I know I'm not alone in this human journey of learning to truly love yourself. So many of us come into this life with wounds of feeling we're not enough, of outsourcing our worthiness and lovability to others. Walking the brave journey of learning to unravel these wounds and truly embody self love is one of the foundational aspects of becoming Joyfully You.
