Peter Collins, PhD MBA is a specialist in leading and scaling technology-differentiated engineering businesses. With an exceptional track record of four successful exits across the roles of Chair, CEO, COO, and CTO - including three trade sales and one IPO - Peter is a true veteran of the 'Lab to Market' journey. Most recently, as Chair, he led the sale of water-utility sensor provider Inflowmatix to Suez. As CEO, he took Permasense from an Imperial College laboratory to global market leadership with sales in 27 countries before its acquisition by Emerson. Sebastian Weidt is the CEO and Co-founder of Universal Quantum and a Professor of Quantum Computing and Entrepreneurship at the University of Sussex. In 2017, Sebastian and his long-time collaborator, Prof. Winfried Hensinger, published the first practical blueprint for a large-scale trapped ion quantum computer—a breakthrough that led to the incorporation of Universal Quantum in 2018. Richard Murray, PhD is the co-founder and CEO of ORCA Computing.
