Dr. Chandler Hoffman is the creator and host of the show and is a clinical psychologist. The inspiration for this series comes from his reflection about the foundational nature of friendship and especially those relationships of our youth. Friends are integral to both our social development and to the positive aspects of life in general.  Exploring the seminal experiences of his own friendships and of his guests is the essence of the podcast and the inspiration to have gratitude for the friendships that were the building blocks of our lives. Dr. Hoffman will interview his own hometown friends from Berkeley CA as well as others from other hometowns around the world as well as colleagues and professionals who study friendship or relationships to contribute to the understanding of this topic.
