Our purpose for creating our podcast So Much More is to speak about real-life experiences around parenting, womanhood, being a wife, working inside and outside of the home, and so much more! There are so many elements that we are working through each day as women, and top that off with hormones, diet culture, body image culture, constant comparisons of ourselves to others, perceived judgment, and so many opinions and ways of living life among all of us – that sometimes we need to just sit down and have the conversation - we are all different but the same. We all have egos, we all have insecurities, and good days and bad days. We all have struggles and times when we feel defeated and alone. So Much More is meant to talk about the real experiences, the challenges we face, and how we get through those by practicing gratitude and staying positive through it all! To keep our perceptions of others and ourselves clear enough to see the good more than the bad.

How we speak to ourselves makes a major difference in how we feel throughout each day. Because of that fact it is so important to keep our inner voice positive and be kind to ourselves. Think about it this way if stress and negative self-talk can cause real harm to the body by manifesting into disease, both mentally and physically, then isn’t it possible for positive self-talk to do just the opposite? That is the conversation we get into on today’s So Much More Podcast.
