, on health, wellness, spirituality, on you know, different religions of the world. You know I had I still do. I mean, I have so many buckets of things that just fascinate me. So learning my profile helped me honor those aspects of myself too.

Speaker 1:

And I think the last thing that I'll mention when it comes to human design is that learning that I was something called inconsistent. If you are familiar with human design, when you look at your chart, you have four arrows next to your head Essentially it's that shape that's supposed to be your head and they're called variables and each one stands for something, but the top left one is culture, digestion, and this talks about how you're meant to digest food, but also information and different things like that, and you can also be consistent, inconsistent from the arrow on the bottom below that, but it looks different. So I always felt like I needed to go through my day and my life the same exact way. I did that for years when I was younger I mean not that long ago, really, still. I would plan out every single moment of my day. This was something that I felt like I needed to do to be successful, to do the things that I wanted to do. It was also what everyone said you needed to do.

Speaker 1:

You know, when I started learning about mindset and business and productivity and all of these things, I was very young and a lot of what I learned at the time was a lot through more masculine states of mind, like the writers or the people who were teaching them. And again, it's like we read certain things and we feel like that's how we're meant to function right, that we need to wake up at 5 am, or that we're meant to be morning people, or that we're meant to plan out our entire month and our entire week and every day down to the last minute. And I used to be that person. I was a hyper, hyper planner and I've talked about that in other episodes too, how, even now, when it comes to goal setting, I'll do very light goal setting. But before I would go through every aspect of life and I would write out five you know different goals, even more sometimes, and then it just became this very big, daunting, just expectations that I set for myself.

Speaker 1:

And again, it's how I function through my day-to-day life. Every day I would wake up at 4 am, I would go to the gym at five, I would get ready for work, be ready for work at seven and when I was there, I used to manage a dental practice for a couple of years and my day-to-day at the dental practice was meetings, this, that, and every day was the same. And then when I left that and started to go into business for myself in my early 20s, when I was in real estate again, I had more flexibility, but I still went through my days in the same ways. Okay, I didn't have to wake up as early anymore and I really struggled with that, but it was still wake up, work out, do this, do that, and every day was the same way. And I went through an evolution and I began to notice actually where I was pushing myself to do this, because I thought that's what I needed to do, because I'm actually not meant to do the same exact thing every single day. So learning this was a huge, huge thing for me, and I experimented with it for years and I still do.

Speaker 1:

Honestly, I'm still trying to find a way that honors my natural energy, that supports all of the things, all of the aspirations and goals that I have, but that honors my natural urges, because for me, the way that it's really meant to look like is that every day, I see where my energy wants to go and that's what I focus it on. It's not on the things that I set up for myself, because it's so funny because before it's like I would set all of the you know have five or six different things that I wanted to do in the day, and half of the time I would end up A not doing half of them, but also doing things that I hadn't even planned, because that's what I felt like doing. So when I looked at my agenda, didn't do the things that I set out to do. That was really hard for me, because all I saw it's like I didn't stick to what I said I would do. That didn't mean I didn't do anything, but in my head it's like oh, you didn't do what you set out to do, and it's super important if you are inconsistent.

Speaker 1:

In human design and this is again how I am built and consistent because each variable plays a role. But for me it's about starting every day and looking at where my energy wants to go. Not setting up the expectations, but actually seeing where I want to flow. And, as a manifesting generator, it's like with my energy, when I choose to do something and it feels right and good, I'm going to go all in. I'm going to focus my time and energy on all of those things. So even with someone who maybe perhaps it's like they're meant to be more consistent, like as an example, it's like you have a task that you want to work on a little bit every day throughout the week and by the end of the week you spend four hours on this task. If that means you spend 30 minutes every day, it's like for me, I can spend four hours on it if I want to, when that feels aligned. So now I don't go through my days every single day the same way, because it's not supportive of my energy. It actually depletes me of this very big energetic battery that I have to use and the more nuanced things that I learned with my human design, the more I was just like, oh my gosh, this is crazy.

Speaker 1:

I think the biggest thing about human design was that there were parts of me that I just never wanted to accept. And when I came to human design, I was in my spiritual life coaching certification and we touched on it life coaching certification and we touched on it and there was just certain parts of my design that I knew but just didn't want to accept. It's like we know right, and there's just certain aspects of ourselves that we struggle with more, and these were some of those things for me. The other thing, too, that I'll touch on very quickly and it ties to, you know, the inconsisteness is that I also have an open root center, which, in human design, is an energy center, and this is, people who have a closed root center have consistent pressure that is like good and right for them to do so, like to go do things that they want to do, whether that's. You know, it's like you've set out to do certain things throughout the week and if your energy center is defined, you're going to go do that. You're going to feel that natural pressure in you to go do those things whenever you want. That comes naturally to you. People that have an open root center don't have that, but what they feel is the pressure from other people Because, like with human design, if you are familiar, if you have an open center, then this is where you feel the energy of other people. So when I feel like anxiety or pressure to go do, most of the time that's coming from the outside world.

Speaker 1:

And that was something, again, that was pretty hard for me to accept because I have always had these very high expectations of myself and it's like learning that I needed to allow space for this, you know, space in my life for me to go do when it's energetically correct for me. That was very hard because it went completely against the grain of everything that I had believed. I was up till that point, and I mean learning these things and learning that I don't need to show up and perform in the same exact way every day. This really opened the door for me and it really really allowed me to see who I really was. And that's why I talk about human design in different aspects of it, because it's how it's helped me, you know, and it's truly been one of the hugest things to help me come back to myself, to my true being, my true energetic blueprint, who I was meant to be in this life.

Speaker 1:

And the more that I've been on this, experiment with it and learning different things and applying it in my life, it just blows me away how much more aligned I feel. And I feel like we all owe that to ourselves. We all owe ourselves that gift of being who we are unapologetically. And human design looks at so many different things. But if you have a certain energy type, you know if you're not a generator or a manifesting generator and you're a projector or a manifestor or reflector, it's like knowing that alone can be such a transformational thing. And again, there's so many things that we can look at, that go deeper into. Okay, how can I really honor myself in every aspect of life? And I think that's why human design is something that I still study and I love so much. But it's just something that it seemed very easy to apply in life. It's like, okay, experiment with this and go ride with that for a little bit. It didn't seem overly daunting in any way.

Speaker 1:

Slowly after that. I mean, I knew about astrology before then, but I studied human design for quite a few years before I started studying more about astrology and again something else that you've heard about in this podcast and I slowly started learning about different nuances in my chart and how those energies showed up in my life, how the planets played a role in it all, and I think for me it's like one of the hugest things in astrology was finding out what my north node and my south node were. That was like one of the first things that I explored. That was super pivotal for me, too, because when I came across that and when I started learning about that, it was at a moment in my life where I was still in my south node and fighting being in my north node, so it was an energy that was very specific to me, and I have my South Node in Aries and my North Node in Libra, and Aries has this very independent energy, very fiery.

Speaker 1:

They want to go, do things on their own. They don't want to rely on anyone. You know they're leaders, they're visionaries, but there's pros and cons to each sign right, and those were aspects of me that I was very comfortable with, aspects of me that I knew very well, and at the time, you know, I was in my relationship with my now husband and there were certain parts of me that would fight being with him and giving myself fully to him and I've talked about that in another episode too, because it was out of my comfort zone. And having my North Node in Libra means that I'm meant to lean into being with people, being in community, cooperating, you know, co-collaborating with people, leaning on people asking for help all of these things that were just completely foreign to me most of my life. Figuring that out was really just super helpful, especially then when I was, you know, with him and growing and evolving within our relationship.

Speaker 1:

But another thing too, with my astrology chart too, I think the biggest things were knowing that I have my sun and my mercury in the 12th house. And if you are familiar with astrology or if you're not, but the 12th house in astrology is the house of behind the scenes. It's the house of healing, of spirituality, of solitude, of what's hidden, limiting beliefs, the subconscious mind. The 12th house is a very deep house. It's the last house of the zodiac sign or, sorry, it's the last house in astrology. And that was something that helped me understand myself more, my energy, because it allowed me to see why I was a little bit more introverted, why I really enjoyed my time, why I was drawn to certain things, to healing, to spirituality, to learning about different religions, and that helped me honor those aspects of myself.

Speaker 1:

And also, again, with my Mercury there, the way that I speak and how I speak. It's not in a flashy way and sometimes I struggled with that because I felt like I wasn't very chatty, kathy, that's just not how I'm naturally inclined to be. Having Taurus is in that house too. So Taurus is a very grounded sign, it's an earth sign. It speaks with intention, it moves with intention and then, with the 12th house themes, it adds these nuances to what I say.

Speaker 1:

It made so much sense when I looked more back on, like my life and what I had lived, because I felt like it helped me understand why I went through the journey that I went on and why I felt like I was able to handle it so well, because when it came to all of these things, I had a power there, I had this ability. So being on my own journey, my own evolution, is a deep part of my being, like that radiates out of me, that's a part of my son, that's a part of me constantly growing and evolving and working through my evolution. Those are things that are just embedded in me. So, learning about those aspects of myself, learning about other aspects of myself, you know where my Mars was and now, like I look at astrology too, and I started learning more about transits and how the transits affect you and things like that. But I really just started with, like, the foundation, the energy of these planets and how they show up in my life and certain aspects of myself that I was having a really hard time accepting or never wanted to accept. You know where I had my Saturn having Saturn in my 11th house yes, in Aries, and what that meant for me, you know. And having my Mars in Aries, too, you know. And knowing that my South Node is in Aries. So there's just so much that we can learn from astrology.

Speaker 1:

Astrology is so, so in-depth, it's amazing, and most of us just know our sun sign, you know, and that is not our full self. That will not allow you to fully understand every aspect of yourself. If you do know astrology or are somewhat familiar with astrology, I would encourage you to learn what your ascendant and what your moon is, because a lot of the times, people don't feel like they resonate with their sun sign. And it's because a lot of the times we can resonate more with our ascendant or even our moon, because the moon and astrology is all about our emotional self. So this is like our deeper parts of ourselves, the part of us that we won't open up to just anyone. But our ascendant is also how the world sees us. Initially it's kind of like not a mask, but it's the first reflection that people get from us and sometimes you'll resonate with one or the other more than your sun sign, because your sun sign even though, yes, it is extremely important you are growing into that in this life, in astrology, so it might not feel completely resonant. And again, those were two things too that just also coincided.

Speaker 1:

So much of what my human design talked about is like my love of learning, my constant need for stimulation and wanting to constantly be doing different things and my desire to have certain conversations with people. Learning that I had my Ascendant and my Moon, and Gemini was super big for me too, and that kind of tied into my human design profile as well. You know, being a 1-3, having this energy, it's crazy to me as well, like the more that I study these things to me as well. Like, the more that I study these things, the more that I see how they're all connected Like and I'm not the type of person, when I choose to believe something A for me to make that decision and to choose to do that there needs to be a lot of.

Speaker 1:

I do a lot of knowledge seeking beforehand. I don't blindly just choose to believe in something. There's two things. I do a lot of knowledge seeking beforehand. I learn about it as much as possible and then I apply it in my life and then I see how that goes and then I lean into that more if that feels right. I see how that goes and then I lean into that more if that feels right. And with all of these things it's like the more that I learn and the more that I apply it. There's no way for me to believe that this is not true. That's why I am so passionate about learning all of these things and sharing different aspects of it, because I didn't just get here and that's kind of what I wanted to talk about in this episode is, I did not get here. I used to very much be a different way. I was a little bit more closed off to things like this, and it was just that I was open. I think that was the biggest thing is that when it came to me, I was ready for a change, so I leaned into being open-minded and then I started my journey of learning. But I am someone that questions everything that's in me so deeply. I'm also someone that you know needs to hear it from other people, that needs to learn from other people, that needs to try it for themselves, to go through their own process, so that all happens before I commit myself to saying hey, I deeply believe in this and to share it with you guys, because I go through that process, you know.

Speaker 1:

The last thing that I wanted to talk about, too, is numerology, because that's also something that I love and I have been studying for a few years now, slowly, and I've talked a little bit more about it on this podcast, mostly from a personal year perspective. But in numerology you also have a chart, much like astrology and human design, but it's different. It's made up of different numbers and if you're not familiar with numerology, the more common number that people start with is your life path number, but there's other things that make up that kind of like planets in your astrology chart, but you have certain key numbers that make up your numerology chart. You have an expression number, a heart's desire. You have, you know, pinnacles, you have cycles, you have personal years, you have karmic lessons and all of these other things. And for me, again, it's the timing of when these things came into my life.

Speaker 1:

I heard about numerology from I think it was a podcast, and I started learning a little bit more about it, because that's just what I do, being a 1-3. It's like, ooh, this sounds super cool, let's look into it. So I started learning about numerology and I remember hearing that episode, the episode that I was listening to, and they had gone through certain life path numbers, like they had gone through all of the life path numbers. And when I started doing my research, I felt like I knew what my life path number was. And I went to go check and, surely enough, the life path number that I thought I was I was, it was my life path number, and figuring that out was also something that was just super pivotal for me, especially at that moment in time. It's like certain things find us when they're meant to, you know, and I'm a life path 33-6.

Speaker 1:

And in numerology that's called a. It's one of the master numbers, but it was when I was slowly thinking about letting go of my real estate career and knowing that I wanted to step into something that was more meaningful for me. I knew that I wanted to help people. I knew that I wanted to be a teacher and a guide and all of these things and the 33-6, that's what they are. It's called in numerology, it's called the master teacher, the master healer, and it really helped me honor my inclinations and what I meant to do in this life.

Speaker 1:

And, again, parts of me that I felt like were me, but I didn't want to really accept. And it just helped me understand that. And it's funny because I found numerology, I found out that I'm a 33-6 when I was also having a personal year of 33-6, which it was crazy to me. There was something about me needing to find it at that moment in time and knowing what my soul came here to be. And it was just another thing, you know, in my toolbox of things that helped me come back to myself and to my innate energy and my innate being. It was just something else that helped me understand that more, and it's like studying the Myers-Briggs or the Enneagram.

Speaker 1:

These are just tools that we lean onto to try to discover who we are at a deeper level. We just want understanding, we just want to know. It's like what are our tendencies, what are our gifts, what are our strengths, what do we need to let go of, what do we need to maybe focus on a little bit more? And that's what all of this has helped me do. And it's like here I am now, like I feel like it's been almost four years since I started like learning about human design and stuff like that, and, you know, a few years since I started astrology and numerology, and I'm sitting here knowing who I am more than I ever have at any other moment of my life.

Speaker 1:

It's like I feel like I am more me than I've ever been, and that has to do with all of the shedding that I went through over the last couple of years of like taking off all of these layers of me that were either conditioned or things that I thought I needed to hold on to, that were never really me, and I think that that's really just a process that you're always going to be in your life. I mean, we're humans. We're here to evolve and grow and step into ourselves more. This is not something where you learn and then you're done. It's no. This is like an ever evolving thing. It's like the version of me now, even though I love her and I know who she is and she's so much more aware of herself and her powers and her downfalls and her shadows and all of these things. It's like I know that in a few years I'm going to be a whole, nother version of myself and I'm going to embody all of these things more and more. And we're going to keep going on that journey with ourselves, you know, of wanting to embody our fullest expression, wanting to be who we are at our fullest expression, because that's who we need to be. The world needs us now more than ever, our unique being, our unique expression. The world needs us now. But we're also not meant to go through this life just being someone who we really are not meant to be. It's like life is meant to be fun and energizing and life-giving.

Speaker 1:

And if you're going through your life in a way that depletes your energy, that doesn't feel aligned, that feels heavy, there's something wrong there. There's something that's not in alignment there. And if you're wanting to try to figure out why that might be. I invite you to look into some of these things a little more, you know, discovering what your life path, number and numerology might be, or learning certain aspects of your astrology chart, or learning about your human design. You know, whatever feels resonant for you. If it doesn't resonate with you, if maybe one of these does or none of it does, that is totally okay.

Speaker 1:

There's so much information out there. There's so many things that we can learn, so many books that we can read, so many philosophies and understandings that we can apply to our life. And not everything that you come by is going to be meant for you, and that is okay. You're going to know what those things are energetically. If this feels like an energetic match, or if one of these things stood out to you, then maybe it's something that you're meant to explore. But if not, that is okay, because you will find the things that are meant for you that will help you understand yourself at a deeper level. But if it's not any of this, that is okay.

Speaker 1:

But, like I mentioned, I wanted to share with you because I wanted you to know how I got here and why I love talking about certain things, talking about certain things, and I didn't get exposed to any of this until a much later chapter of my life. But each one of those things found me when I needed it the most and I am honestly so grateful that it did. I am so grateful that I was open and curious enough to want to know who I really was, to want a change in my life because at the time I was not fully in alignment with me because it's brought me a deeper knowing, a sense of peace, a curiosity, an understanding, and there really is nothing more important than that. This spiritual journey, what it is, is really a journey of coming back home to ourselves and to me. These are tools that help us do that, if they feel like they resonate with you, but our journey in this life is simply to come back home to us, nothing more.

Speaker 1:

It's not an easy journey. There are so many things that we carry throughout our life and it's really just that simple, even though it's not an easy path. So if you are on your path, this is something that you're going to continue to work through throughout your entire life. So you're on the journey to understanding yourself better. Yes, but it is a marathon it is not a sprint and just learning about a few things here and there and applying them to your life, that alone can be so transformational. You know you don't have to go and learn all the things, but if you want to, you can, because that might be in your nature. But just find a way to learn one thing about yourself that maybe you have thought about, that is a part of you, but actually leaning into it, it's like what's one thing that you've thought that you are innately, that maybe you haven't accepted, and how can you perhaps play with that in your life? It's like let yourself, you know, engage with that. It's like we're constantly evolving and changing, becoming other people, you know, stepping into other versions of ourselves, and the hope is that with every version of us that we step into, they're more us than ever right.

Speaker 1:

So I hope you guys enjoyed this episode. I really enjoyed sharing with you all my journey to being here and so much of the things that I love to teach on this podcast. And so many of the things that I love to teach on this podcast and so many of the things that I want to keep bringing onto this podcast, because I do have so many things that I want to do with this space over time, and diving into these things more are definitely some of the things that I have planned, so I look forward to talking to you all in my next episode. I am sending you so much love. Until then.
