Hey, hey, today I'm pulling back the curtain on how I help busy women go from energy chaos to clarity, and it's a three-step framework that works. And, yes, it starts with my free energy tune-up tracker. So let's dive in. If you've been on this journey with me for the last couple weeks, in episode 28, we recognize the five signs that you're running on empty and how to recharge. And in episode 29, we talked about using my SMASH framework to staying energized even during the busiest of your seasons. So this week we're diving in how to go from energy chaos to clarity using this three-step framework. All right, so we have three steps. They all start with A. I'm calling it the triple A, not to be confused with, in medical terms, abdominal aortic aneurysm. No, this is not that. We're talking awareness, alignment and action. So the first step is awareness. You can't fix what you don't know. So that's why tracking your energy, what drains it, what boosts it it's a total game changer. Take one week to jot down when you feel most drained and most energized. Notice the patterns. Maybe it's after a long meeting, or maybe it's after a lunch because, hello, you carved out on chips. I don't know. I'm just saying I always say clarity is power, and once you know what's happening, then you can start making tweaks. And then next is alignment. This is where you ask am I spending the energy on the stuff that matters most? If you're pouring yourself into things that don't align with your priorities, it's time to pivot. Start saying no to stuff that drains you and, yes, that stuff that fuels you, that fills your soul, that makes you feel like you have more capacity. This step is all about matching your energy with your values. For example, if family time lights you up, schedule it in like it's a meeting with your boss. It's a non-negotiable, all right awareness alignment.
Speaker 1And then we take action. So this is where the SMASH comes in handy. We're using the SMASH framework to create this actual steps towards energy and increasing your energy goals. So let's break it down. You're going to set your intention. Maybe it's improving your mornings, but we need to be specific and we need to make it measurable. Start with 10 minutes of quiet time before the day begins. Then we're going to automate Put your phone across the room so you're not doom scrolling in bed. And then we're going gonna self-reinforce management Celebrate with your favorite cup of tea when you follow through with your task. And then habit stacking is tying in a habit with a ritual. Like you have your coffee brewing, this is your quiet time to fuel up with some water, hydrate and then have your coffee Again. That's a very simple, simple idea of maybe improving your mornings.
Speaker 1But if you go back also to episode 29, we really dive into how to stay energized during the busiest season, using my smash action planning framework and diving into each of those steps.
