Episode 76 Alchemical Rambling

Sometimes the alchemy is hiding in what we call rambling. Most people don't understand that in the rambling are "ah-ha" moments. People will send me voice messages and then apologize for rambling, and I tell them not to. Some of the best gold is hidden in these seemingly meaningless conversations. 

I have so many great conversations that had so many codes and keys for myself and others and all we did was ramble and allow the conversation to lead where it would naturally go. 

In this episode I just take you through a few things I have been noticing as a theme within myself and others in terms or integration and what it feels like, parenting a magical and self-aware teenager and other small thoughts in my head.
