Show Notes

Well. I have a few episodes in the bank and I could have easily published one of those today, however, I feel like I would be remiss to not address the elephant in the room, rather the elephant in the world right now which is Corona Virus.

The CEO of Bottle Rocket, which is where I work, just slacked this little kid bit to us.

It is a picture of Isaac Newton. And It reads:

In 1665, Isaac Newton had to work from home when the University of Cambridge temporarily closed due to the Bubonic Plague. It was the most productive period of his life, and he used that time to develop his theories on calculus, optics… and of course the discovery of gravity.

And I think at it’s core it’s a reminder that we have faced tragedy at scale before and we will prevail. This world will prevail. It will take blood, sweat, tears, but we will make it through.

Especially during times like this, my call to action I have at the end of every show rings more true than ever. And that is, friends, to stay curious.
