In this pondering, I’m sharing why I stopped trying to build energy walls and started practicing the power of detachment instead.
When you stop identifying with the triggers, there’s nothing for the "toxic energy" to attach to. You move from being a victim of your environment to being a sovereign observer. Let’s talk about the freedom that comes when you realize that your true nature doesn't need a shield—it simply needs your presence.
