In 2021, Globally recognised as one of the top 500 Leaders in Mental Health, this pathway has lead the way to truly drive change in not only the corporate world but in many individuals across the globe.
In 2024, created the podcast series - Metabolic Wellbeing without the BS. A platform to share insights, strategies, storytelling and tips on the importance of the longevity of health.
