77. The New Face of Bias in Online Business
AI is becoming part of our everyday lives, from the way we market, to who sees our ads, to how we create content. But here’s the thing most online business owners don’t realise: AI is not neutral. It carries the same biases that have long excluded people of colour and marginalised communities.
In this episode of REPRESENTED, I’m pulling back the curtain on the new face of bias in online business: AI bias. I share:
