Choice Lifestyle Podcast
The Dalai Lama said, "Pain is inevitable, suffering is a choice" We can't control what happens to us, but we can certainly control how we respond to what happens to us. I believe that happiness is a choice and I built my company Choice Juicery upon this ethos. This show is a platform where we discuss all things health, wellness and mindfulness in hopes of inspiring you further on your journey to more health and happiness. We will be sharing inspiring stories, health, wellness and mindfulness hacks as well as anything else that will contribute towards our shared goal of living our best choice life. My biggest desire in life is to make a positive impact and that's what this podcast is all about. I want to leave the world a better place than I found it. I believe every episode of this podcast will leave you better than it found you.

Redefining Sobriety, With Brandon D'Ambra
In this episode, Nastasha McKeon interviews Brandon D'Ambra, the co-founder of Pink 7, a sober curious lifestyle brand. They discuss their personal journeys with sobriety and the societal pressures to fit in and belong. Brandon shares his experience of hitting rock bottom and seeking help, which led him to rehab and eventually to Encinitas. He emphasizes the importance of taking recommendations and being open to other people's experiences. Together, they explore the idea that substances can be like Russian roulette, and how society normalizes drinking and partying. The conversation highlights the need for deeper self-reflection and the power of building a supportive community. Pink7 is a community that provides support and social experiences for people on a sober journey. They aim to inspire individuals to reach their potential and find true happiness without relying on substances. The name Pink7 represents the experience of bliss and happiness that comes with sobriety. The community offers a variety of events and activities, including pickleball, yoga, Pilates, and meditations, where people can connect and have fun without the need for alcohol. The goal is to create a stigma-free environment where sobriety is celebrated and people can feel proud to be part of the community.
