Welcome to the Sparkling Life Coach Podcast.
Hey, Sparkling One. I'm your host, Dee Diaz, an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and today I wanna invite you into something special. Not a program, not a challenge you have to prepare for. Just a simple supportive series you can follow one day at a time. Starting May 1st, I'm doing a 30-day video series where I'll be sharing one small wellness shift each day.
These are short, simple, real-life tips focused on energy, nutrition, stress, essential oils, and sustainable habits. Nothing extreme, nothing overwhelming, just small shifts that can make a difference over time. Because let's be honest, most people don't struggle with knowing what to do. They struggle with doing too much at once and then nothing at all.
So, this series is designed to meet you where you are, whether you're just starting your wellness journey or looking to get back on track. These small daily reminders can help you build momentum without pressure. Throughout the 30 days, we'll be touching on things like: How to support your energy naturally. Simple ways to reduce stress and support your nervous system. Nutrition tips that are realistic, not restrictive, and How to incorporate essential oils into your daily routines. Each video is short, so you can listen, take what you need, and move on with the rest of your day.
