Ken Bass

Ken Bass was born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee. After graduating from college in 1974, he pondered various career choices before going into radio-broadcasting and helmed morning shows in various markets before settling in Boise Idaho in 1985. Ken has won multiple awards and public acclaim over his 40 year on-air career. And he has donated countless hours emceeing public and charitable events in the community. Since retiring in 2023, Ken continues to be involved and shares his voice to support community events and important causes. Ken and his wife of 25 years, Michelle are proud parents of four, and grandparents of two.

Michelle Bass, LCSW

Michelle Bass graduated with her social work degree from Boise State University and her masters in social work from Northwest Nazarene University. In 2018, she became a Trust-based Relational Intervention Practitioner (TBRI®). Since then, she has added multiple trauma-healing informed approaches to her work. Michelle has a passion for prevention work and brings her years of clinical work with youth, teens and families to every episode. Michelle also has extensive experience training and public speaking in multiple communities and audiences. Michelle is a proud Mom and Mor-Mor to her amazing blended, multi-generational family she shares with her husband Ken.
