Ruthie Schulder is the co-founder and CEO of The Participation Agency, having worked with brands such as: AirBnb, Soylent, Alienware, Acer, Red Bull, Oreo, Foursquare, Budweiser, Pandora—and this list goes on and on. She is reinventing the agency model and strives to develop radical experiential campaigns with brands as partners, not clients.

She was named Inc.’s Millennial CEO Rising Star and one of Adweek's Disruptors. The Participation Agency has won multiple awards and is often name on Inc.’s Fastest Growing Private Companies list.

In this episode Ruthie Schulder and I discuss the importance and meaning of radical experimentation, women entrepreneurs, and the impact of identifying clients as partners and not, "clients."
