Dawnele received her Cosmetology license in 1991 and has done it all. She has worked as a stylist, Store Manager, General Manager, and Educator. Most recently she worked for a major national franchise for 23 years both on the local and corporate level. She recently joined the Keep It Cut team in Arizona to take on talent management from recruiting to ongoing training for staff to ensure brand quality.
Dawnele is passionate about helping industry professionals build their brand and have successful careers.
