- 18 minutes of guided 3-part breathwork (belly inhale, chest inhale, exhale)

Refresher: How to do the 3-part breath
- Avoid heavy foods for an hour before
- Lie flat somewhere comfy and cozy
- First take a big inhale into your stomach, then shift the breath into the chest for another inhale, fully exhale (not forcing, just letting it out evenly)
- Repeat, cycling from the two inhales into the exhale and back to the two inhales
How you might feel
- Physically: Tingly, cold or warm, slight cramping in the hands
- Mentally: A shift away from everyday thoughts
- Emotionally: Feelings may come up and that's natural!
