"I walked away—quietly and truthfully—from the life I built to fit everyone else. It wasn't a loud exit, but it was the most honest thing I've ever done."

There is a specific kind of exhaustion that comes with spiritual awakening. It’s the weight of pretending to be someone you aren't until the mask finally shatters. In this pondering, I’m sharing the raw reality of what it looks like to walk away from the life you "should" want to find the life that actually belongs to you.

Leaving the old life behind doesn't always happen with a loud bang or a big fight. More often, it happens in the silence of a Tuesday afternoon when you realize you just can't do it anymore. If you’re feeling the fatigue of becoming someone you’re not, or if you’re questioning the foundations of everything you’ve built, you aren’t alone.

In this pondering, we sit with:

  • The Breaking Point: When the weight of pretending becomes heavier than the fear of change.
  • The Quiet Exit: Why walking away often happens in silence, not chaos.
  • Outgrowing Your World: Giving yourself permission to leave behind what no longer serves your soul.
  • The Power of Reclaiming: Finding who you were before the world told us who to be.

It’s okay to change. It’s okay to outgrow. This is your reminder that returning to yourself is the only journey that matters.

Thank you for listening!  You are the one I come to meet.
