In this episode, I’m joined by Dr Sarah Myhill, a true pioneer in ecological and nutritional medicine, whose work has challenged conventional thinking for over four decades.

Dr Myhill qualified from the Middlesex Hospital Medical School in 1981, spending 20 years as an NHS GP before moving into independent practice with a special interest in ME/CFS and chronic fatigue. She is internationally recognised for her groundbreaking work on mitochondrial dysfunction and its role in chronic disease, co-authoring some of the earliest and most cited scientific papers in this field.

She describes her mission simply and powerfully:

“I like to give people the Rules of the Game and the Tools of the Trade to restore fitness and vitality.”
