One of the most common emotions that we tend to buffer with food is anxiety. I myself was the heaviest I had been when my anxiety was the worst. I have been dealing with anxiety for as long as I can remember, and felt powerless over feeling anxiety. I would reach for food as a way to emotionally self soothe, which helped temporarily but never truly helped solve what I was struggling with. Unsurprisingly, once I solved for my anxiety, my weight was no longer such a struggle.

Join me in this weeks episode where I show you some simple and powerful techniques and tools that I used to overcome my anxiety, and stop buffering with food.  Anxiety itself is a NORMAL human emotion, and we can empower ourselves by changing the way we respond to it.
