Today we're gonna talk about the six ways that you know that your AI is working. So often we can get caught up on the cool stuff that's going on in the AI world. Ask me how I know, right? There's just like so many things that you can do with AI, which is amazing. However, AI is to work for us, not against us. And so there's six ways that you can tell if your AI is working. And if you're not experiencing this, these six things, then something is off, something needs to be retold, something needs to be replaced or rethought. So the first thing that you can look at to know if your AI is working is if your new patients are going up. Very simply. Have you captured more new patients? This is on the AI receptionist. If you want a link to an AI receptionist that helps with that, it's right down below. If if you have missed calls and then now you have an AI receptionist that's actually scheduling those calls, then you're gonna see more new patients. It's very simple. If not, if it's actually causing you to lose more new patients, that's a problem. If you're getting tons of complaints from existing patients, that's a problem. So first thing that you want to look at are you getting more new patients? Has your new patient did it go up by three, by five? What is it doing? Is it capturing more opportunities for you? Number two, more collections. There's a lot of AI options out there that help you with treatment presentation, treatment acceptance, uh clinical, the clinical side of building trust with x-rays. There's all kinds of things out there that will help you on the AI front. You're probably using some of them. Has your collections gone up? Are you converting more patients or scheduling more patients to treatment than you were before? Did your conversion rate go up? If not, something isn't working right. And it may not be the AI, it may be how you're using the AI, but you need to look at that. Number three, more freed up time. So here's a here's a dirty little secret about AI. AI is great at doing the small jobs that free up time that create bigger jobs that actually make you more busy. And so at times you can get lost in the sauce because AI is really, really good at kicking the ball down the field and just creating more work for you if you're not careful. Now, as a leader, as a business owner, you should be working on the bigger things. So AI is great if it's like a VA, a virtual assistant, where it's doing some of the spreadsheet tasks or data entry task and things like that that you really shouldn't be doing, that's awesome. That's great. However, it shouldn't just be creating more busy work for you. If you're doing more busy work on top of the old busy work because AI just created more busy work, you're using it wrong or it's not working in your favor. Okay, number four, less micromanagement. What does that mean? You shouldn't have to micromanage people with AI now. AI is able to help you create people's tasks, their duties, spell it out very clearly for them, give them a schedule or give them a framework to work within, and give them a place to ask questions of how things should be done. And if you have all that, then it should be less micromanaging for you. If you don't have that, then you're having to sit on top of people and train and then retrain and retrain and retrain. A lot of that has gone away with AI if we're using it properly. Number five, less busy work. And I kind of hit on this more free time, but really, you're the owner of the business. You shouldn't be doing $10 an hour tasks. You just really shouldn't. You shouldn't be doing data entry, you shouldn't be doing uh just manual internet tasks where you're logging on and you're just grinding on a computer. A lot of the accounting, I know some people like that, but you really should be letting AI help you with that. A lot of the spreadsheet work, the number uh pulling all the numbers, those kind of things. AI can do most of that for you now. So you should be doing less of that. And then lastly, and probably one of the biggest ones, is less blind decision making. We've all been there before, if you've been in business for any amount of time. Someone threatens to sue you or someone sues you, and you get a lawyer letter or anything else like that, where it's just like this new territory, you're not used to it, you don't know how to respond, it's super scary, and it's just very intimidating. You have that pop up. Before AI, it was like, what do I do? Who do I even ask for help? And you're kind of embarrassed to ask for help even. With AI now, you can go in and get a good understanding baseline. I'm not saying have it be your legal person, your HR person, but you can at least get a framework. There's been multiple times I've had to interact with lawyers where I'm asking the lawyers better questions because I have AI helping me fleshing everything out, really making things work. So if this is helpful to you, if this is something that is actually working in your favor, all of a sudden you are you're making more decisions that are far more educated and you're asking far better questions. So, anyways, hopefully this was helpful today. The six things, if your AI is not doing those things, comment down below. I'd like to know from you. And if you want some AI support, if you want to know some companies that we use, I would be happy to share those with you. Thanks so much for tuning in. I hope you have a great day.
