In this week's episode I am talking to you all about what I see is the missing piece of the puzzle for so many women - the nervous system. For so many women who are juggling ALL of the plates, the effect of our lives on our nervous systems goes over looked, I know it certainly was for me! Well, until I couldn't anymore that it. Two years ago, when I slipped two discs in my neck and back known as the 'trauma discs' - I had to long long and hard at the choices I was making and the effects they were having.
In this episode I talk you through how that injury changed my life, how issues with the nervous system present themselves in our lives and what we can do to nurture our nervous systems.
