Hey, Sparkling One! Thanks for joining me today. I'm Dee Diaz, an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and host of the Sparkling Life Coach podcast, where we explore holistic health, nutrition, essential oils, and natural ways to help you feel better and increase the sparkle in your life. And for the month of May, I'm doing something a little different.

This is part of my Sparkle Reset series, where I'm taking the short daily wellness tips I've been sharing and bringing them together into a simple weekly reset. If you've been feeling a little overwhelmed with your health, this is a great place to pause, reflect, and take one small step forward.

This week, we focused on something simple but powerful: your daily rhythm and energy. The way you start your morning can either support your energy or drain it before your day even begins. Even five minutes of calm before screens can make a difference.

We also touched on nutrition; especially how adding protein and healthy fats can help support steadier energy instead of those mid-morning crashes. And we looked at hydration, which plays a bigger role than most people realize. The theme this week is simple: Support your body early, and it will support you throughout the day.
