Bill brings a diverse background of professional experience, having worked in higher education administration at both Xavier University and the University of Cincinnati for eight years. Since returning to New England, he has taught several business communication and leadership courses for professional programs offered through Vermont State University (Castleton and Randolph) while serving for over fifteen years as the Assistant Director for Adult Technical Education at Stafford Technical Center, where he developed education and training programs for many Rutland-based employers in allied health, manufacturing, beauty care services, and commercial transportation. Lucci is the father of three children and lives in Poultney with his wife Kim.
