Intuitive Leadership and Clairsentience: Why the Future Belongs to Embodied Leaders
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
What if the very thing you were taught to tone down… is exactly what makes you a powerful leader?
If you’ve ever walked into a room and felt something was off - before anyone said a word - this episode is for you.
In today’s conversation, we’re talking about clairsentience: the ability to sense truth, timing, and misalignment through the body. Not as a “woo” party trick — but as a real, grounded leadership skill that’s becoming more essential as old systems break down and certainty outside of ourselves becomes harder to find.
We’ll explore why intuitive leaders aren’t too sensitive, why untrained clairsentience leads to burnout, and how embodiment and nervous-system regulation turn intuition into authority.
We’re also naming the bigger moment we’re living in, a time of collapse, truth-telling, and collective awakening, and why the leaders who stay anchored, regulated, and heart-led can be the ones shaping what comes next. This is a reminder of hope during these challenging times.
This episode is an invitation to stop doubting what your body already knows… and start leading from it.

Welcome back to Into the Work. Today I wanna talk to you about something that has quietly shaped. Every meaningful decision I have made in my life and something that I believe is becoming one of the most important leadership skills of our time, and that is cla sentience and what I like to call, the felt sense of truth. It's in the body. It's around us, it's of us. It's fr it's comes from, deep within, and it's a sense of truth. It is our true barometer. And as an empath, a sensitive person in the world or if you're listening to this podcast, then you experience cla sentience. That's just part of who you are. It's part, we all have access to this. Some of us are going to have more awareness of it. But for a long time, I didn't see it as a strength. I thought it meant I was too sensitive, too emotional, too affected by people, which made me feel that I was like, you know, too self-absorbed in some way. Like, get over yourself, right? Like it isn't about you. And I would feel so much of what other people were doing that it would feel like it was about me. But over time, through my work as a therapist, as a leader, as a business owner, and as a human, navigating this rapidly changing world, I realized something, what I was calling sensitivity was actually perception and learning how to work with my clear sentience Changed everything. About how I lead, about how I decide about how I show up in my life and I show up in my work. And so today we're going to explore what CLA sentience really is. But more than that, we're gonna talk about why intuitive leaders are not just needed. They are essential. It is the way we're going. It is what 2026 is about, and how you can begin to use this gift intentionally, of course, without. Burning yourself out or abandoning yourself because that is my goal to help you with. For most of my life, I have felt things before I could explain them, and I think you'll know exactly what I'm talking about, right? Like I could walk into a room and immediately know if something was off. I could feel tension between two people who actually were smiling at each other, but I. I knew that that was not the case. Truly, deep down inside I could sense when a yes on paper was actually a no. In reality, I, if the phone rang, I knew who it was. Things like that, I could, but, but more so even deeper, I could sense and feel shifts that were subtle to some other people or not at all, but I could really tap into them. I could also tap into the words that people needed to hear. Because of the emotions that they felt that I was tapping into. So I would tap into this sensing and, and I do this now, today, I can sense and feel what other people you know, what their essence is even telling me. And then from there. I can also deliver information back to them that is in alignment with that truth within them. And so it feels so true when they receive it, and that is working with our Clair Sentience. Now, early on I told you, I learned to doubt it a bit, doubt myself. I was taught. Subtly and not so subtly, especially in the field of psychology, that what couldn't be proven, shouldn't be trusted. That logic was safer than emotions can be unreliable., We needed to look at containment and regulation and all those things are really important and good, but. Enmeshment was always bad, and so the idea of en meshing myself with other people's emotions and feelings, like feeling like I was such a sponge did not feel like a good thing, right? Like it didn't feel like, you know, the professional thing I wanted to hold at some point. And so I tried to override what I felt. And every time I did, there was a cost. I would have the wrong collaborations with people. I had decisions that drained me. I would take on projects that like, I, I didn't really even want to. Why did I do that? I don't do that as much anymore. So moments where I ignored my body and later thought fudge, I knew this, I knew not to do that. Why did I do it? And now I'm not perfect and neither are you and I am not. Spouting perfection here. I am still going to sometimes say, damn. I mean, I think it was last week. I said, damn, I knew that, but I did it anyway. I'm still catching myself with that. I mean, honestly. You could show me the best psychic in the world. They're still imperfect. 'cause we're humans, we're not angels floating around here. We're actually humans here on earth doing the work. So we can't be perfect. So please, when you take this on and you think about, I wanna really grow this for myself, or I step into my gifts, this is not perfection. And never will be. Never was it. But it wasn't until I became a therapist though, that this gift started to make sense. Like I could see how I could use it. And because therapy isn't just about what someone says, it's about what their nervous system is doing, what the unspoken what. Words are what's happening beneath those words, I realized that this wasn't emotionality, it was data and it was embodied data, and I wanna share with you how important. Clance is and make sure you understand what it is. So Clance is the ability to sense emotional and energetic and relational information through the body. The body is like our antenna, right? It houses our energy. I mean, our energy is around us as well as within us. However, this cla sentience can run through us. It's not anxiety, it's not overthinking, right? It's not. It's not. Well, you get caught up in people pleasing. It's because you're being cla sentient. It is pattern recognition. It's your nervous system attunement with others. It's truth detection, it's timing awareness. It's these subtle things that you are reading and that you know to be true, and It's the part of you that knows when something is aligned and when it isn't even before the evidence for that shows up. And here's what's important to say. Many CLA sentient people were trained out of trusting this gift, especially women, especially very sensitive women,. So instead of being taught how to use this skill, we learned how to manage it, suppress it, and probably even apologize for it. A lot of times we get our at this, special sense that we have, we get it really mixed up and enmeshed with our fear response, right? So you're at work and you sense that somebody doesn't like you or something bad's gonna happen. Or your boss has a meeting and wants to call you in and you're like, I sense that there's something wrong here. And then you go on to then ruminate and. Continue to overthink and start to create this story. And that's where we go astray, is when we start bringing in our, false stories, we have to start to learn to have boundaries around this and it is important and we'll chat about that. But the underlying thing is there is a truth detection happening. You are getting it, we've not been taught and we don't know how to manage it. So we end up letting it wreak havoc because we get up in our heads about it. But why intuitive leaders are the better leaders. And here's why I wanna talk about this. Okay? Here's what I've seen over and over and over again. The most effective leaders aren't the loudest. You know what I'm saying? They're not. The bossiest and not like the most dominant or most aggressive. Honestly, the best leaders that you will experience in your lifetime are the most attuned. They are intuitive leaders that sense misalignment early before it turns into conflict or collapse. They know when to push and they know when to pause. They read the room without even needing a spreadsheet to confirm what's already obvious, right? They just know. They just can, they can just stay embodied and grounded and deliver the truth. They create a psychological safety because people feel felt around them. They feel seen. They, they e even, they can't explain why. They feel so calm or grounded around people or that they can just receive information for them, like feedback even. And it feels safe because that person is not reactive. They're in tune and aligned with the truth, and you can sense and feel that even if in your brain you're not thinking that. And they make clearer decisions because logic can tell you my what might work, but CLA sentience tells you what will work and what cost is it at stake, you know that we can sense and feel these things now. I wanted to bring this in at this time. Because I think that the future can belong to intuitive leaders, especially femininely aligned intuitive leaders. I, I wanna say women, I'm not against men. It's just we need more men who are, have more alignment with their feminine. We are looking at a whole new era of life in front of us. What we are living through right now is not random. Here in the us, in America, and across the world. We are watching the collapse of illusions, illusions of safety and goodness, illusions that the system we trusted that we thought they were actually built to hold us and keep us safe. We never imagined them crumbling. That's for us in America. And when illusions collapse, I'm telling you sister, that's when the truth floods in. I know that we are all feeling. I mean, I, I think most of us are feeling destabilized right now. If you're a listener of mine, you're probably feeling pretty destabilized by everything happening, even terrifying, because we were taught that certainty comes from structure outside of us, but those structures are cracking. And what's being asked of us right now, especially those of us who lead, is not necessarily to grip tighter, right? It's not to necessarily scream from the rooftops, it's to stay in our integrity, to stay embodied, to stay anchored inside ourselves, like the leaders we crave, we need to become, because as. Things are collapsing everywhere. They are collapsing all around us. We are also awakening to something greater. I sense it. I bet you do too. That when all this shit hits the fan and everything starts breaking up, we need shit to catch on fire because it's not. Things are not okay. And as leaders and intuitive leaders, we set the tone of what comes next. I want you to hold that for a moment. Imagine that as an intuitive leader in this world. You set the tone of what comes next. How you show up right now matters. Your regulation, your presence, your ability to stay connected to your body and your heart. While this chaos is ensuing, the world around you will organize itself around the frequency you're holding. The more of us that can stay in alignment. We have the impact on the world around us, and the more of us that do it, the greater the impact of the world around us. There is intelligence. I do believe this. There is intelligence moving through everything right now. A long time ago, a really long time ago, I had read this piece of astrology. And it was by a NASA scientist and he was talking about Donald Trump and he was looking at, His astrological sign and his breakdown, and as a NASA scientist, he actually found it quite fascinating and he had a ton of information and I wish I could really speak intelligently on it. It was a long time ago, but. I remember the gist of what this, what his role is here and his purpose. And it is to bring the darkest shit to light. It is to bring the underbelly to the surface that is part of what his stars align him to do. He is here to bring up the darkness into this light and to basically blow shit up. And the chaos is ensuing. The, crazy, even what seems like evil. Uh, when we look at the Epstein files, right, like we are looking at such evil and such darkness, and to many of us, that is discombobulating. It is unsafe. But I'm telling you right now, I want you to hear this. There is intelligence moving through. Us right now. There is intelligence moving through every movement. I am so up in arms and so unwell at times over the Epstein files, over what I witness. I'm actually shifting away from video for a minute because it, it is so bad for me. But I am also. Feeling very empowered and I'm trying to figure out what to do with this power, and I really sense and feel that there is intelligence moving through us all right now. It is a deeper intelligence. It's an ancient one, and our work is not to force it. It's to re attune to it, to shed old stories, to step into the power of our knowing and to lead from connection to source. Source Energy is the energy that created the universe. It is, the intelligence is, it's the same intelligence as the love that we feel. It is the love that has created us as a planet, as a people, as organisms. We are here because of this energy. You can call it God, I'm referring to it as source, and yes. This world wants to exhaust you and me, right? We are. Whew. It is chaotic. It's trying to scatter us, but because of it's falling apart, because of all this false power wanting to drop us into chaos, it wants to pull us outside of ourselves. It wants us to get, um, scattered and. You know, not aligned with ourselves. Certainly tripping over ourselves. It, it doesn't want us strong, right? It doesn't want us sovereign. It wants us to feel overwhelmed and it wants us to shut down. But your sovereignty, my dear, is your gift and stepping into your intuition as a leader is allowing this super intelligence to work through you. Not from fear, but from truth. And I really do believe that everything that's happening is happening for some reason. And everything that's happening is as horrific as it is 'cause it is really horrific. And my heart is, I mean, overwhelmed by the pain. It has caused others. And that is. My truth, it is overwhelming sometimes for me. However, I'm really feeling the pull of this energy to step inside my power, and I am calling upon you to hear that calling for you and to recognize what's brewing inside of you. You can either shut down, become overwhelmed, and hide. Or you can step into your power and you can step into your purpose and you can step into what you're here to do and that you can trust that there's something sacred and intelligent about doing that. And that there's, you can use your voice, you can speak for what you are for, but not live in what you are against because that, my dear will annihilate your nervous system. Right? So. There is another side to this and, I'm gonna shift now. There is another side to this cla sentience, and that is when it is untrained. Um, now here's a part we do have to name. So untrained cla sentt can lead to self abandonment. It can look like absorbing everyone else's emotions over functioning because you can feel what others need, right? you immediately get that it's almost feels like a trigger to you. Like you can sense that people need something and then you feel you have to deliver it. It is leading from depletion instead of authority. Now raise your hand if you feel like I really am ready. I wanna step into more authority, self authority, authority in my life, authority to, to create right all that we, um, can really get distracted from leading, from a depletion. And it really erases our authority down the road. Another one is we can really look at, dysregulation as intuition. And I talked about this before when I was saying, we can become dysregulated in our intuitive hits. Like we get a, a sense that something doesn't feel right, and then our brain responds with stories. And you know, our old programming steps in where we either have the fight in us, where we have to, you know, prove something to people or we have the flight in us where we need to run and hide or whatever, or avoid, but we have an experience when sometimes we get our intuitive hits, we get that clear sentience where we sense and feel the emotions of others, or something's not right. Something's happening, and. We get dysregulated in it, and that's really important for you to recognize in yourself and to start showing up for it. Because trained CLA sent is, it is sovereignty, it's clarity, it's leadership. The difference is boundaries, right? Regulation and discernment. Deciding between, discerning between you know what is true and what is fear, Now, if you want to start working with this gift, here are a few simple practices. So before. Decisions I want you to check with your body. I want you to ask, when you're thinking about what should I do, what should I do? What should I do, right? When you think about your decision, let's say you have decision A or B, does decision A make you feel more expanded or decision B, make you feel more contracted? Right. More tense. I know it seems simple, but it's just a very simple way for you to start the relationship that you need to have with your body in order to read and sense and feel. And while it's not all physical in the body, it's, it's just such a big part of it that it's a really good first step. And I have, in my inspiration hub, I have a free. Guide to kind of helping you through decision making using the ask and Receive method where you are learning to ask what feels right, what, what isn't right, getting yes or no answers for yourself i'll put in the show notes, another thing number two is after interactions. I want you to do an energetic debrief. Okay? I'm just gonna sit with that and open myself up to it. Was there something that wasn't said that I sensed? What did I feel? This person but didn't name or what did I feel with this meeting or this decision or, this interaction you had with a future client, right? What did I feel but I didn't name about them and what. Wasn't said that I sense here maybe, uh, there's something I missed and learn to separate signals from noise. And this one's really important and this is where the yes or no answer comes from. Learn to separate. Is this mine? This is really important and this is gonna help you from the dysregulation, right? For getting up in your head, ruminating about shit that doesn't even matter, right? Just 'cause you got an intuitive hit. So you're asking the question, is this mine? And then you listen, yes or no. Now, you may not get a yes or no right away. And I talk about this in my, freebie, the ask and Receive method, but you will learn to get the yes or no. Eventually it comes from, most people will learn to get the yes and no. You just have to practice. And then you can ask, is this important information for me or is this an old pattern of mind being activated? And then you can get a yes or no answer, and then you can sit with what is it and see what comes up for you. And most importantly, regulate first. Before you can do any of this, right before you can stop and ask, where do I feel expansion or contraction? Before you can go into the debrief energetically, like what wasn't said, what did I feel, but not name and learning to. Separate the signal from the noise, right? So is this mine? Is this information? Is this an old pattern? But first you need to regulate. So intuition speaks clearly through a regulated nervous system, my friend. So urgency, not intuition. Fear not intuition. If that's mixed up in it, it's not intuition. Intuition comes in solid, almost emotionless. It's just IT information, its presence. Right. So you wanna call your energy back, take a nice deep breath, get grounded in the body, and then ask the questions. If you don't ground first and get in your body and call your energy back, you're less likely to get good information. So a synapse as we end here. What we are going through right now. I, I don't believe it's random, not from where I'm standing. And here in our country, in this world, we are seeing a collapse of illusions. And when illusions collapse, truth floods in. And I know this can feel terrifying and disorienting and exhausting, because your old world taught you that certainty comes from structures outside of you, you started to believe that. But it's cracking, right? Everything is cracking, and it may feel very overwhelming to you right now. But what's being asked of us right now, especially those of us, that lead is to not grip tighter. It's to stay in our integrity, to stay embodied, to stay anchored inside ourselves. I'm asking this of you to really see how can I do better at this? Well, everything external feels unstable and crazy because as things collapse, we are also awakening to something greater. And this is what I'm talking about, this intuitive leadership. We set the tone of what comes next. How you show up right now matters more than ever. You ability to stay connected to your body, your heart, your truth, because the world around you will organize itself to your frequency. This is intelligence that is moving through us. It's moving through our world right now. We cannot understand it. We cannot know for sure because we are human here, but I do believe it is time for us to rea attune to a higher vibration, to shed our old stories and of who we thought we were, the world we were living in, and step into the power of our knowing, our connection to our to source energy and to love itself because this, is intelligence. So stepping into your intuition as a leader and how you move forward with your team, with whoever you're working with, whether that be, I don't care if it's just a PTO, right? Like I don't any group of people. Any way that you're carrying yourself in the world is leadership. It can be within your family. It is about allowing this super intelligence to work through you because right now, we all are escalated. I'm asking you to ground. Not from fear, but from truth and, this is what intuitive leadership looks like right now. It's not louder, it's not harder. It's embodied. It's angered and it's alive. So I hope that this, spoke to you. If you've been feeling a sense of overwhelm and you don't know what to do with it, I hope this Gave you some permission to step into your divine essence, like who you are, why you're here now in this life, and you're remembering something. Because I think it's really an important time for you to remember who you are and to show up as you, and to really step into your intuitive leadership. So thank you so much. Have a beautiful week, and bye for now.
