Did We Just Become Milfs?

Ep. 57 Katrina Scott is Back! : The Tea On Being A Mom Of THREE

Season 1 Episode 57

We’re back with the one and only Katrina Scott, and we’re so excited to catch up with her. Last time she joined us, she got super real about the losses she’s been through—some of which she hadn’t shared with many people—and today, she’s filling us in on how life’s looking now as a mom of three (cue our jaws dropping at the "wow, she's a superwoman" moment).

Katrina takes us through what it’s been like finding light again after all her heartbreak, including how she felt emotionally during her third pregnancy and how the birth of Carmen helped her heal after a really tough second birth experience. We’re talking all the feels, y’all.

Then, of course, we dive into the big question: what’s it really like going from two kids to three?! Katrina spills all the tea on the hardest parts (spoiler: bedtime chaos is real), the things that surprised her, and how her older girls have been adjusting to their new baby sister. It's equal parts hilarious and heartwarming—honestly, we can all relate!

Oh, and did we mention that Katrina somehow managed to launch her fitness app AND products while pregnant with Carmen AND adjusting to life with a newborn? Like, how does she do it? She’s giving us some serious inspiration + motivation as always.

We wrap things up with some rapid-fire questions! Katrina tells us what advice she would give her past self, her favorite mom hack now that she’s a mom of three, and the one thing she totally swore she’d never do as a mom...but now absolutely does all the time.

It’s real, it’s raw, and it’s all the mom feels. We can’t wait for you to hear it!
