I've done so many, I've done so many visualizations with you. here locally in St. Petersburg, but also I've joined some of your masterclasses and you just always knock it out of the park. She climbed the ladder of corporate America for what? Nearly a decade, I think. Yeah. Nora, I'll hand it over to you and you can start sharing your screen and we'll go from there. Awesome. Well, thanks for having me. I'm really excited. And yeah, just thanks for bringing me in here. So, a little bit more about me, Katya just did a beautiful intro, but I am a business coach for mostly online service providers and coaches. I do serve. product based business owners, mostly in my private coaching as well. I love breath work and meditation. I originally started as like a traditional, like spiritual life coach. And then I pivoted into business probably close to two years ago at this point. So now what I do is I help my clients start and scale their business to six, multiple six figures, and I blend spirituality and strategy. So with everything that I do, I'm really big on business strategy. but also really bringing in spirituality, meaning like confidence, identity work, intuition, manifestation, all of that. And I always say that my bread and butter is identity work and messaging. So I love writing. I love content messaging. I love teaching that. And then I'm also really big on, which we'll talk about today of like, we talked about this on Katya's podcast episode, I think too, but really that you have to think about when it comes to what you want, who is the version of you. In that vision, who is the version of you that's already manifested the thing? Who is the version of you that's built the business? Who's the version of you that's made the money, attracted the partner, left the job, climbed the ladder, whatever your goals are, and you have to become her first, is what I always say. So it's really about bringing yourself into closer alignment with who is that in terms of identity? And how do we merge you with that version of self? So that's kind of what I call like identity work. So using manifestation, which we are talking about today, I've been able to meet and marry my dream partner after years of messing around with Peter Pan's people that sucked, you know, you know, the deal, all that fun stuff. I'm from Chicago, but I moved to California for 15 years. Now I'm in Florida for two years. So manifested just living in the sun, creating a multi six figure business per year from scratch within just three years, doing something that I genuinely love so much. Like I feel like Right before this, I had a pinch me moment of like, this is my job. Like I get to like teach about manifestation. It's so cool. So I really do love it. And fun fact about me. I think that we have some business owners in here. Yeah. Good question, Nora. Are you sharing your screen? Cause we still see mine. I am. I was like, am I the only one? Oh, you, you messaged me. Yeah. I don't know why. Maybe stop my share here. Let me try. I can see the baby. Oh, you know what? At the top Katya, you can see a pretty, maybe, maybe, okay, perfect. That was me. User error. Go ahead. All good. Pre starting my business. I had zero social media experience. I literally, meaning never had Instagram, never had Facebook ever, not even for personal reasons. So I know that you mentioned Katia, there's could be some coaches in here. So hopefully that's inspirational as well. And then I have a top ranked podcast have been able to travel the world, 25 countries and counting and recently bought my dream house. So manifestation is real, which we'll talk about today. I feel like sometimes, you know, Instagram make it sound like super woo woo in like this fluffy subject, but it's really based and backed in like science, which I'll talk a little bit about today too. So, today just like high level, what we're going to be doing is we will cover just if anyone's super, super new to manifestation, the basics, like what is manifestation? How is it backed by science? We will get into what some of the biggest manifestation myths are and like misconceptions about manifestation. We'll talk the three keys to manifesting, what must be true for manifestation to really, really work. We'll talk about the five places where people usually get blocked most, or like get stuck with their manifestations, and how do we bust through those things. We're also going to talk about my signature step by step process to recognize, release, and rewire limiting beliefs. We'll get into how do we like embody the feeling? I know that that gets tossed around a lot. You might've heard that. How do you really embody the feeling? What is my number one trick for that? We will talk about overcoming fears when it comes to action taking that's in alignment with those manifestations. And then we'll cover some of my favorite manifestation tools, how to know which one will work for you. Wow. This is a lot. And then we're also going to do live visualization. So. We are gonna be learning a lot tonight and then goal here is I'm gonna be teaching a lot in the beginning But then once we do the visualization The goal is we're gonna be connecting the dots because what I want for you guys tonight is to be able to leave and be Like oh, I don't just understand this conceptually now I know how to take my own manifestation or whatever it is. I'm trying to manifest and apply some of what I'm teaching real time to that. Any questions? Okay. Who here is like familiar with manifesting? Just raise your hand or drop in the chat. Okay. So some, most of us have basic understanding. Perfect. Okay. So what is manifestation? It is the process of really intentionally creating your desired reality through your thoughts, your beliefs, your emotions, and your actions. So it's not just like the whole wishing or wanting. It's not just like, let me write it down and put it out into the universe. Yes. That's a great starting point. But why I want to begin with that is because I think that again, sometimes like social media has given the term, like this, like floofy meeting when it's really like, our creative power as human beings. We are co creators and we are always actively taking a part in creating the reality that we're living in the reality we're about to step into all of that kind of stuff. So every single one of us is human. And because of that, like, it's like, we're an extension of the universe, right? So we have the same power of the, as the universe to really, really like make shit happen, essentially. One thing that I always love to remind people is like, oftentimes there's a time lag that exists with manifestation. So you can look at your current reality right now and you can tell what did you manifest in the past. It's like all of your past thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and actions have created the reality that you're sitting in today. And then also everything that you're currently doing. So I know that you guys are in Katya's program right now, the big shift. It's like everything that she's teaching you from like shifting your beliefs and your thoughts and your emotions and the action you're taking. There is a time lag and why I want to remind people that is because sometimes we think like manifestation has to be instantaneous, but what's really cool is everything you guys are learning in her program. is going to change your future, right? Even if it hasn't necessarily happened yet and maybe some things have, there is this time lag that's always working. So I want to mention that because again, people give up, we'll talk a little bit about this, but people get too attached to the timing and they give up too early when really it's like things get completed first within yourself and then it shows up in your external reality. So what I always say is things always happen once or twice, once within you, and then outside of you basically is how this works. It's how, kind of how you want to think about it. Manifestation, like I said, is backed by science. So yes, it's a marathon, not a sprint. Who here has ever heard the quote, like, what you focus on expands. Again, it's one of those things that sometimes, like, we know it's true, but we're like, Like, why is it true? So there's a part of your brain that's called the reticular activating system or the, the rest, some people call it for short. And what it is is it basically acts as a filter between your conscious mind. and your subconscious mind. So your conscious mind can only handle so many thoughts per day and how it picks and chooses, like what it's going to send to your conscious mind is basically like what's important to Katya. So if every single day Katya is like, my life is going to shit, nothing works out for me, then her, this part of her brain is literally going to search for things that are going wrong. And that's what we're search for evidence because our brain always wants to be right. It doesn't care why it's right or what it's right about. Our brain wants to be right. And how it deems as like, what's important to you is basically what you're thinking about most. So even when we think about angel numbers, right, it's like angel numbers, or you're like, I'm manifesting the Jeep Wrangler. And then you start seeing the Jeep Wrangler everywhere. Those numbers were already there. The Jeep Wranglers were already there. And it's not that they're not signs. It's just that now that part of your brain is actively looking for them. So you're starting to be shown to them, right? So this is a little bit of like the science behind that of like, again, it's, it's whatever you're thinking about and expecting. That your brain goes and tries to pick, pick and choose examples of. So that's important to remember. And then going along with that, like up until the age of seven, our brains are like sponges. So super, super, super easy to like very malleable, very moldable, important for Kati and I to remember we're both pregnant and we're due the same week. So when we have our babies, we get to remember that like, you know, they're, their brains are sponges. Like people say that all the time. And as you get older, it becomes, I don't want to say it becomes harder. It just takes longer to rewire your brain. And again, I'm telling you this because sometimes people are like. I'm gonna like, you know, I have this limiting belief and I'm going to work on it once in my journal session and that's it. And then they expect it to change. But this has to be a day to day and a moment to moment to practice because ultimately we manifest who we're being, right? So the way neuroplasticity works is if you have a thought repeatedly, At some point, your brain just says, let's just automate that and let's just create a new neural pathway is what happens. But this has to be repetition. So another thing to think about is like, we want repetition because again, manifestation is not just always like a snap of a finger proof. It's in your reality. It does take repetition with really like aligning those thoughts, your beliefs, how you're feeling, all of that kind of stuff. Yeah. Your subconscious governs 95 percent of the show. So when you think about just how you're operating, your behavior, your thoughts, your emotions, your actions, all of that 95 percent of that is governed by your subconscious. It's not kind of crazy to think about. It's almost like we're robots and like our subconscious mind is like running the show. That's why who here has ever like driven home. I did this last week and I was like, I blacked out. How did I even get home? I don't even know what just happened on the highway. Like what? And it's because our subconscious is literally leading us at all times. So what manifestation does and why it works is because it aims at shifting your subconscious. And if you think about it, like that's going to shift how you're showing up. So If your subconscious is telling you I am always successful, I always make more money, you know, good people come into my life. You're going to start to just behave and take action like a successful person. You're going to start applying for the jobs that are going to make you more money because your subconscious is already decided. That's true for me. So you don't actually even have to think about doing things as much. It's like it just gets to be automatic. But that's why manifestation works because a lot of the practices that we'll talk about today, all they're doing at the end of the day is shifting your subconscious. And then there's another couple cool things on the science side that are fun to think about. So especially as it relates to like quantum physics, I'm sure you might've heard of, and law of attraction. So there's something that's part of the body of work called quantum physics that's called the observer effect. And what it has shown is just Someone purely observing a particle will change how it behaves. Basically, we'll change its movement and behavior. So what that shows us is like, again, separate from kind of manifestation, quantum physics simply shows us that if the observer is focused on the particle, the particle changes, showing us that when we focus our attention we can actually shape different outcomes. Like that's what we've been shown through this body of work. So again, through you focusing intently on what you want, you can shift outcomes in your life. Another thing too is everything is energy. We've all heard that and sometimes like I feel like even in the beginning, I threw out this and I'm like, I don't even know what that means necessarily before I really knew. I was like, it's all energy money's energy. But like literally, this is just science. Everything is made up of particles, atoms, all of that good kind of stuff that we all learned in school. So your thoughts are energy. Your emotions are energy. this water bottle is made up of energy, everything. And again, what quantum physics has shown is that everything that is energy vibrates at a certain frequency in two things that are at the same frequency will be pulled together. Isn't that crazy? So if I'm sitting here and I'm feeling abundant, just by feeling abundant, I'm literally pulling in and attracting things, opportunities that are of the same frequency, which is abundant. Now, if I'm sitting in lack scarcity, there's never enough, it's always going wrong. I'm going to attract in situations that again, are of the frequency of lack and scarcity. So even a couple of days ago, I journaling. Can't remember what came up. I would just say, but I had this realization where I was like, Holy shit, I'm expecting this thing to go wrong, so I'm attracting things that are going to go wrong. Like, what? Like, we, I teach this and I still do it, you know? So this has to be, again, a moment to moment, like, I don't want to overwhelm anyone. Not moment to moment, but like, manifestation is a lifestyle. It's just who you are as a person, you know? So it really, really is all about just who you're being, what you're thinking, what you're feeling, all of that kind of stuff. Questions before we move into the, the myths. Okay. So the most common manifestation myths, I already mentioned one, which is you can just write it down and put it out to the universe. Again, like, yes, that's a great starting point, but now you guys see why just writing it down once isn't necessarily the trick, unless you're already in alignment. Two is that you can be good or bad at manifesting. I feel like this is the same with like, you're either intuitive or you're not. It's not true. We're all amazing manifestors. We all manifest every single day without even realizing it. That's the crazy part. So sometimes people are like, are you manifesting? Are you working on manifesting everything, anything? And I'm like, we're just like literally manifesting 24 seven without realizing it, you know? So we're all really good at manifesting because again, that's our power as human beings. The question is, is are you intentionally manifesting what you want? You know, number three is that a specific practice or exercise is required or is going to bring it to you? So you don't have to visualize every single day to manifest. You don't have to script write every single day to manifest. Like there's all of these practices that again are great and they're, they're aimed at improving your subconscious mind, but where it gets. sketchy is on TikTok when it's like my 365 manifestation method is going to work for you and you're going to manifest in three days. And it's like, that might work for some people, but I have clients that hate visualizing. So we have them journal. I have clients that hate journaling. So we have them visualize. I have clients that don't like either one. So we incorporate different practices, you know, and we'll talk about different practices today, but I think it's important to remember, like there's no rules with manifestation either. Number four is it'll happen in a certain time frame or it must not be meant for you. Attaching the time frames is something that we'll talk about today, but that's actually something that's going to repel what you're manifesting because it creates like this needy energy. So a big, big piece of this is like, it's going to happen, but it's not our responsibility to determine the perfect timing because we truly don't know. Manifestation is woo woo. We've just learned it's fact and science and then you have to feel good or believe 24 7 or it'll mess it up. I've manifested incredible things when I've been like crying moments before. Like it's, it doesn't, you don't have to feel good 24 7 to manifest. How I think about this and I'm probably jumping ahead is like, When you think about being in alignment with the theme, think about like a scale, right? If you have a scale in front of you and you're using your imagination to talk or to think about what you do want, but then sometimes we're human, we're going to think about like, well, what's going to go wrong? What don't we want? You just want the scale to be heavier. You want more of your attention and your focus to be on what you want, right? Versus what you don't want. So sometimes that like 50, approach helps people. But again, it's like it's you're not ruining anything if you have a few bad days here and there at all It's just we want to think about like overall am I mostly in alignment basically? so That's important to remember as well so the three keys to Manifesting what actually has to be true for it all to work. I've kind of already mentioned this in a few different ways So it's not going to be shocking But again, when you think about manifestation, what it is, is it's co creating your reality through the alignment of your thoughts, which become your beliefs. We've already learned that you repeatedly think something and then it becomes a belief. So there's your thoughts, which in turn become beliefs. And then there's the way that you're feeling emotionally, and then it's the action that you're taking. So that actually should have been another misconception is that we don't have to take action. We do have to take action. That is a big part of manifestation. And that's something that sometimes people forget is at the end of the day, it would be great if we could just like live in our parents basement and order pizza and think about what we want and it would just happen, but like, we actually have to take action towards the things that we want, you know, and it doesn't mean that we have to like. Hustle 24 7 and that it has to be a struggle. But when you think about it, that version of you and where, where you wanna be, the version of you that's already in that vision, you know that she was taking action to get there. You already know what the actions are. It's just a matter of taking them. So those are the things that's important again, believing, feeling, and acting. So yes, it's where the woo meets the work. So if you're thinking about manifesting money, for example, let's just go down this like checklist or who doesn't want to manifest more money. Easy one. Are your thoughts about money positive? Or are you like, I'm not looking at my bank account today. Ignorance is bliss. Fuck that shit. Right? Like we've all been there. That's something to pay attention to, right? Because your thoughts about money are not, are not are not positive. It's like not to go on a tangent, right? But everything you're manifesting, you're in a relationship with. If you were scared to look at your partner and you're like, I'm not looking at you, I don't feel positive about you. They want to, wouldn't want to give back to you, right? So money's not going to want to give back to you either. Are you believing in your ability to make money? Do you believe actually that you can get that raised? Do you believe you can make money in your business? Do you believe that you actually are supported by money? Or are you always like, where's the money going to come from? Is there enough, right? Like that's showing that we're not actually believing. And then another big thing is, is that you want to imagine, for example, how you're going to feel when you have the thing. So if we're thinking about money and we'll do this in the visualization, but I want to call it out right here. Sometimes when we get the question of how are you going to feel when you have a thing? We answer with our conscious mind, right? So, so we might be like, I'm going to feel abundant. And actually when you tune into it, most people, when they close their eyes and they're like, how would more money make me feel? What comes up is safety Rather fresh air weight lifted off of my shoulders. I feel relieved. I feel secure, right? Not everyone is going straight to abundance So it is very interesting and you'll pay attention to this in the visualization But like what is actually the emotion in your body? And get into visualization to identify that because it's not always what you consciously think I bring this up because I had this breakthrough years ago where I was like Trying to feel abundant every day thinking it would manifest as money and I was like, oh no Like I just quit my corporate job. I wasn't making money It was like it was the relief of like, oh, I just needed to feel safe every single day so I had to start doing tapping and breath work every day to create that feeling of safety and that was what uh What unlocked a lot of like the money manifestation for me actually because again the feeling wasn't an abundance, right? It wasn't what my mind was telling me. It was actually like safety of my body. And then lastly, are you taking aligned action? So if you have a business, are you launching the program? Do you have the ways for clients to pay you? If you are in a corporate job, like, are you applying for the higher level job? Or are you like, Oh, I'm actually not qualified for that. Are you asking for the promotion or raise that, you know, you deserve there's all of that kind of stuff too. So again, we want to be thinking about what is, what is the aligned action, which we'll talk about more as well. Yes, I am actually going to cover how to learn to believe we're going to cover like identifying limiting beliefs and then how to, uh, shift into the new belief, basically. Great question. Cause that's the biggest piece. Okay. So the five top five common blocks with manifesting and how to overcome them. So the first thing that usually comes up for people is we start to pedestal the things that we want. So what that means is again, money's just an easy example for everyone, regardless of where you are and what you do, but say you're trying to Manifest that you make$400,000 next year. So a part of you might actually be like, whoa, right? Like that's big. And you have that theme on a pedestal. You don't actually feel worthy of it. This is a bad example. Let's actually go like smaller. Let's go Let's go with a hundred thousand dollars. If if, because you'll see why in a second. Okay? A hundred thousand dollars. And then you're like, that feels like a lot. How am I going to create that? How am I going to do that? Pick whatever number works for you. And sometimes why that happens is because we put that on a pedestal where like we don't actually feel like enough when it comes to the manifestation. So, So what that does is it creates this gap, right? We have to be on the same, like, lay, like the same playing field where think about something that like, if you were to apply to like an entry level job, you'd be like, I'm going to get that. No problem. You literally have no doubt in your body because you know, you're enough for it. So what's going on usually when this happens is we don't feel worthy of the thing. So something that's helpful is that you actually want to make your manifestation bigger so that the thing that you're really manifesting feels smaller. So say you're manifesting the 100, 000. I actually want you to start manifesting 200, 000. And why that is, is because you're going to start to attune yourself to the 200, 000 And then suddenly you're going to be like, Oh, 100, 000. That feels so small. Right. Or if you have a business, maybe you're like, Oh, I'm manifesting, you know, three clients. It's like, I told my client this day, I'm like, no, we're manifesting seven clients because guess what? Then the three clients feel so easy when, when you just are constantly focusing on the bigger thing. So that's something that can be super, super helpful for that one. The other one is The addiction to prediction as I like to call it. So this is the whole like we're watching the potboil When is it gonna happen? How is it gonna happen? What day is it gonna happen on? It's like the classic example of like if you go out to eat at a restaurant And you order food, you're not like to the waiter, like, when is it going to be out? Who's cooking it? Did they get the order right? Did you add this spice to it? Like, whatever it may be. Like, you're not, you just know what's coming, you know? But a lot of the times, this is the thing that gets us, is we have this addiction to prediction. So we think, Things have to happen by a certain time, or they have to happen in a certain way. And why that's problematic is because this gives us, like this tunnel vision, very, very narrow minded where we're like, it's gonna come from this thing in this way, and. It has to be by the state. And the thing is, is infinite possibility exists. So it's your responsibility to, again, be in alignment with what you want, voice what you want, ask for what you want, not actually figure out the how, is like the catch. And the universe is constantly sending us Signs, opportunities, people, connections, and if you're so focused in your left brain around, well, it's going to happen in this way, if it's not this job, there's no other jobs. If this client doesn't sign up with me, then who else is there? If you're so focused on one thing, you're actually going to miss all of the other things that the universe is trying to send you. So it's like you don't actually know the highest good for you at the end of the day. You don't know the best way that something can happen. So how we want to get out of this I'm not holding ketchup on the chat. Use the word only. I will only make, yes, I love that Katya. Using the word only is so good. So how we break out of this is you can do an exercise. I call this like, wouldn't it be cool? It's like, wouldn't it be cool if, write down all the ways in which something could happen. What if someone just decided to loan you 20, 000 and didn't care if you paid it back and you're like go start the business? What if your, you know, boss just decided to give your entire team a bonus and like, they've never done that. And it was so out of character, like write down the craziest things. What if you were sitting on a park bench and you found literally thousand dollars in an envelope? I don't know. Like you want to open up your horizons of like, there are miracles around us at all times. But if we're sitting here Wanting miracles and wanting magic. We have to be open to them. I'm reading this book right now An old book by gabby bernstein And in it she says it's called may cause miracles if anyone's interested and in it She says miracles are around us every single day. And if you're not noticing miracles, then something's gone wrong And I was like, oh, I love that because what that just means is like We're probably just in fear. We're probably just not open to receiving them. We're probably not believing that they exist, but miracles are normal. At the end of the day, the third thing is not actually believing, right? So this is all about self awareness. I know we're going to talk about this more, but. Sometimes we're like, no, I'm really believing it's going to happen. And it's like, are we actually believing or are we lying to ourselves? You know? So again, if you're not taking action towards the things that you want nine times out of 10, it's because you believe the action's not actually going to work, you know, or there's fear there. So it's really important to ask yourself, are like go through the questions that I gave you guys at the beginning of this. Are you believing it? What are your thoughts about it? How are you feeling? What action are you taking? This is kind of how to decipher, like, am I believing? Am I in alignment? And what I already told you is this is all just about making that belief stronger, not making that belief perfect at the end of the day. And then the last thing that tends to be a block is what I like to call contrast. So what contrast is, is your current circumstances are just different than what you're manifesting. And you're like, WTF, I was trying to manifest my dream man. And like, I'm getting these people that are the opposite of what I'm manifesting. Why is this guy asking me on a date when like, it's not, this is not who I'm manifesting. And what I always love to tell people is we're just looking at it in the wrong way. Because. Why contrast happens is at the beginning of this I mentioned that there's like a delay with manifestation So things happen within you first and then they happen outside of you Contrast shows that things have already shifted within ourself Because think about it if you had this person and in the past maybe you would have gone on a date with them and now you're Like I'm not settling hell. No, that's not what I'm looking for You've already upgraded within yourself. That's pretty freaking cool. It's just a matter of time before, you know, Prince Charming comes in. Right? So again, celebrate the contracts because you wouldn't notice it. It wouldn't bother you. You wouldn't be like WTF if you haven't already evolved. So this simply just shows that you've already evolved and it's actually a win. Questions, no questions, but just add based off of my experience, everything you just mentioned on that last slide was so spot on. And it's interesting because now like my mindset lives there. And so just a reminder for you guys going back to Nora's neuroplasticity. The more you try this, the more you practice, the more intentional you are about this, your brain gets stronger and stronger and stronger. And so now that's your new normal. So it's really cool. Like even right now, if you're feeling kind of like, Oh, I don't know this is hard or this is new, just trust. And keep trying because this will become your normal. Just like now, if it's more fear or scarcity or disbelief, that's your normal because of habits and patterns over the years, right? So just trust it can go the other way as well. So I just want to have that. Such a good point. Yeah. It's like the whole automation. It's like, Right now in the beginning, it might seem like a lot, but there's going to be one day where you're literally to Katya's point, you won't even have to think about it. It's just how you think and how you operate, which is pretty cool too. So there's no like work required, you know? So we're going to talk about limiting beliefs releasing, rewiring, and then forming new ones. So what's going to be helpful is I'm sure that, you know, we all have limiting beliefs of some, of some sort, and maybe you wrote down one today. So goal for this is just use your, your limiting belief that you may have written down or play with an old one in the past, if nothing came up and you can kind of start to use this as like an example of like how we would go through this. So the first step is always like we want to become aware of the belief that's holding us back, you know, and the easiest way to, to do this, sometimes I get the question of like, how do I know if I have a limiting belief? And it's like, well, it feels like shit to believe, you know? So we don't always know what we're thinking, but we always know what we're feeling. Has anyone ever been like, Why am I in like a bad mood all of a sudden? And then it's like, Oh, what was I just thinking about two seconds ago? You know? So, you know, when you're feeling funky and a lot of the times how we're feeling is because we're just not thinking nice things. So we want to first just become aware of what the thought is or like what the limiting belief is. Now, the second thing that we want to do is disrupt it. So, Oh, sorry. I was probably confusing you, Kristen. I just, I did say that, but I'll ask for shares after this too. So the second part is we're going to disrupt it. So it can be simple, right? It could be like, I'm not believing that anymore. Like control. I say this all the time. I say control. I'll delete like, meaning like, wait a second. I don't want to put that out to the universe. I don't want to think that anymore. That's an easy one. Yeah. So you can pick a phrase. You can literally just like, you want to think about just interjecting it. Like, hold on. That's not what I want to put out to the universe. Control, alt, delete. And you can go to like, Oh, what's the opposite belief that I can start to believe. But sometimes it's not that easy, right? It's like we have these beliefs that oftentimes we've had since childhood. And if a belief keeps popping up, we want to investigate it further. So this is something that you could do in like another visualization. This is something that I would usually do in a visualization with my clients is like, where did it come from? When did it start? When is the first time you remember feeling that way? That's really powerful to remember because a lot of the times it's like if we have a core belief that there's never enough money Oftentimes, if you go into a visualization and you ask, when did it start, you're, you're, you'll actually be shown a memory that you might've never had in the past. You can do this with breath work as well, a memory that you've never even thought about. And it's like, Oh, I was at the grocery store with my mom and she got super stressed at the register. Right. And there wasn't enough when we were growing up and having that recognition of loan alone of like where it started can help you shift it. Right. Because then it's like. Oh, but was that true? Or was that just true for my mom at the time that she didn't have enough? Was that true for every family? Right? Like, is that actually a fact? A lot of the times it's like, we don't feel enough or worthy. And it's like, Oh, we get shown. Oh, because of that past relationship. And it's like, but did that partner treat me like shit? Because I actually deserve to be treated like shit. Or was he the one suffering? Was he actually never shown examples of love? You know? So it is helpful to go back to that experience, but overall, we want to come to this place of questioning the belief. Like, is it true? Is it true for every person in the world? You know, is everyone in the world poor? Does everyone ever have enough money? Right? Is it true that I'm never going to be able to start a business? Well, what about all the other people that have already started successful businesses? It's not a fact. So sometimes I call this like bringing your thoughts to trial. And what that means is when you go to trial, it's like, It has to be factual. It has to be true. It's not an opinion. It's not like, oh, well for this person, but not for that person. No, it's like, is it true? Is it true? So you want to actually, can you, do you have evidence that the belief is true? And why I keep going so ham on this is because most of the time you're going to find your beliefs aren't true. It's not, you don't have evidence. You might have an example once from your life or one other person's life, but it's not from, it's not a fact, you know? So that's the third part. The fourth that can be really powerful is noticing how the belief may be keeping you safe. So I recorded a podcast episode on this today, but it was all about how a lot of us think that we have fear of failure, but it's actually fear of success. So if you have a belief that you're not going to be successful, is it fear of failure? Or are you actually scared of being successful? Is that belief keeping you in your comfort zone? Keeping you from being seen, judged on the internet, judged by friends and family? It's like, is it keeping you safe in your comfort zone? A lot of the times, the reason why we stay in patterns and stay stuck in beliefs is because they're providing us safety in some way, comfort in some way. There's a hidden advantage in some way, basically, that's keeping us in that belief. Otherwise we wouldn't still believe in it or otherwise we wouldn't still be there. So we have to ask like, well, how is this actually making me feel safe? Maybe you have a belief that you are never going to make enough money, but it's keeping you safe because you're actually scared to have money because then you don't know how to manage it. right? You're, you're scared that you would mess it up. So it's actually easier just to believe that you're never going to make enough money than to God forbid have money and actually just lose it all and mess it all up and whatever. So this can be sneaky stuff, but this is a really important piece of it as well. The next thing that you're going to want to ask yourself is what happens if you don't change it. So fast forward your life. Maybe you look at the belief that you wrote down just now and you're like, What happens if I never actually give it a hundred percent? What happens if I, you know, continue to believe that I'll never find my person? What happens if I you know, continue to believe that I'm never going to be successful or make enough money. Oh, it's probably going to be true because I'm not even going to try. And then you want to ask on the other side, like, well, what would be true if I chose to believe the opposite or the new belief instead? So what would be, what would happen if my belief was I always have enough money. How would I show up? How would I act? How would my life turn out? Right? We want to fast forward and actually see what does this believe? Like, what is the fact that it's having on my life? What is the new belief? And what happens if I shift into that belief? That makes it really real sometimes of like, holy shit, if I don't change this, I can already predict how my life's going to turn out. It kind of like lights a fire under our ass of like, and now I know if I start to believe this instead, what can my life possibly be? And then the last piece of this is going to be taking action that's in alignment with the new belief, because a lot of the times we're not taking action at all, or we're taking action that's in alignment with the fear, right? So if you're a business owner and you know, the fear is you're not gonna. make enough money or be successful, you're probably never going to promote your services. That is acting in alignment with the fear, not with the belief of I'm actually going to be successful. Or maybe if your old belief was you know, I'm never going to find anyone like in terms of love, you're probably not going to put much of an effort towards it. That would be the action that's in alignment with your old belief. Not putting in the effort, not going on dates. But if you chose to change the belief, of course it's going to happen to me. It's just a matter of time. You're going to, the action that you're going to take in accordance with that new belief is going to be, you're going to go on dates, you're going to be super open, all that kind of stuff. Does that make sense? Everyone's belief is different, but if anyone is, is like, what the hell are you talking about and can we walk through an example with my belief, let's do it, or are we following? So overall, we want to become aware of it. What's the belief? Disrupt it. Where did it come from? Is it even true? How might this be keeping me safe? How is my life going to turn out if I don't change it? What is the new belief that I need to believe instead? If I believe that, how does my life end up? And then what would it look like to take action in alignment with the new belief? I think if we have time to go through an example, that'd be really helpful for the group. Who wants to give their example of their limiting belief? I'll give mine. Yes. You are courageous. Let's do it. I think mine is kind of money related and not being able to reach a certain say six figures. I'm a fitness instructor slash personal trainer, and I keep In my head, I keep thinking it's such a like saturated market, right? It's so like, oh, it's just another fitness influencer. Here's Lisette trying to do this. And like, what does she know type of thing. So I think that's where it comes from. It's like, there's so many that I feel like there's maybe no room for me to also make like tons of money with my fitness business. Such a good example. Okay. So it's like, we're aware of the limiting belief that it's like, The limiting belief is I'm never going to make butt loads of money because there's so many other people doing it, right? So we're going to disrupt it. Like, it's like every time you think, uh, you're, you notice that your thought goes there. Say out loud, control, delete. We'll just play with that. Now I'm curious. When's the first time you remember feeling this way? Was it before you started your business? Was it in the beginning? Like, is there anything that comes up around that? Before that's why it took me so long to get started. Okay. So why do you know people that were personal trainers that weren't successful? That weren't? Yeah. I guess not. I've, I've known people, but then they left the business for whatever reason, but I have no idea why, but I don't know any that technically failed at it. Okay, perfect. So we have two data points. It came from before you even started your business. It's very likely that there's a part of your mind that was like, well, they wouldn't leave their business if they were super successful making tons of money. So like, they probably like, couldn't make it work. Right. Like that was probably where some of your mind went to. So we know though that it's not true because do you know people that are or have you seen people online that are successful and make a lot of money? Yes. How many do you even follow or know of? I stopped following a lot just for the comparison, just my comparison part of it. Yeah. But there's, A handful that I actually, I like and I like their content and they're very successful. Yes, a hundred percent. I'm like, it's not my industry. So I do follow a lot of these people, but I, I could name like 50 probably right now. So there's tons, right? So if we bring those thoughts to trial, it's like. Are you the only person in the, in the world that there's no room for, right? Like, well, why do all these other people get to be successful? If we, if we really ask, like, is that true? Like, in Find the Evidence, we have evidence that so many people are successful, and we don't have evidence that anyone has actually ever failed. Correct. Yes. Up until this point. Yes. Up until this point, you can't name anyone that's failed, but we can name a lot of people that have succeeded. Multiple people, you know? Yes. So that's number three. Now I'm curious, how, how might this be keeping you safe? Right? Like if you, if you're believing that like, well, I'm not going to be that successful anyways, then like you're probably not putting yourself out there 200%. Sorry, can you repeat the last part? I had to tell my son to go away. Oh, it's okay. It's okay. All good. No, I said, how, how do you, how might that belief be keeping you safe of like, well, you're not gonna make buttloads of money anyways. So like why, why even fully give it my all? I guess it's also, I mean, maybe it's right or wrong, but it's keeping me safe from maybe getting to, maybe failing or like the water. People gonna say like people aren't showing up to her classes. People aren't signing up. She's not showing Like her clients online or whatnot. Yes 100 the hidden advantage and it's keeping you safe because You don't actually have to put yourself out there 500%, right? It's like, well, if you have the belief that like, I'm not going to like be this big, you know, fitness influencer and make enough money, people can't judge you, you know? And the other thing that you mentioned was you, the fear of failure, right? So it's like, it's keeping you safe because again, you're, if you're probably not trying at your max, max potential. So it's like you're never going to have to deal with fear of failure because you're not actually giving it your all yet, right? So it's keeping you safe from feeling fear of failure and disappointed because what would happen if you believed like, of course I'm going to be super successful. I'm going to be making well over six figures next year, right? Then you're in a position to show up and then you might get to a position where you say, Oh, I gave it my all. And I did foul and you don't want yourself to feel hurt in that way, you know, you don't want yourself to feel disappointed. So that's how it's keeping you safe. It's like, it's keeping you safe from like that disappointment, disappointment of, Oh, I actually gave it my all and I still fouled. Cause that's the scariest place for most people. And then the other thing that we already talked about is it's keeping you safe from like being judged and being seen fully, you know, So what happens if you don't change that? Like what if you just keep operating under the mindset of like, I'm probably never going to make it to over six figures anyways. I feel like I'm just going to keep coasting of this feeling of like wanting more, wanting more, like always feeling like I'm settling or just not being content with my life of like, I want more. Like that feeling of like, I just can't. Yeah. You're going to wake up in 10 or 20 years and be like, damn, I'm settling and it's because I never even took the chance and gave myself the real opportunity. Yes. We don't have the feeling of regret. No, exactly. So now what would happen if you genuinely believed, like I am literally going to make, it's not even a question of like, when it's like it's happening next year. It's already written in the stars of you are making, you know, 150 grand next year. What if you really believe that? How do you think your life would change over the next even decade if you really really believed that you were going to make money I mean, this is so simple, but I feel like I would even start walking differently, you know, like even if I 100 percent You would show up different Yeah Just kind of feel like you know what it's gonna happen and you just kind of show up more confidently Exactly. You have a different energy. This is identity work, right? You're gonna have a pep in your step even if nothing changed what you what in your business You alone are going to feel like a different version of self. You're going to be like, I feel like a baddie. I feel confident. Like you already feel a shift even without anything changing yet. So we know if the goal, what your goal is, right. It's like, well, now it's a no brainer of, Oh, I can either like stay in the same spot and reinforce this belief and have regrets a decade from now. Or I can just walk with my shoulders up and have a pep in my step and like, Obviously I'm gonna crush it. It's just a matter of like time. Yes. Now the final question, thanks for being so open, is what is like one action that, that you can take that's in alignment with the belief? Anything? Honestly, it's, it would be just simply showing up for myself. There you go. Yep. That would, that would be a huge one. Yes. Because again, If you're taking action in alignment with the fear, the old belief, nothing's changing, but this new version of you is absolutely taking care of herself. So that's the action. Trust that action. It doesn't have to be, this is for everyone. It doesn't have to be a massive, huge action, right? It could be as simple as like, I'm going to wake up earlier. I'm going to put myself out there. I'm going to start the Instagram. I'm going to put out more content. I'm going to, you know, talk to my boss about the thing that's been making me unhappy for two years. Like, what is that thing? It can be big or small. Did that help everyone? Great example. Taking action. We'd love to see it. Sunshine all around you. How do you get comfortable with giving up the thing that is keeping you safe? Opening to direction. Yes, we're going to talk about that in a second. Yep, we're going to talk about doing it even when it feels scary because that is a big thing the action so quickly before we jump into the action because I know that we're getting to time but with your feeling this is like my number one trick So you guys hopefully all wrote down an emotion And that just means that you felt the emotion before. Otherwise you wouldn't be able to name it. So if you wrote down confident, you felt confident in your life, or there's some area of your life that you do feel confident in. Otherwise you wouldn't like be able to logically say the word confidence. If you've felt free, or if you wrote down freedom or abundance, you've felt that before. So what I'm saying is you can tap into it. So what are ways that you can tap into that emotion every single day, because not, or as much as possible, because now we know based on what we learned before that everything is energy and things are being pulled towards you that have that same emotion, energy frequency. So if your word was confidence, what is something that you can do more? That you feel confident doing even if it has nothing to do with the thing that you're manifesting. It doesn't matter We just want you to feel more of that emotion if it's abundance like you might not be able to like you're not gonna have You know tons of money in your bank tomorrow Or you don't you might not have the money to like both go buy the car the handbag But can you test drive the car? Can you walk into the handbag store? Can you go work from a hotel lobby? That's like a five star like what can you do to get in the frequency of abundance? Or if it's safety, can you start to do, what can you do that makes you feel safe for me? Breath work is great. It's more of like a an embodiment practice rather than mind tapping is really good for that But we want maybe it's putting your feet in the grass daily. Like what is gonna make you feel safe? So with whatever emotion you wrote down the thing that I want you guys to think about is how can I? literally wake up and say What can I do today to feel more of this way? And I promise that if you just start simply feeling that way, you don't even have to worry about the specifics with what you're manifesting because you already know that you're going to be attracting in those exact things. And the thing is, this is why it's like really, really cool about manifestation is the specifics don't matter because you're not manifesting the money. Or the partner or the house you're manifesting how you believe that's going to make you feel you're not manifesting the specific thing you're manifesting the feeling at the end of the day and this is why some people get the dream job and then they're like that didn't make me feel how I thought it would make me feel and that's because they weren't focused on the feeling so you actually if I could tell you anything it's like focus less on the specifics. Maybe you are like, I don't even know what I want to manifest because I have everything I want. Perfect. How do you want to feel and just feel more of that daily? Now the fears and the actions. So, so, so, so let me read this in the chat again. Okay. How do you get comfortable with giving up the thing that is keeping you safe, opening to the rejection, failure, et cetera, that you deeply fear. Okay. So one thing to think about is It's like, a lot of the like, okay, when we think what's keeping us safe, i to our body, right? It's This is why people can ge feeling depressed and mis More comfortable and safe. At least they know it. It's like it's it's better than what's that quote like the devil You don't know is better or the devil, you know is better than the devil. You don't know or whatever, right? It's at least safe and comfortable so sometimes people wait until they get to the point where it's like It outweighs and it's like, okay, this has gotten so miserable that I have no other choice Now that I call a divine inter intervention and we don't have to wait until that point is what I want to say It doesn't have to be such a rock bottom that we have no choice, right? If you're if anyone has this question, you already know what you have to do. It's just a matter of doing it And what I believe is that you can come overcome 80 percent of the fear With mindset work in journaling and all of that kind of stuff the inner work can take 80 of the fear away And the other 20 percent comes from doing it. So what I believe is that like You can only get so far in your own mind with working through a fear. There's still going to be fear there, but the other 20 percent comes from just doing it, throwing yourself into the fire and asking yourself, well, what if go to that place? What if I did get rejected? Then what, how would it feel? Let the emotions come up. Let yourself feel all of that. Let yourself cry. Let yourself feel uncomfortable. What would happen if I actually failed? What would happen if I spent every dollar in my bank account and I never made anything from it? Go to the worst case scenario because a lot of the times when you go there you're like, oh I actually would be fine And a lot of us are not taking action because we're not willing to go to that worst case scenario of like well What if the fear actually did happen? So imagine yourself again taking that action with whatever feels stretchy. Is it the rejection? Is it failure? Let yourself feel that actually happening so that you can move through it. But again, 80 percent of that is going to work with the visualization and stuff that I'm explaining. And you're still going to feel a little fears, what I believe, depending on what it is in the last 20 percent is just throwing yourself into the fire. So rather than trying to eliminate before we act, It's like imagine that the fear is in the backseat of your car. It's not in the driver's seat, right? So you can still take action and have fear. It just doesn't have to be dictating it, right? It's like, I'm sure everyone Katya can attest to this too. Every step she's probably taken has probably been scary. Her first podcast, she probably had nerves. Her first client, she probably had nerves. There's fear. It's never going to go away. And the more successful you are, I have fears come up all the time too, right? Like it's just, it's kind of part of the game. If you're not feeling fear, then you're not actually dreaming and pushing yourself big enough into more. Like you shouldn't feel safe and normal every day if you're on a path of growth. And then the other thing that I would say is let it be imperfect and messy, right? So everyone starts somewhere. I used to like literally almost pass out when I left these workshops in the beginning. I was so frigging scared. Right. It was like literally not what it is today. This has been three to four years, so let it be messy. No one starts from a place of perfection ever. Everyone starts somewhere. Everyone has had zero followers, zero dollars in their bank account, all of it at one point. And then the other thing to remember is just failure is like the choice to give up. So what I always say is that when you have like long haul energy is what I call it of. If you make the choice, like I'm in it to win it. It doesn't matter if it takes six weeks. Six months or six years. This is how I started my business. I was like, I don't care if it takes me a decade. I'm just literally not giving up. And when you make the choice to not give up, Success is inevitable. You're always going to get what you want because you've simply decided I'm not settling. I'm not giving up so You have to succeed right? It's like failure is basically saying I want this thing still but I I've stopped trying basically that's failure as long as you keep Trying and taking action. You are successful in my mind. And it's just a matter of time before it gets you the results that you want. Just to add something, cause you said I can relate, which absolutely I can. And I'll make it short cause I know we're at time, but most people are on autopilot. Like I've just witnessed that in my career and my upbringing. And a lot of people love just. To play it safe and so I think for me with like the judgment or perceived judgment I should say it gives me a lot of confidence of like well I'd rather be in the game and trying right and like land on my ass and make a fool for uh of myself but at least I'm trying at least I'm in the game and I'm not like in the stands. I think some of you have heard that analogy before. The only way I fail, I've redefined it. The only way I fail is if I quit. So to your point, Nora, it's like, I just keep going and I'm not afraid of anything happening because I know it's up to me not quitting. And then one last thing fear symptoms. Sometimes it is muddled with excitement, right? So like the increased heart rate or nerves or sweaty palms or whatever, right? Nora almost passing out for a masterclass. Sometimes though, it feels so strong because you're also just so excited because the shit matters to you. And so I was also able to, to breathe, calm myself down and understand and Nothing's wrong. Like my life is not in danger, like that monkey mind, you know, but more of like, no, the shit matters to me. And I really want to do a good job. And it's like the self inflicted pressure I'm putting on myself. So those are just some key takeaways that I've had in my experience on my journey. I love that, especially the last piece that you said. Cause yeah, on a physiological level, like fear and excitement is the same bodily symptoms or response. It's what your brain names it basically. So when you feel those symptoms coming on, tell yourself, nope, I'm just, I'm excited, right? I'm not scared. I'm excited. I love that. So good. Okay. And I know we're at time. I have, this is going to be quick. I'm in the last two slides, basically. So you guys have probably heard a lot of these manifestation tools. But again, I just want to You know present them and remind you that play around with them You don't have to do a perfect practice every single day. You don't have to do all of them Like I would just encourage you to literally have fun with it. Like if you love visualization Do visualization it works because your subconscious doesn't know the difference between what's real and what's not that's why it's effective Script writing same exact thing. You're basically again. You're tricking your subconscious What script writing is, is, and I feel like Kati is pretty big on this. You might have already learned this, but it's like, write a short story about your desired reality and present tense. Like, you know, today I woke up and I, I did sign on that client that got me to my first six figure year in my personal training business. And this is how it felt. If you're going to know, like, what, where are you getting your belief behind? Script writing is harder for me. I think to get my belief behind I do better with visualization. One thing that I do is I actually just imagine myself having conversations with people about the thing that I'm manifesting and then I literally will have those same conversations. Like it just works really well for me. So play around with it. Affirmations and mantras are really good. The thing that I would say about that is again, we're trying to trick our subconscious. So a lot of traditional affirmations are like, money follows me wherever I go. I magnetize money. And it's like, That sounds nice, but like you're probably not talking about that like in your day to day. So it's like I just manifested money out of nowhere. Like I'm just, how would you talk to like your friend or your partner or your coach or whoever about it? Like you want to say the affirmations in your own language, right? So if it's not, if you're not going to wake up and say in a conversation. Worthiness is my birthright. I'm not saying this doesn't work. I'm saying what's going to trigger your subconscious faster is being like, I'm the shed. If that's how you talk, right? Like say something like that, because we want your subconscious. to pick up on it quicker. And if it's in your own voice, then it'll just work faster. Basically, vision boards are great. Again, same exact thing. It's like the more you see it, the more hopefully you're tricking your subconscious. So there's a million manifestation techniques, again, way more than this. but all aimed at like, what is helping you to believe most? Where do you feel like you are coming out of the practice? Like, Oh, like I feel like I'm kind of believing in this thing. And then just stick with that. You don't have to do it all. And then the last thing that I want to give you is the only thing that you literally need to remember. is you're manifesting based on who you're being. So the world is not going to end if you're not sitting down and doing practices. I myself, and again, I, I didn't have like a chapter where I did, but now I'm to the point where I'm like, am I like sitting down and doing a manifestation practice every day? No, but it's because I know that what's most important is what happens after the practice. What happens the rest of the day? Like, how do you feel the rest of your day? Not just for the 20 minutes that you're visualizing. It's an amazing kickstarter and definitely still do it but just remember that like we're manifesting whether we think we are or not. So you're manifesting who you're being. So how can you just be as cheesy as like the best version of yourself, your future self, your higher self as much as you can and if you're doing that then everything's going to be taken care of basically. So any questions? That's it. I do. I do. I know it's over, but would you recommend doing like the visualization, script writing, whatever you guys choose at the beginning of the day in the morning so that you're walking through the day with that type of energy? I mean, ideally I feel like yes, but I also just feel like sometimes Specifically like I get this question sometimes from people that have kids and it's just it's not realistic for their schedule And I would just much rather have you do it at some point rather than not do it at all So yeah, I love doing it in the morning myself because it starts off my day night or nicely But like if that's not realistic for you do it before bed that is still effective because again, during the night, hopefully it works into your subconscious, right? And then you wake up and you feel that way in the morning. And also just remember, like I have a friend too, that she lays in bed for like three extra minutes in the morning and just thinks about what she wants. Like it doesn't have to always be 10 or 20 minutes. It can literally be like daydreaming. Sometimes if I'm compressed for time, I use my workouts as manifestation time and I'll be lifting weights and just thinking about what I want, right? That's the same as visualization, right? It's like we didn't dip too far into imagination, but open eyes visualization is just you in your imagination. So what I shared is like the way that I manifest really efficiently is just thinking about conversations that I'm having with people about things that have happened. Oh, my podcast reached this level. I don't have to sit down and be like, okay, think about yourself saying that. I literally can be cooking in my kitchen and just daydreaming about that, you know? So it doesn't always have to be sitting down. It could be like you daydreaming, you know, on your drive to work or something like that too. But that's a good question, Katia.
