Hey, my name is Kati Lillian, and I am obsessed with all things mindset, personal development, and helping you build the best version of yourself. I'm a women's life and mindset coach and an entrepreneur who started a fun hobby of posting hashtag sweaty selfies, grew a successful side hustle, and now I run a six figure coaching business. I teach you the secret of building a life that aligns with your deepest values and one that you wake up excited for. This podcast is designed to expand your mind and. Challenge the status quo. So get ready to uplevel your life and let's start building her. Today's episode, I decided, I get to brag. I get bragging rights because I have so much shit happening in my world, in my communities, and I honestly, I can't keep up. I, I need to share, because when I thought about today's episode, I was like, Hmm, what do I wanna share? Do I want to, you know, talk about confidence or self-doubt or whatever. And it's like, well, actually let's give. Evidence. Let's give proof of what I am doing all day, every day with my clients. And when I say that, I'm talking CEO.'cause we just launched the third round. I'm talking the CEO alumni group, which I also just rolled out Hmm. In June because. There's so many women that still need community, even after CEO, and I'm talking about my private clients. Those are the spaces that I am hosting and that I am able to help my clients win, and that's what they're doing. And so I wanted to devote today's episode to just highlighting the people, the women in my world, because they are on fire. Right now I cannot wait to share some of the incredible wins happening inside C-E-O-C-E-O alumni and in my private coaching now. Again, I am bragging. I'm fully admitting that I am bragging because I think it's so important to highlight these wins because it shows you what's possible when you go all in, or at least when you take this seriously. So if you're an early entrepreneur or you're kind of like teetering between this old world, your old life, your old identity, your old job, and. This new life of, ah, I want to create something, or I want to become an entrepreneur, or I want to start my own business, or I want to do this, but X, Y, Z, whatever excuse you have in your head. I really do hope that this episode reminds you of how possible it is, regardless of who you are, regardless of your experience, regardless of certifications or lack of you. Can do it. If you put your mind to it, anything is possible. So that is the goal for this episode. I'm going to read word for word. My client wins because they're sharing them in our group chats. They're texting me, they're voice noting me, and so I'm going to pretty much read verbatim what they said. What I will leave out are of course names, because I just wanna protect privacy and confidentiality and all that stuff. But I am going to read word for word their wins. So I'm excited to share this with you. I think also. Maybe, you know, throughout the wins, I'll, I'll stop and share quick stories here and there. But I think what I wanna highlight as I go through these is the mental roadblock that my client experienced, and then what I said, what I advised. To then have her get over that mental roadblock and therefore lead to the results. So I'll, I'll mix that in as I share these wins because maybe you're experiencing the same mental roadblock or you've had these thoughts before. I just wanna help you with these tangible. Examples, and I want to also just further highlight the bigger picture of what we're doing here. So when a client has a win, I don't just see it as, oh my gosh, you just made thousands of dollars and this is client number 1, 2, 3, 5, whatever it is. Although that is the byproduct, yes. Reality is we are all building businesses and we need financial oxygen to fuel that business so that we can keep showing up and serving you and serving our clients, and here serving on the podcast, right? If I'm not making money in my business, I have to go somewhere else and make money, and therefore my time. Shot, and then I'm not able to commit anymore to my clients, to my podcast, and so have you. So just recognize the power and the necessity behind the money. But that aside for a minute, you have to zoom out and realize as coaches, what are you actually doing here? Right? Sure you made a sale. Sure you made thousands of dollars. But look at what that client now gets from you in exchange of them saying yes to a six month program, to a year program, whatever the cadence is, right? Like the coach has some kind of value that they get to now pass along and pass forward so that their client. Gets to also up level, gets to also build confidence, gets to also heal so that they can have a better life. And then they also get to impact their family members and their friends and their community and their network because they're now a better version of themselves. So I always like to reflect on the ripple effect that all of us coaches are doing and having. Because again, it's not just about the business transaction and the money. It's about, well, what are we actually now doing and serving? Like what is the deal that we just closed? Oh, you're meeting someone every week or every other week for six months? Oh my gosh. Their life is going to change. They're going to get better. They're going to get stronger. Like it's just wild of what we get to do here. And so that is why I'm also so passionate. I feel like this context matters. That's why I'm so passionate about me building a business by helping other women start their own business.'cause again, it's not just a business. What is the business actually doing? What is the business actually serving? Right? It is just wild of how powerful this is, and quite honestly, at a certain point it's gonna get bigger than just me, little tiny human, Katya. It's about all the other women that are also now making money so that they can also support themselves so that they also have freedom of choice. They have options. Right? One of my clients shared a story the other day. And it said abundance is activism. And I was like, oh my gosh. That is so true because the more money you make now, the more people you get to help, the more people you, you are able to do something, whether it is cash money, or whether it's the gift of an experience, whether it's just tapping into your network and making connections because of the network you built yourself, because of the masterminds that you invested in, like. I could go on and on and on about the ripple effect, but I just feel like that is so necessary to highlight because when I go over all these wins, sometimes that can get lost on you. That can be like, oh, okay, another win. Oh, okay, another client. Okay, another whatever, thousands of dollars. But it's like, actually, let's remember what we're even doing this all for. So that's really, really important and I just wanted to highlight that before we dive in. So let's get to the first client, win. Okay, so the first one is the most recent, and it is from my CEO group. So I just launched CEO here at the beginning of August, which means we just had our second call this week on Tuesday. So we're two weeks in going here into the third week out of a four month program. I feel like that context is necessary to show you how. Recent this was, and just how quickly this happened. Again, I'll, I won't say names, but one of my clients from CEO screenshotted a DM conversation that she just had with a potential lead, a prospect. And she shared it with us in our group chat. So I will first share what she said to us, and then I'll go into what the screenshot says. So my client from CEO texted us today and said, you guys, this is actually the girl I brought up on our call Tuesday that I was thinking of offering free. Coaching too, and she asked me for the call. I mean, I don't think that's ever happened to me where someone asked me for the call. Okay. A few times I lied, but it doesn't happen often. So that's the win that she just experienced. And then the screenshot that she has of their DM conversation. She goes, you know her name? Yes, we are call calling in change. What about my podcast? Spoke to you and she responds With all of it. Can we do a consultation And then my client responds with, we absolutely can and then goes into scheduling the call. This is the first win and I wanted to highlight this one because. Scheduling a call is so huge, obviously, because then the chances are higher that you can actually convert them into a client, number one. Number two, of how recent this was for her because again, she's two and a half weeks into this third round of she EO that I launched, and she now already scheduled her first consultation, which would also be her first client, which is amazing also. And I would say the. Bigger. Win from this is that just the other day she was asking me questions about what to post on her stories because we're focusing on my three C method content conversations. Calls. And so with content, we wanna be strategic enough, right? Of like, what are we posting? Are we speaking to our ideal client, you know, that kind of stuff. And so she asked me for some pointers and I told her, don't post so many stories. People lose interest. They're gonna go out of your story and onto the next one. Or they just tap really fast to like get through to the end. And you know it because you do it if you're, if you're. L. If you say, no, you're lying.'cause I do it myself anyways, shorter, the sweeter, more succinct, the better. So I told her, put up, put up three stories. The first one has some kind of pull because that tends to increase engagement nowadays. Just because people actually take the time to vote. So that seems to help. And if that's the first story, great. And then I would say no more than like another one or maybe two more. Because again, if there's heavy text on screen, not a lot of people are reading unless. There's someone that actually is interested in working with you or just curious or they've worked with you in the past, whatever. The second story, she got straight to the point. You know, this is perhaps what you're experiencing right now. Talk to some of the pain points and the struggles that someone might be experiencing. And then the. Third one said, and now you want different and now you want change, right? So she kind of bridged the gap of like, okay, let's, let's move on. Let's pass this and what's the solution? Me I can help. And then she had a CTA. And so just from that three set stories, this is where she got the response. So I just think it's so cool. And, and also for you, if you're listen. And you're a coach. Try this out. Try the stories where again, the first one is a poll. And of course try to do like a newer photo, maybe snap a selfie, whatever. Best is to usually use a photo that no one has seen before yet. And then, yeah, keep it short and sweet the next few slides. But if you're posting like. 20 slides. There's no way someone's gonna get to the last 20th slide to see the CTA it. It just doesn't happen anymore in today's world and short attention spans. So I'm so happy for her, obviously, TBD, on if she signs the client or not. But this is already such a win because when you have these little wins, it. Proves that this is possible, right? And it can build momentum in the energy of like, oh my gosh, I wanna talk to more people. I wanted to get into more conversations versus feeling very resistant to it, right? Because then people are like, or, or then if you just keep trying and no one is biting, no one is responding, then of course, and get very, very, underwhelming, I guess, and you kind of run outta gas and energy and you also don't believe in it as much anymore. You know, that kind of thing. So that's the first one. She wrote, just resigned my one-on-one client for the next full year, increase my pricing and moved her to biweekly calls from 500 and weekly calls to now 900. And biweekly for the next year, that's 10,800 on top of the 2,500. She's already paid. I am screaming. She is my dream Client too. Shows up, takes action. Implements like a boss and always pays on time. You guys, I can't make this shit up. I am literally reading this word for word, and if you don't believe me, I'm gonna post these screenshots on Instagram as well, so you could see it there, but I just, this makes me so happy for obvious reasons, but more it's on her terms. I think a lot of us build a business and we feel now stuck in that business because we feel like we have to do it a certain way or we should be doing it this way. And I keep reminding my clients, no, we get to build a business that feels good for us. We get to build a business that is successful to us. Even if someone else doesn't think it's successful because you don't make enough to them, or you don't have enough clients for them or whatever it is. You have to understand that's. Their reality, and that's their terms of success. But you get to define what is successful for you. You get to decide what feels good for you. Because remember, most of us have built these businesses because what we want freedom. We want our time back. We want freedom of location. And so if you just start a business and now you're trapped in that business because you have back to back meetings and you just think this is how it is. I want you, I, I want to empower you to. Challenge that and look at the values that you want to have for a successful business, regardless of what anyone else thinks. This is not their business. This is yours. You get to decide. So 500 didn't feel good for her anymore, so she upped it to 900 weekly calls. Didn't feel good for her anymore, so she upped it to biweekly six months. Did not feel good to her anymore. She wanted more stability in her business, so she bumped it up to a year. Right? These are decisions that she made as a business owner of her own coaching business, and the woman or her client said yes. And that is what I want to highlight here, because remember, the money is not just an exchange of time, which a lot of people think it's an exchange of value, so the client clearly doesn't care how often she meets with my client. It's more of the value that she gets in every single call. Whether it's every week or every other week, she understands the value and the importance of every single call, and she is willing to pay more for that, but less time, like this is a straight up example showing you and proving you that is how it works. It is never a money thing. It is never a price thing. It is always a value thing. Okay. The second win is now from my CEO alumni group, and she texted this in our group chat at the beginning of August, so like 10 days ago, and she said verbatim here, been working hard on balancing my energies and money mindset since she eo, which she did the second cohort and it's working. She made one, or sorry, let me read it. Made$1,000 in one day. Made one K day, got free flowers, got a raise on my commissions inside my Amazon influencer program. Increased prices on my one-on-one. Got a raise in promotion on. Blank teen and now just got more income from you. So let's effing go. I'm over here like, Ooh, what else can I manifest? So that was her win. Obviously you can see all of the up levels and the results and the free flowers and the manifestations and the rays, and the promotion. It's just so cool because I wanted to highlight this one because, so she did CEO earlier this year. I think I launched it in March. So March, April, may, June. Yeah. So we ended in June, her group, and now she's in the alumni group. She learned, she showed up to every single call, and this was four months. But now look at also how this still trickles into the months after she eo. You see what I mean? Like a lot of people treat a program as a sprint, not a marathon. And in CEO, you have to trust that you're learning, you're growing, you're trying, right? You're showing up, you're doing the work, but. The results don't have to happen within those four months while it's possible. Absolutely. Sometimes they don't happen until afterwards or they continue to happen afterwards. So anytime you invest into a program, it's never just the length of that program. It's never just, in my case, the four months for CEO, it actually could be five months, six months, seven months. Eight months, two years, because what you learn actually starts to come to fruition way after the program. I, I invested into programs, gosh, three years ago, and I'm still benefiting from it. Right, because no one can remove that knowledge and wisdom that you gained. That is lifelong traits right there. That is lifelong skills right there. And so I just think it's so cool how now in August, so a few months. After her group ended, she is still tapping into the money mindset work that we did, and she is still balancing out the energy between fe feminine and masculine. And now she's getting these results and she's feeling the difference and the change. So that is so cool. The next one is from the same girl and she just posted this in our alumni group gosh, maybe like two days ago. Okay, the next two and the last two are from my private coaching one-on-one. So the first one is from a girl who. Graduated also CEO 2.0. This last cohort we ended in June, and then she wanted to continue working with me in a one-on-one capacity. So we've been working now one-on-one, I don't know, two months then since CEO ended. And she just signed her first six month client. She wrote invoice paid. I can't believe it. I feel so accomplished. Thank you for making me. She put that in quotes, making me offer six months. I know I wouldn't have done it on my own at this stage. So she signed a six month client for$3,000. And she got the first half paid up front, and then the second half will be in three months. So she is just over the moon. The reason why I wanted to highlight this one is because also for the reason of her being in CEO for four months did not sign a client there, but now, two months later she does. So again, that's just proof that you can still get these results even after a program or a cohort. Secondly, look at how she was getting in her own way. So she did not believe that someone would commit and pay her for a six month program. She was very resistant to that. She only wanted one, you know, for three months, or even wanted to just do like buy session. But she was like, I don't know if I can do this. People won't pay for me in my industry, you know? She's fitness and I kept pushing her. I was like, no, six months minimum. Six months minimum. And also just, I guess to give you some context of why we do this it's a, it's a win-win situation, right? Both parties, the client and the coach get to benefit from this type of structure because as the business owner, I have now stability in my business for six months. I have a guaranteed amount coming in every month. Or again, what if they pay in full? But regardless, there's an amount that I have set now and I am okay for those six months. Right. So it just provides financial oxygen into the business. Otherwise, if it's like a per session basis, then I have to scramble and always keep looking for new clients to pay me ad hoc, essentially per call. And that could get very, very overwhelming and I would probably burn out if I had to keep looking for new clients every single day. So that's just the structure I've learned and I continue to do that. The second thing, the, the client gets to benefit also from a six month program, which again, is minimum. Lots of people renew and then they sign for years and that kind of thing, but. Six months minimum, because change takes time. If we're also talking fitness here specifically for this client, how long does it take to actually first get through the mental hurdles, the mental roadblocks, but then also build consistency, build habits, right? Like that stuff takes time. Any type of coach, actually, right? If you're helping clients, it always takes time. Transformation is not cheap. And so you have to understand that the client needs you, needs your time, needs your support, and in three months, in my experience, we're barely scratching the surface. Like at three months, they're finally not lying to me anymore because they feel safe enough with me. To finally be vulnerable, finally be honest and tell me what's really going on or how are they really feeling, or what's going on at home that is jeopardizing their results. Or like three months in is finally like, okay, they trust me. Now walls come down. So that's just scratching the surface. Now the, the other three months, okay, now we're finally having some forward motion and momentum and you see what I mean? So the client also needs six months time minimum. Okay, so the second win, and the last one I wanted to share with you all today is also a private client. And she wrote, Hey guys, so she's private, but also in the alumni group. She wrote, Hey guys, sharing a win. Just sign my first. Six month client today, and she's paying in full 3000 upfront. It'll be biweekly calls and a VIP day added. As a bonus, I met her at one of my yoga classes and kept continuing the conversation. I feel like over the past week I've been really working on embodying abundance in all areas of my life, repeating mantras, opening my heart, and believing. I mean, I just can't make this up. She says, thank you. This was private now. Thank you. I'm like, beyond excited. Pinch me. Is this real? So this was another private client win and she and I have been working together for quite some time, but with her, it was so interesting because I witnessed the, the shift in energy for her because we've been working together for a while. She has a really good job in corporate. They treat her right. She. Honestly has so much balance and stuff and so there's comfort there and that comfort we all know doesn't really light the fire under your ass to make shit happen. And so while she has been growing and other areas of her life as well, given my life coaching background she didn't put in, let's say the work that she knew was necessary to get her first client. So she already is aware of that. We talked about that. Fast forward. Gosh. I think beginning of this month again. She was like, I need tough love. I wanna make this shit happen. There's a shift in my energy. No more screwing around. Like we just had this conversation and then we both talked about eight, eight Lionsgate portal. Like what do we want to believe is going to happen? What is true? And yeah, she is just. So open now to this receiving energy of Alright universe, send me my clients, I'm ready to go. Coach Hat is on. Let's do this. And that literally just happened two weeks ago and now she signs her client like what? Also another cool, a story with her and this specific win. She was talking to someone. So she met someone at her yoga class. She teaches yoga. And so she met someone there in real life and then she had posted a story and this woman who she had met responded to the story, right? You know, oh, I love this, or whatever it was. I don't have it in front of me, but so then my client reached out to me and she's like, oh my gosh, like she responded to my story and I'm also really excited about her, like I feel like I could really help her. She's a dream client and we work together on having this conversation. To add or to invite her to a call. And so she would send me screenshots and we just kind of brainstormed, right? Like we, we wanna hear her. But then also like, how can we put our coach hat on and dig a little bit deeper? How can we ask those questions from genuine curiosity? What is really going on, right? How can we remove the, the barriers, the walls? And really see like, does this woman need and want help? And so we, we worked together and we, you know, we asked the right questions and one thing led to another in the conversation and then we were able to invite her to a call. And then obviously I'm not on the calls with my clients, but she said she felt really good with it. And then she just had to, the client told my client that she had to talk to her husband. And then I guess when they spoke the husband and her, she broke down and she was like, I don't know what she said, but obviously she opened up to him and shared what she's really going through. I don't think he knew. And so then when he saw that type of emotion, he was like. Please, like, do whatever you need to do. I, you know, I had no idea. And obviously he then fully supported her and so then she came back to my client and said, I'm all in. Let's do this. But, but just recognize the magnitude of that, right? If she is vulnerable and, and emotional to her own husband who did not know. Clearly that's the first time he heard, but my client was able to crack her open. She was able to actually peel back the layers through her questions and actually find out, whoa, there's something going on here. She is struggling and she needs help. And now she gets help for the next six months. Right? This goes back to what I said at the top of the call of. How amazing is this now in terms of what she's actually able to do and provide for her client? She is going to get the help that she clearly has been wanting, but didn't know where to get started, didn't know how to go about it, right? That is the beauty of what we are doing here in our coaching businesses. We are changing lives. Ah, I'm so happy. I think I had a smile on my face this entire episode, but those are the wins that are, that have just been happening this month. It's August 15th, so in the last two weeks this has been happening, if you're a non-believer in the energy and the universe and the magic of Lionsgate and eight A, I really hope that this persuaded you. You did not miss it. It's a belief that things are happening for you. So if you need a journal through your deepest hopes, desires, dreams. And actually feel it. And I would say visualize it and see it in your mind's eye. I swear to you, it's just a matter of time before your reality catches up. So that's what I got for you this week. If anything about this episode resonated with you, please do me a favor and take a screenshot of this podcast, post it on your stories. And tag me at Katya Lillian. I would love to connect with you, so thank you in advance, and I appreciate you. Until next time. Mm.
