Hello and welcome to my podcast, The Intuitive Marriage Method.
I’m Amanda Pott, a certified life coach, intuitive empath, slightly witchy, 420 friendly, a lover of woo woo, singing and painting.
I created the Intuitive Marriage Method and the ~ 12 Foundations ~ to help myself stay on track with my self-worth & marriage and to help couples reconnect communicate and cultivate self love within their marriage.
I survived messy relationships, a marriage that ended in domestic violence, being a single mum of 3, staying in a shelter...but never gave up on my fairytale marriage & family dream. Now I live in Canada creating the life within my second marriage that I’ve always believed was possible with my soulmate Barry & our blended family of ten & growing.
I am not a therapist or medical professional just a sarcastic wife, mum, nana, who finds passion in helping married women find their voice embrace empowerment & build soulful playful marriages.

Here are 3 easy steps you can start today to become more aware!
1- Mindfulness Meditation :
Take just 10 minutes each day to sit quietly, focus on your breathing, and observe your thoughts without judgement. This practice helps you become more in tune with your inner voice and emotions.
2-Journaling:
write down your thoughts, feelings and any intuitive experiences you have, reflecting on your day through journaling can help you identify patters and gain insights into your intuition.
3-Body Awareness:
Pay attention to physical sensations in your body. Notice how different situations make you feel physically. This awareness can be a powerful indicator of your intuitive responses. Be aware of your surroundings and how they make you feel, the energy. Be open to absorbing good positive vibes into your life.
