I was inspired to bring you this episode because I just had a couple really hard days around here this week, actually it wasn’t even a day, it was just a few hours of our afternoon.. but it was really  hard. I knew this week was going to have some challenges. Post spring break/easter festivities, getting back into routine, my husband left for work, I was starting my cycle... okay, all the things. And as expected, there were some moments; when my kid got activated,  I got activated. And I really had to take a step back, dig deep, and be intentional about hitting the reset button.

In today's episode I am going to give you three components a reset must have in order to be effective and meaningful for everyone, to help turn the day around as soon as possible, with more peace, connection, and room for joy.
