Inspired Alchemy with Lizzie
Healing is not linear and because of this, healing and growth can feel very messy. Taking inspired messy action is how we create alchemy in our lives. Inspired Alchemy seeks to show the perfectly imperfect side of healing and how you can find your light in the darkness. Healing can be beautiful, and you can also feel grief simultaneously while you dance in the shadows searching for the light within. Inspired Alchemy is about finding the pieces of you hiding behind doors you are scared to open. You have the key to open the door; are you brave enough to see what is waiting for you behind these doors?
I hope by sharing my story and my thoughts, it will help others on their journey.

Are you haunting yourself with the ghost of "not ready yet" or allowing the fear monster to guide you instead of your intuition?
Ready is not a feeling it is a choice. While intuition does play into it, there is something deeper at work here.
If we wait until we "feel" ready, we may never chose or move forward, staying stuck in the web of delay.
In this Halloween-inspired episode, I explore how spooky archetypes remind us that readiness is an alchemical act. Ghosts haunt us when we don’t release the past, the idea of monsters in our room or closet grow until we open the door and decide to face them, and werewolves transform whether they feel ready or not but change gets easier when they stop resisting.
Ready is a choice and every choice we make is alchemy and a step on our path. As we move in uncertainty and take action, the path is illuminated.
