  1. You shouldn't eat fruit because it's too high in sugar
  2. You can't get adequate quality protein on a plant-based diet
  3. Ultra-processed foods are bad for you
  4. Frozen and canned produce is less nutritious than fresh
  5. Dairy causes inflammation
  6. Saturated fat is bad for you
  7. You need to drink a gallon of water each day
  8. Seed oils are bad for you
  9. Eating carbs causes diabetes
  10. Eating fat will make you fat
