Hello. Hello. Today we're jumping into activating your soul assignment and making sure you're on the right path. We're gonna kick this off just by reframing how we're looking at this. Okay? There comes a moment on this path that you're on where the question is no longer, what am I here to do? It's actually, why haven't I fully stepped into what's already calling me? You already have different nudges that's asking you to step into a direction. And if you're listening to this episode, chances are you have felt this calling towards something. Maybe it wasn't a lightning bolt. And maybe not even a perfectly articulated plan, but. Maybe something quieter, maybe deeper, or definitely something persistent that just keeps coming back, keeps coming up. A poll you quit, a poll that maybe you can't quite ignore, and yet somehow you still do. Right? I get that. I have been there, but today I wanna talk to you about what I'm calling your soul assignment, right? It's not just an idea. It's just, it's not just even a desire. It's not even a job or a business decision or a life decision. I want you to think of this as a living intelligence moving through you. You are pre-coded for many of the things that you are going to step into. I think most are all, but you are. There are codes living within you. There's cellular information here, but it's also much like, uh. Other psychic information that it's living intelligence and it's moving through you and we're not just going to talk about it, i'm gonna help you activate it by also speaking it and reconnecting to it. So what a soul assignment really is, it's not something you just invent, I do believe. It's something that you remember. Um, either maybe it comes to you for the first time, but I believe even when it comes to you for the first time, there's a certain. Let's say familiarity to it. There's something about it that just feels right, so it has a sense of a feeling with it that is almost like, or remembering like, I do do that, or I could do that. It's the thread. It's been weaving. It's the thread that's been weaving itself through your life. It's probably been weaving itself through your curiosities. It's definitely, definitely weaving itself through your wounds, things that have happened, things that are hard, the challenges you faced, your gifts, your longings, and your repeated coincidences for sure, like when somebody says, Hey, have you thought of this? Or, starts telling you a story all of a sudden about somebody that's doing the thing that you've been just literally going back and forth in your head about these things are all part of the all part of it, right? It's all part of you waking up to this very clear calling that's been kind of poking at you, maybe getting louder and louder, so here's the part that most people don't talk about. I wanna clarify that your So assignment functions very much like a seventh sense, right? You have your sixth senses. I think this is almost like a seventh, right? It's, it's like this preco it within us to be drawn towards some things and not others. And so there's this sense you wouldn't want it if it wasn't for you. I'm always saying that. Right? And so we are drawn towards the things we want that are for us because it's sort of coded within us. And now the soul assignment as a seventh sense. I want you to think we're, you're familiar with this when we talk about intuition, like as something subtle, like a nudge or a gut feeling or an inner voice but a soul assignment goes even deeper than a single intuitive hit. I, I want you to think about it this way. It comes in the same way that many psychic or intuitive information, you know, bulks of information do it comes in as sometimes a whole sensory experience. You know, it may arrive as a bodily response before a thought, right? Like a, a little flutter or a jolt inside you. An emotional recognition that something needs proof. Have you ever thought about doing something and started getting teary? Like, I don't know why I am crying, but I just do, and I think of this thing that's also part of it. It's all within you. Perhaps a visual flash of, of what could be just sort of like, kind of hits you real fast or repeated internal phrase. You just can't shake a sense of rightness that exists, even though fear is present because we know fear is always knocking on the door. It's always, it's always there. It's always ready for you waiting around the corner, if not right front and center. But it's not linear information. It's integrated knowing. Okay. That's part of it. It's I know that I want this thing, or I think of this thing and it doesn't leave me alone. It keeps coming for me. But then my brain go through all the, ways that it's not gonna work or the things that mean, who am I to think this? And we'll get into that. But it's really the way that, you know it's real is much like intuitive information. It repeats. So like when I'm doing healings on people, I always, most always, as long as it's ethical, I always will usually report back things that just keep repeating. If I keep seeing the same thing or hearing the same thing, or if I keep getting the same nudges, right? If this thing is repeating in your life, then it, it's something.. Do you know what I'm saying? Like it doesn't leave you alone and maybe it leaves you, and if it does leave you alone, let's reframe that. If it does leave you alone, it probably leaves you alone. And then it comes back eventually. It's like, oh yeah, that thing. I took a month off from thinking about that. Right? It also can feel sacred and I wanna really allow us to start to see it this way, right? Because we wanna move the layers of fear and whatever crap we put on top of things, right? To, to keep us safe. Your soul assignment, if you were to truly honor it and acknowledge it in the way. You know that we probably would just love to, right? If you could do that, you'd see how how much if, how it feels sacred. And it comes from a deeper layer of intelligence. One that understands timing and growth and readiness as it comes. And that's exactly why we override it, right? Because our mind gets involved. So our mind says, this doesn't make sense yet. Who am I to do this? What? What if I'm wrong? What if I disappoint people? What if I change too much? So we start to like negotiate with it, right? We postpone it, we water it down. Somehow we intellectualize it. Oh my gosh. So watering down part is really big for me. I am sharing with you the exact questions today that I ask myself. And that's coming soon. When we get to the activation part, I'm gonna share with you the exact. Questions that I'm asking myself right now in order to move forward in new territories. And they are charged and they're, they're just really great poignant questions. And so we're gonna get to that for a minute. But what I tend to do, what I believe you. Some of you out there listening are gonna really agree with, as I water things down, I'm like, well, that feels kind of scary. So how about I just do like this little tiny bit of it? Like I'm gonna take this little corner thing over here and just try that. And I think that that's a way to get to where I'm going. But really it's just me doing some sort of procrast learning, right? Like I'm just gonna, I'm gonna dive in and do research on this thing for, you know, two months. Right? But here's the thing. Here's the thing. When we do all of this, it's disconnecting us from the signal. Okay? 'cause you're, you're being signaled, you have a signal running through your system. And, and we start to disconnect, not because it's like going away. I wanna clarify that. It's because we stop listening because fear takes over. It keeps us from listening. And so you likely, if you are not standing in your glory, in your power full force, diving into the thing, you know that you got that little hit, you know you've got it over and over, you know it's time, it's go time and you're moving forward in it. If you're not living in that place, you've probably stopped listening. You've probably really got stuck. Now, if you feel stuck right now, I want you to hear this clearly because I really like this. It actually really works well for me, so I'm gonna share it with you. When you are stuck, it does not mean you're like off the path. A lot of us feel like when we're stuck, we're not moving. It's like this gross feeling I just wanna reframe this for you. It often, if not always, means that you're standing on the edge of a deeper responsibility, okay? So you, if you are feeling stuck, it is a beautiful signal to you that you are standing on the edge of something. I think it's really cool to know that if you're stuck, it means you're on the edge of something greater. Right. You're about to crush through a threshold and you're having a hard time with it. But isn't it cool that you're at the threshold, right? Like you wouldn't be feeling stuck if you weren't in resistance to something that scares you. That is what stuckness is. It is resistance. A soul assignment will ask more of you over time, so it's gonna ask you to be honest. It's gonna ask you to embody shit that maybe you're just like, what? Like my nervous system can't hold that? Or maybe, you know, you've, you've been getting ready to hold this kind of energy. It's gonna ask you to have self-trust. You are gonna have to dig deep and find a way to trust yourself and a willingness usually in some shape or form, a willingness to be seen, a willingness to to shine, a willingness to put yourself out there. And that's typically somewhat involved. Maybe, for whatever reason, the thing that you want really doesn't involve anybody ever seeing you, but. It's more likely that it does, and that's when resistance really shows up. Okay. When, when all these things are happening, right? But when the So assignment asks these things of you and that's when, we get really stumped. And because committing to your soul assignment doesn't just change your work, it's not necessarily just business related. It can be relationships, it can be your. Very identity, who you are, your tolerance for misalignment, right? How much you're willing to tolerate, misalignment suddenly changes because you're no longer tolerating it. You're not tolerating doing things that no longer feel good, and the stories you can no longer tell yourself, have to go away. So stuckness is often the pause before initiation. I love that. And I want you just to really acknowledge that when you're coming out of stuckness, which you might be. Because you clicked on this because you knew that it was going to be about being on the right path. You're looking for affirmation and you're looking for an activation to help you with your so assignment, right? And so that tells me that. That you are at a point where you are ready to hit the threshold where initiation is in front of you, if not already there, and it's time for you to step into it. And some of us have been really truly getting hit over the head with what to do next, everywhere we go, we're seeing the message. We're hearing it within our bodies, our, our minds. We're feeling it, we're sensing it, and then we push it away. But I am asking you to acknowledge right here and now that simply all that means is that you've been a little scared. And this is right now the pause before initiation, which is super freaking exciting, right? So how do you know? If it's a so assignment, I'm going to briefly go over this 'cause I think you probably already understand, but I just wanna get very clear here. It keeps returning after you abandon it. 'cause I can't tell you how many times I've abandoned my soul assignments, but they keep showing up. There are times where I. Don't go back to them, and I trust that they'll either circle back later or whatever I choose, you know, if I, if I turn right instead of left, that that's, that's what was meant to be for me. Because we do have choices. We do have options, but I'm still moving forward, get it. So it activates excitement and fear at the same time. There should be a level of excitement and a level of fear.. And usually the excitement comes when we get into action modes. Fear becomes the, the main character on stage for a little while and then once you sit down and you start creating, you start doing, or you start taking action. Maybe you're not sitting down doing these things, but I tend to, so. When you're doing those things, when you're moving forward in it, that's when the excitement starts to percolate, and so you should be able to feel some of that. It feels heavy because it matters to you. You're putting so much weight on it because it's important and it matters and it feels alive. Even when it scares you. It requires you to become somebody new in some way, like you, there has to be something about it that is asking you to stretch, even if it's just a tiny bit or if it's ginormous. Okay. You don't just fantasize about it casually, you actually feel a responsibility to do it. So sometimes that means for us, we are probably creating guilt around it. Like, oh, I should have done that already, or What's wrong with me? Because we feel a responsibility to it, because that's what's encoded within us. Right. We have these codes of who we're here and what our options are gonna be when we get down here and who we're gonna become. And so often there can even be like a level, a low level of grief attached. Not because you failed, but because you haven't fully said yes to it yet. And so over time we start to feel almost like a little bit of grief over this thing that I don't have in my life that I didn't become or that I want to become. Maybe if you've even lost track of what that thing is, if that makes sense. So I want these questions to land in your body, not just your head. So I want you to ask yourself and just try to open your mind up a little bit here. We're gonna start getting into some questions, then some activation activities, right? So let me just start by wetting the palate. So we're just gonna ask you. Where am I diluting my energy to stay comfortable. Okay, so what part of you wants full expression of whatever it is that you want, but feels unsafe? And so maybe you dilute how much attention or energy you give it. Maybe you avoid it, maybe you look the other way. Maybe you, you know, whatever you do to shut it down. But I want you just to acknowledge where are you diluting this energy? Where are you trying to stay in a comfort zone? And if I, if you were to stop asking, is this the right path? Okay. And instead started asking, how can I fully show up? How can I show up fully to this? I want you to think about what would change if you stop going back and forth, because deep down, you know, there's something sitting on your plate or you wouldn't be so bothered by it. You know it's important or you wouldn't, again, be so bothered by it. So instead of asking, is this the right path? What if you were to ask, how do I make this happen? How do I do this? What do you already know? But you keep postponing. Are you willing to trust yourself more than fear, yes or no? Just let it come quickly. Are you willing to trust yourself more than your fear? I just want you to notice what titans, what kind of felt soft, what felt open, what felt closed. Your nervous system is answering many times before your mind ever does, so let's take a moment now. I want you to bring to mind. This soul assignment, I want you to bring up to mind something that you have said that's been a spark in you. It feels like the biggest spark. It's a thing that is weighing on you. Um, sometimes our soul assignment checks a lot of boxes too. I didn't say this earlier, but sometimes they can check a lot of our needs being met that we don't even recognize and. So when we're deciding between two, two things like, well, I've got these two things, Michelle. This thing I want, and this thing I want, I'll often ask, which one checks the most boxes? That's the one I want you to stick with right now. Even for the sake of this activity. Just, just let it go. If it checks the most boxes, if it serves the most purpose, if it, it really does for you something that feels like important and good, I want you to choose that one. And now. Let's just slow this down by taking a moment, and if you're driving, you may wanna pause this and do the rest of this later. The other option for you is to stay very alert on the road and just allow yourself to sort of relax and just kind of ask yourself these questions. It's gonna be more powerful for you if you can slow down. Listen to this, pause it. If you want to, to answer the questions, come back to it. But I'm just gonna have you take a nice, slow breath in and an even slower breath out. Okay? Really slow breath in. Really slow breath out, and just really allow yourself to arrive in the body. Okay. That means getting outta your head and into your body. And now imagine calling back your energy. I love doing this. I'm doing it all the time. I've done it before. You'll, I'll do it again. But this is a very important task for you to do this epi, to do this exercise. So I want you to imagine you are calling back your energy from any expectations that were never yours. Imagine that. All the expectations you've ever had that were truly never really your truth. They were really collected on what everybody else thoughts, what everybody else wants, or your perception of that. If we could frame it that way, I want you to imagine the next breath you take, you're calling all that energy back. You're releasing any ties from the expectations of others or considering what others even think or whatever their opinions are. You're just releasing all of that. You're calling that energy back into your body. I want you to call in next all your energy from any roles that you have outgrown. Okay, so any roles that no longer serve you, I want you to imagine, if you can imagine a line of energy, I want you to imagine that any, ties to any roles that you have played over and over and over again in your life that you know you're outgrowing, you know, it's time to be ready to step out of. I want you to disconnect. Call that energy back into your body. One more. Next deep breath. And then your next deep breath. I want you to call the your energy back from timelines that created pressure instead of truth. This is for all my peeps that just run off of urgency. I want you to call back the timelines that you created through pressure instead of truth. Instead of what aligned with you. So call back that, that pressure, all that stuff you created, just release it, let it go, release it, let it go. And now last, I want you to imagine as you breathe in and out, that you are now detaching from versions of yourself that were only built for survival. Not expansion and expression, but survival let's acknowledge. There are a number of things that it's safe for you to let go of, and you don't have to think it, you don't have to know what these things are. You're simply allowing the, in the intelligence, the universal intelligence to do the work. You just simply need to say, I release all the versions of myself that were built for survival that I no longer need. Okay? And now. Breathing in and breathing that out. Now. I want you to feel your energy reorganizing, not forcefully, but naturally, like everything is coming back into the center and as you breathe naturally now, just easy in and out. You are starting to feel more grounded, perhaps a little heavier in the body and more centered in the body. And now here is the activating piece. I am gonna have you just repeat these words. You can say them out loud to yourself. You're just gonna fill them in as they come. Just fill in whatever flows out and you're repeating after me. My soul assignment is, fill in the blank. My soul assignment is, say it out loud. What is it that you're supposed to be doing that you're not fully putting yourself into? I am willing to meet this assignment with, fill in the blank. I am willing to meet this assignment with, if you're having a hard time with this one. Some of us need different things, so think about it. What is the need that you need to, that you need to choose? Whether that's I'm choosing courage, whether it's I'm, I'm in immediate with compassion. I'm gonna make a choice to show up with compassion. I want you to look at filling your need. What is the need that, um, this is asking from you to show up with. Now, I also want you to ask out loud. You can repeat after me. I no longer abandon myself when. Maybe it's self-doubt comes in, maybe it's a decision comes in, you're no longer going to abandon yourself when, fill in the blank. What gets in the way of you meeting, showing up for this assignment? That's what you're talking about right there. And the last one, I want you to acknowledge and say out loud and repeat after me. I choose. To walk this path even when fill in the blank. Now, there is no rush. A soul assignment doesn't require perfection. It just requires your presence. It really isn't asking for it to be perfection. It's safe for me to be present for that, which calls me. You could repeat that. It's safe for me to be present with this. It's calling me. It's safe for me to show up for it, even though I don't know exactly where it's going. Most of the time you won't. It's pretty cool when you get to, but this is stuff I work on too. All I need to know is what is my first three steps. I, I really try to outline the first three steps, and I trust that I'm gonna start getting hunches and intuitive hits and feelings around what works and what doesn't work and what I don't like about something and what I do like about something. And I want you to go into it with that playful, like, let's just see what happens. I'm gonna decide what I like when I get there. You can't see past three steps. Let's just imagine that. 'Cause the truth is just to ground this into real life. That clarity follows movement, not overthinking. There's like no way to think yourself forward on this. It really comes. That clarity that you're looking for comes through action. And so commitment creates safety, certainty comes later. But the commitment to it creates sort of like the safe zone to keep moving forward. The indecision is painful, right? It's so painful, but your work becomes aligned when you are aligned. So watch for what expands your energy, not just your income. Like what expands your energy? What excites you? What lights you up? What drains you after you say yes? Like, Ugh, I don't like that. I wish I didn't say yes to that. I don't really wanna do that, right? Notice these things. What feels like self betrayal disguised as obligation? Oh my gosh. Look for the obligatory things you're putting in your schedule. Okay? Those are things that are trying to tell you they're not in alignment. Let your business or your next step be an expression of who you're becoming. And I say, you're a business 'cause of all of you people out there who are entrepreneurs, or maybe it's even just you on the job. I mean, you could be doing this and it has nothing to do with either of those two things, but I'm sure a lot of you do feel like this is where I'm here to express myself, my gifts, and put myself out there. There are other creative ways to do that. If a vocation is not your calling right now. But either way, this, these next steps, I really want you to acknowledge. They're about who you're becoming, not who you were. There's no looking back and trying to use who you were to be who you're becoming because it just doesn't work. So your sole assignment isn't asking you to have all the answers. I wanna make sure we're clear, like you are not gonna have all the answers. When I think back to anything that I have done and. This has been, you know, this is my school here on Earth, right? This is what I have to go through. I, I mean, illness had to kick me in the ass before I would move into my purpose. Like I literally had to get sick. I have been so stuck that I. I think freeze response was like my favorite place to be for a while, right? So I have been there and I'm currently even looking at changes and, and really stepping into asking those same questions that I gave you above for the activation. Those are very activating questions, saying them out loud using breath work with them. They are what? Help ground you. They are what activates something within you. Listening to me and being in this together activates something within you, but it is truly up to you to stop pretending like you don't hear it anymore. Right? Your soul assignment, it isn't asking you to have all the answers, but it will meet you where you're at. It'll meet you at the level you're willing to meet yourself, honestly. Right? And every time you choose alignment over even comfort or truth over fear, or presence over preparation or whatever you're, you're strengthening the signal. Imagine that. So even if you focus on just strengthening the signal and every time you take an action step or you do something in, you know, IRL in real life when you do something, you are having a conversation with the universe. You are very conversation with your, consciousness ar around you and consciousness, my dear is it is in the trillion cells that that make you up. As a person being here, consciousness isn't just in your head or around you. It is what you're made of. It's in our cells. We know this scientifically, that consciousness resides in the cells. Everything that you're being asked to do is even on a cellular level, which is I think why many of us get sick when we get, when we self-sabotage. But honestly, by strengthening the signal, you are strengthening not just your resolve, but also energetic alignment to what's happening, your safety into what's happening. The more action steps you take, the more rooted you become. So, or, and sometimes if we get even more, you know, we can even feel even scarier as we kind of step into it. I don't mean to sound like it's just gonna all be daisies once you just take an action, but. I want you to take this away with you as we end here today. Okay. I want you to take this question with you. What would it look like to stop preparing and start participating? What would it look like for you to just simply say, I, I'm shifting over from preparation to participation, and what would it feel like if you were to stop asking? Is this right? And instead ask, what should I do first? What should I do? Second, your assignment already knows the way. There's intelligence there and now, so do you. Right? You just, you just need to take the first step. You need to agree with yourself deep within that, you're willing to try it out and that a second step and so on, and you won't regret it. And by the way, again, this advice, it never gets old. You can listen to this again in six months and redo the whole thing, and you'll be like leaping forward in another direction. We have to just come back to these very simple questions. We have to oversimplify it, I think, right? We have to stop overthinking it, and I really wanna welcome you to listen to those questions again. I will go ahead and put them in the show notes for you to revise or revisit quickly, but it truly is time for you to start strengthening your signal and start trusting yourself on a deeper level. And trusting that everything is something. And so if this thing comes up repeatedly, if this thing is asking something of you, I promise you it's something worth checking out. It's something worth exploring. It's something worth putting your actionable energy into because even if it's not the right thing, it's leading you, it's taking you somewhere that's really important for you to go.
