Audio Only - All ParticipantsHello everyone. Happy April 3rd. It is my birthday tomorrow. I am so excited for this year. I. I always view age, and getting a year older as such a blessing and truly rooted in so much gratitude to even see another year of my life. But 35 is a milestone year, and I just feel like this 35th year that I'm stepping into is going to be one of. Immense expansion and growth and abundance and like move outta my way Energy. Right. I got a haircut as well. If you're watching on YouTube, you see, I chopped it all off. It's kissing the collarbone as my hairstylist says. But she was like, you've got like, it's like a sassy do now, and I'm like, Ooh. Stepping into our sassy era. I love it. I've actually never had my hair. This short before, so I think it just shows the identity upgrade that has happened within me, and I had to show it now to the world on the outside. If you follow me on Instagram, I shared a little bit on my stories about that because postpartum hair is no joke. We were thinning hair and the grays were out to play. My hairstylist calls grays as our sparkles, and I thought I was special when she said that, by the way. I was like, oh my gosh, I've got sparkles. And when I posted that on Instagram yesterday, everyone was like, oh my God, my hairstylist says the same thing to me. I was like. Really now I don't feel special anymore. It's like something that hairstylists have to say. They learn that in school, so that's cool. Anyways, we had grays and we, um, I don't know, had like the split ends. And I, I feel like my hair has actually been a journey since becoming a mom, because if you guys follow me or remember. Last July, so almost a year ago now, I decided to cut bangs, um, like the blunt wispy, curtain bangs, whatever they're called, and my sister-in-law did them, and she's such a fabulous hairstylist, and I still loved the bangs. Still love them today. But they were such high maintenance. Like I definitely should have done my research beforehand, but I did not. And I was like, fuck it, Yolo, let's get some bangs. And I did. And they were great. And I'm trying to show you here on YouTube about where they fell. Yeah. Like right, like in the eyebrow. And they were so cute, like truly loved them so much, but I was not aware that you had to wash and dry with a round brush. Every single morning for it to look somewhat decent and then like all this product and dry wax and hairspray and if it fell just perfectly right, then don't go outside. And I'm also in Florida. Hello, hot and humid, sticky, wet weather. Not ideal for bangs. So, and I work out, you guys know I love working out. I go on my walks all morning. Of course I'm gonna sweat. And so then it's like, okay, I gotta wash'em again. So the upkeep and the maintenance of bangs I could not do literally after a week of having them, I was like, okay, this is not it. This is not it for a low maintenance girly over here. With all that said. I do want to get, I'm really interested in like some clipping bangs and my hairstylist said that they could color it and cut it obviously to fit my face so that when I am feeling, I don't know, feisty, like bitchy, get shit done, less fucks. I don't know what kind of energy they bring, but the bangs, I could just pop'em in. So. That might be something that I do. I think that's a, a happy medium there. That's a good solution. Anyways, this episode is not about Katya's hair story and bangs. Um, but you can just tell like the vibe and the energy that I am on, like truly. Once it hit April 1st, I was like, we're a new bitch over here. There was a shift in energy and I say, new bitch, I just listened to Queen. Does anybody else listen to her? Queen Erbe? Am I saying that right? Queen is spelled Q-V-E-E-N. So I don't know if it's like Veen, like there's like a German. My German accent is coming out with that one. And then Herbie, or. Is the H silent, like irby? I don't know. We need to look that up. Anyways, I'm obsessed with her. I recent or long, long time ago when Ellen DeGeneres still had her talk show, this girl, queen Irby came on there and she did a cover of Busta Rhymes, like wrapped his song and the lyrics that go really, really fast. I forget which song, but anyways, I remember that left like an impression on me because. You never see that. At least I never have seen that. And so all this time, it's been years and years and years, I rediscover her. Spotify, uh, played one of her songs on like a Discover playlist, and I was like, damn, this is good. Like, I love the lyrics. I'm usually always about the beats. And if I can dance to it, like Latin music or Bad Bunny, like love, love, love, but I don't know a single word. That he is saying. But that's okay because I like the beat anyways. I get the best of both worlds with Queen Irby because she has an amazing beat and tone and I can dance and I get fired up. But also her lyrics are all about empowerment and. Growth and leaving bitches behind that don't help or support her. Like just the way she shares everything is definitely the vibe that I am on. Stepping into my 35th year, stepping here into the month of April. And so those are the vibes that we're channeling here all month long. And we're gonna, we're gonna keep it going throughout the whole year. Because we've got shit to do. We've got new offers to create. We've got rebranding, we've got photo shoots. We're doing it all different, and I'm really, really excited. That kind of touches on the topic of today's podcast episode, but before I dive in, I wanted to also let you know with this new energy that I'm feeling with this new bad bitch vibe that I'm feeling. I am really excited for next week. I don't know what day yet, but next week I am going to be launching a private. Podcast, it's gonna be a limited series, three, four episodes, and it will not be live and public here on building her. It will be a private podcast that will specifically share the behind the scenes. Secrets of my journey of building a business and exposing what it took to make it to where I am at, to make it, and to get my first 100 K in business in one year. So many, many of you who have been listening to this since day one. Which also the anniversary is coming up for building her at the end of this month. Like just everything is happening in this month, but some of you already know my story or maybe you've put, you know, bits and pieces together from following me on Instagram or tuning into my Friday episodes, but I don't think you've actually ever. Received a dedicated podcast series and and storyline of this is the beginning, this is the end, and these are all the highs and lows of my journey because. I in a 6 45 minute, 60 minute podcast episode. Yeah, there's only so much that you can share unless you devote a series to it, which I did for motherhood and my solopreneur series, but I have never actually gone back into the archive to think and, and showcase and truly like meet parts of myself that perhaps I shut the door on and. You know, I healed and let go. So that I could move forward, but I, I don't think I remember those parts of her. And so when I thought about providing this for you all, I was like, oh my gosh. Like this is gonna be chef's kiss over here. Because for the girls that are listening who are early and aspiring coaches or online service providers, or you're in a nine to five and you've always considered doing your own thing, but oh my God, showing up online and using your voice. Scares the shit outta you. I want you to tune in. I want you to listen to my journey because we're not keeping anything to ourselves. What do they say? We're not gatekeeping anything. I am literally going to word vomit my entire journey and, and even shit that I don't even remember. So I'm really, really excited to offer that for you all. Um, it's gonna be launched next week. Again, it's a private podcast and you will only be able to listen to it in a limited window of time. So once I announce it and once I drop it, you better be clicking through and listening on Your hot girl walks on your commutes. Wherever you are cleaning your house, you better be tuning in and listening because the information and the knowledge and the wisdom is gonna be juicy. Okay. Okay. All right. So back to birthday and Energy and this podcast episode, I am, I'm turning 35, literally tomorrow, and I told you the f the minute I, the, sorry, the minute April 1st hit, I was like, whoa, W like new, new girl is here, new person, new woman, new bitch is here. I'm probably gonna say that a lot in this episode. And it's so exciting for me, so I'm trying to gather my thoughts here to make it clear.'cause sometimes when I get excited, right, I'm just like, oh my God, I have so many ideas and thoughts and I can't contain myself. Hopefully some of you can relate. Okay, so let's, let's walk it back a little bit. I had my daughter, uh, December 5th, 2024. So she is going to be 16 months on Easter Sunday, April 5th. Can't believe it, but. If you think about that, that window of time, 16 months for me as a new mom and, and some moms, uh, listening to this right now, I'm sure you can relate. So I severely underestimated the amount of time it would take to. Heal to re-identify myself, to let the old version of Katya die off and make room for the new version of Katya that wants to be born there is, there's just so much that I moved through that I just didn't realize, and I don't know if. Any mom can truly prepare you for that because every motherhood journey is so different, especially with pregnancy and then delivery. You know, did that go well? Did that not go so well? And then postpartum, do you have support? How's your body handling it? Are you breastfeeding? Are you not? What? What's the guilt? What's the shame? Do we have partner support? Do we have family? Do we have friends? Do we have love, like. There's so many variables to every mom's journey, and so I literally thought, I think logically, I thought, I'm gonna just pop out this baby. I built my own four month maternity leave. LO welling out loud at that timeline. I thought that would be enough. And as soon as it's up, we're just gonna snap right back into, uh, hustle, hyper-masculine mode and get shit done. Yeah, no, that's not how it happened. And I really had to move through these waves of emotions on truly all levels, physical, mental, emotional, spiritual. And I'm not saying that that will never not be the case anymore, I'm sure. There's still going to be waves of emotions and hormone changes and all that stuff still coming up because, um, motherhood changes with all the chapters of our growing children. And then God willing, if we have a second child, I am gonna go through it probably all over again. So I just didn't realize how much would bubble up to the surface for me and. What I realized in business, and this is what I want to focus this episode on, is about making decisions not so much in my life because. Personal development. I've been in the game for 10 years. I became my own first client. I signed my first client in, uh, one-on-one coaching October, 2020, so five years in the business game. So I feel like I, I've put my reps in, in terms of just where I'm at and what I've built, but, uh, and that's truly helped me grow, obviously, as a, as a woman, as an individual. Very much so in a business sense. However, I have unlocked a new level the minute I became a mom because I, I mean, a lot of you moms listening to this, you always describe it as a rebirth, and that could not be more true for me and my experience because. It is almost like the beginning of my personal development journey. If you guys don't know, started with my body image. So I'm a six foot girly and I grew up with my mom and my older sister in terms of the females in the house. And you just adopt.'cause you're sponges at a young age, you just adopt what they believe. And that's true, truly based off of who they are. So who my mom was, not so much what she said or what she did, but who she was, the energy that she carried. And so if she. Had maybe a, you know, a negative body image, um, day, or if she was constantly maybe looking at herself in the mirror, how did she carry herself? She's also a tall woman, so were her shoulders back and proud and straight and you know, did she carry confidence? Did she speak with conviction? Like how is the woman moving? Through her day to day. And then me as a child watching my mom while I adopt a lot of that unknowingly, right? It's, it's your subconscious, it's built into the wiring of your nervous system in your body. And so I had to move through my body image issues at the beginning of my personal development journey. And of course there's new level new devil and that's what then I experienced it kind of came back. Around when I was pregnant, not so much during pregnancy because I truly loved my pregnancy and being pregnant and the glow and the, honestly, the weight I gained, like, it was just nothing but joy. I, I truly felt so good. But it was postpartum where I had some lower back issues. Now I did get an epidural, so I don't know if that was the reason why. Um, but yeah, low back issues started to happen and then of course you're, you're carrying this additional weight when you are at your weakest because your body is healing. Hello and. Then I was breastfeeding as well. So think of like shoulders always rounded'cause you're constantly crunching down to, you know, be with your child and breastfeed and all that stuff. So I just felt very weak in my body and because I felt very weak in my body, that translated over into the emotional side, given also. Uh, the come down off of the epidural, uh, but also all the ibuprofen I was popping because of the pain, because I also tore down there in three places. I don't know if I've actually ever shared that. You're welcome. So, yeah, there, there was just a lot of physical body changes and, and, uh, stuff that I was moving through. I was genuinely my weakest and, um. I read somewhere, my friend sent me a meme, but it's like, yeah, your body actually takes up to two years to, to fully heal postpartum. And I was like, wow, that makes so much sense.'cause now I'm at 16 months, so fully not healed yet, but I'm definitely feeling a lot better. But that's what I was saying, like. 16 months, you guys like, what again? I planned for a four month mat leave. And then just, let's go, let's keep going the way we were going and that not my story. So there was just a lot that came up to the surface and, and the number one thing. With all of that is how I was running my business, and that is what was the biggest thing that needed a huge overhaul and, and what I wanna share with you. It was all about making decisions and I actually just like the light bulb just went off, um, last October, November it happened, and then, yeah, it was kind of like brick by brick over the last few months here and now into April where. I finally feel like I've moved through it and I've learned the lesson. And so now it's like, okay, now we can go. Now we can go back into momentum. Now we can build. Now we can create,'cause I'm feeling that natural energy. So what happened in November? I am a part of Top Tier Mastermind, so Samantha Daley, if you don't already follow her on Instagram, please do. She has been my mentor for. I wanna say three, almost maybe four years. Um, I think I hired her in 2022 or 2023. Um, not one-on-one. I've moved through a lot of her group programs, so she had burnt out to BADASS at the time. Um, a and a Abundant and ambitious. Both of those are now retired. Um, and then one-on-one for a little stint, and then now top tier Mastermind. And as a part of that mastermind, it's, it's a year long commitment. As a part of that, you are invited to an immersion. In, uh, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, which is obviously so convenient for me'cause I'm just on the other coast. And uh, that was my first trip away from my daughter. Now it was only three days'cause it was Friday through Sunday and I was able to road trip it because first of all, the flights were insane, like 500. And I was like, I'm literally on a flight for an hour. Why would I do that? So I chose to Dr. Drive in my forerunner, which is my baby. I love my car so much. I bought it in November, 2024 for my business, but also to support my growing family'cause I wanted the SUV and what really got me on that car. Um, side tangent was the back window rolls down so that you can throw your dog in the trunk and then they have this window to themselves like it's just such an adventure type car and it totally meets our lifestyle. I have beach chairs in the back. There's always sand from the beach because we're going pretty much once a week down, 10 minutes to the water that's. All it takes from our house, which, hello, blessed, uh, to go catch the sunset or tomorrow for my birthday, I'm gonna go celebrate at the beach. I did that last year with my girlfriends like, I'm a beach babe and I have a car to match that type of lifestyle. So I'm just really, really. Grateful that I was so intentional with that purchase and that it really truly meets Katya and who I am and the fullest expression of myself. Anyways, should I have a whole episode about the fore runner? I don't know. And that's not sponsored, by the way. So anyways, I drive over. To, uh, Fort Lauderdale, and again, this is a mastermind, so if some of you are listening who have never been a part of a mastermind. Ah, you're missing out. Um, good news for you. I am launching my mastermind. Shameless plug. Uh, CEO is coming back this month, later this month, but it is my mastermind for early and aspiring coaches who are looking to start and build a business, uh, show up powerfully online. Scale beyond a hundred K, you can make your first a hundred K easily. And then beyond that as well, I'm here to support you. So CEO is coming back. It is my third round of women that are going to be in my world and we're gonna make some money. Oh. So stay tuned for that. But she EO doors are opening soon and, um, yeah, so. Anyways, power of Mastermind. I go there to Fort Lauderdale. I see all the women that I have met on Zoom every week, right? You see all these like squares floating heads, and then you're, you see them in person, you're like, oh my gosh. Like you have a body, like you're real in the flesh, you know? So that's kind of how it was. But, um, the immersion was so special because for me personally, it was my first trip away from my daughter. But then secondly, getting to meet these women on a, on a much deeper level than just our mastermind calls was super special too. And I remember I felt called to share just about my journey and motherhood and how I felt a little lost, honestly and confused with the future of my business. Because when you go through this rebirth and you know, you unlock a new level, there's a lot of this messy in between that no one really prepares you for. And it quite honestly sucks. Like we don't like to sit in the shit, we don't like to have. The momentum stopped. We don't like to, you know, rebuild and go back to the drawing board, essentially of your business. And that was the first time where I've ever had to do that because I started my business October, 2020. I signed 10 clients without a mentor. I, I did a six week,$600 program, 10 women bought it. And then I hired my other mentor, Rob Dial. Shout out. Rob, um, hired him and then he's the one who showed me how and supported me to hit my first 100 K in business and learn sales and all of the basics really. And then from Rob, I jumped over to Sam, who is still my mentor today. But do you see what I mean? It was just like momentum and investment and mentor and build and grow and build and grow. And then I had a baby and it was like, ugh. Screeching halt because I wasn't, okay. Right. I Katia had to heal on all those levels that I mentioned. Mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual. And so it was the first time in my business where I had to pause, where I had to take a breath, where I had to revisit everything that I've built and be like, is this still me? Do I want this anymore? Does the podcast still work? Does the title work? Do the photos work? Does she EO work? Do the title, does the, uh, photos work the big shift? What are we doing with that? Are we building something new? Are we creating new offers? Like, what are we doing? So I truly was back at the drawing board that wasn't fun. That wasn't fun at all. Now, in hindsight, I can talk about it, but when you're in the shit, when you're in the thick of it, it's not fun because so much insecurity came up for me. I was like, oh my gosh, am I gonna quit coaching? Like what? I never say the word quit the four letter Q word. Are you kidding? But it was like a huge identity shift for me, and I brought that to the immersion because I felt. So obviously comfortable and supported and other like-minded entrepreneurs there, and two of them were moms as well. And so I felt called to speak. I felt called to share and I will never forget, um, one of the women that were there, uh, her name was Lisa. She called me out in a lovingly way, of course, as we coaches do, but she was like, you are waiting for permission from people that don't give a fuck. She was like, you basically are kind of dancing between should I launch? Um, CEO again, or should I build a digital course or should I retire the big shift? Or do we rebrand that? Do like, what do we do? And that answer was rooted in the mm. Outside of me, right? So I was looking for answers from others, one from my, my mastermind group, but then also from you guys. I wanted feedback. I, I posted on Instagram and you know, if a video was a dud, I was like, ah, that's not what the people want. So course correct, let's try something else. And she's like, that's not how you move. That's not how you make decisions. You decide. Without permission from anyone else, even past clients. Current clients like clients will fall away if they don't like the direction that you're going down. Well, you met them and served a purpose at the timeline that you guys met, and then that's it. Right. You're not burning any bridges, but maybe they'll come around again and wanna be with you in your world and you know, future offers that you haven't even created yet, but you can't base your decision off of that. You have to decide. And follow your highest excitement, even if you don't know, like, is it gonna work? It's like we can't worry about the outcome. You have to detach yourself from the outcome and you just have to fucking go. You have to decide and make it the right decision, right? It's not like, is it it when you make a decision? It's not about. Make, sorry, it's words. It's not about, is it right or wrong? It's more of like, no, I'm gonna make a decision and I'm gonna make it the right decision. That is the difference, and she basically called me out on that. She's like, who the fuck cares? Katya needs to decide which direction she's going. Katya needs to decide what she wants to create. Katya needs to decide what she wants to offer and put out in the world. Katya needs to decide what feels good for her and at what pace does she want to go, and then she births something in the world. Here you go. If it lands with people, it lands. If it changes lives, it changes lives. And if that goes for years and years and years, great. If it doesn't, great. Back to the drawing board like that is the natural cycle of being an entrepreneur and. It's almost like I needed to hear that in that moment in real life, face to face at the immersion, because that was the start of my turning point. That was the start of Katya. We need to start moving to the beat of our own drum in business. You've been hiring mentors and you've been getting their advice, and clearly it's worked. Hence why coaches exist. They have the blueprint, they have the roadmap, get the strategy. And run with it, but the emotional piece, right? And you figuring out, well, how do you wanna move and at what pace do you wanna move? Do how, what's the balance like of the masculine and the feminine, and. Who do you wanna learn from? And do you want a podcast? Do you not want a podcast? Do you want YouTube? Do you not want YouTube? Do you wanna write a book? Do you not wanna write a book? Like you have to decide?'cause there's so many options out there. I just had a podcast interview. Um, it's coming out next week with my very first coach ever. I invited her onto the podcast and she also said something along the same lines of, you have to decide first and you have to have unshakeable conviction. Right. That is the ultimate cheat code for success. You have to be so convicted and so confident in the decision that you have made and what you stand for and the values that you have and, um, your perspectives and your point of like, you have to have conviction in that, and you are allowed to have 110% conviction in what you say because. You are one of one. No one has walked in your shoes. Not one person has experienced a day in your life, a day in your head. And so you are allowed to, to share your story and birth, whatever offers, and create whatever you wanna do and become whatever you wanna become because it's you and it's your life. And no one will ever understand the highs and the lows and everything in between of your life and your journey. And so that gives you full permission to say what's on your heart and speak from a place of conviction and confidence, because no one else can be like, oh, you're lying, or, that's made up, or, mm, I don't know about her. It's like, bitch, you don't know me. You haven't walked a day in my shoes. You have no idea what it has taken to get to where I'm at today. Right, unless you tune into my private podcast that I'm releasing next week. And so that was the turning point for me. That was like the light bulb moment that I needed to now navigate the, what, the last six, seven months to get now to where I'm at energetically. I cut my hair off. I'm turning 35. I have a photo shoot to rebrand, refresh, CEO. We're launching CEO this month. Again, like. Things are happening, things are clicking, but it started with a mindset shift. Truly, that's what it was, a mindset shift back in November. Okay, so that is what I wanted to bring you guys here to the, to the episode today, to this podcast, because you have to decide what you're going to do and go move full force, go all in with that decision. There is no turning back. There is no other decision that you can make because that is the decision you made. So it is the right decision. Right, and then you have to let the wrong people fall away. Not everyone is meant to be a client of yours. Not everybody is gonna buy the offer that you have, but you have to make room. That's what it means, right? The wrong people fall away so that it makes room for the right people to drop in. But you have to move first. The Bible says it, and spirituality universe, we believe it. Right. You have to make the move first. You have to do it in blind fucking faith, and it's so scary, and I literally just am coming outta the woodwork from this. Okay. But now to feel this alive and this electricity back in my business, I'm so damn excited. So I wanted to highlight 10 of the most important reasons of why you need to get your ass. Into a mastermind of like-minded women who want to do the same thing as you, or who are a few steps ahead of you and doing already the same thing that you want to do, right? Again, this is why I created GEO because of my own experience. I was in a mastermind with Rob Dial, actually my first coach, Jenny, who's on the podcast next week. Um, I was in a group with her. Then I was in a group with Rob, and now I'm in a group with Sam, and it's just like the power of other like-minded people that all get it. And we all have a heart led mission, you know what I mean? It's like you feel so seen. And there are 10 things that I, I wanna go over here so I don't wanna get ahead of myself, but this is the power of. A group. This is the power of investing your money into yourself so that you can get your foot in the door with other people, right in a group and in a mastermind. So let me go down the list. Number one, you don't have to do it alone. I remember for two years I tried to build my own business and I was throwing spaghetti at the wall to see what stuck. And again, 10 women did buy my$600 course, but after I made about six grand, I was like, this is cute. This is cutesy money, but this is not going to enable me to leave my full, full-time six figure tech job, right? So I felt alone in the two years. My only regret is not investing's. Sooner'cause I would've sped up time. That's the whole point of a coach and investing is you speed up time so you don't have to do it alone. People are in the same stages as you or a few steps ahead of you. They share the struggle, they share the. Limiting beliefs and then you're like, oh my gosh, I'm not on an island by myself. Like, people also get it. You don't have to think, is this just me anymore? You're much less lonely in your thoughts because other people have it too. Number two, you get to borrow belief. I always say this to my clients, but I'm like, I will believe in you before you believe in yourself, and I'm okay. That is my job. That is my duty As your coach, I'm your cheerleader. I am in your corner, and I will constantly be cheering you on because you don't see it yourself. You don't see the power within yet. That is my job. My job is to reveal that to you, and so you get to borrow my belief. In you before it becomes your own right, and it becomes your own. When you sign your first client, when you raise your prices, when someone says yes to your offer, when you show up scared to a consult call and you do it anyways, and someone says yes, right? Then your brain gets proof and evidence brick by brick of, oh shit, like I can do this. Katya was right all along, but that's not true when you first start, number three. Real time feedback. I can't tell you how often this has saved me time because I, I literally would spend weeks in my head of thinking about what should I do? Should I post this? Should I do that? Should I say this? Should I offer this? When should I launch this? And then you show up on the call and you ask the coach the question. They're like, do it this way and do it that way. And you're like, oh. Well, thank you so much for the 10 minutes of your time because you just answered all my questions that I had for weeks. You feel a little dumb in that way, but you get direct feedback, fast corrections, clarity on what you want, and you just go. Number four, accountability that actually moves you. Literally, just yesterday I was on my mastermind call because on my heart there's another course that I wanna create, digital self-paced course, low offer. You heard it here first. It's coming this year. I'm, I'm saying it now. I'm, I'm marking in the calendar, but my coach called me out and she's like, bitch, you've been saying this for over a year. And I'm like, oh, stung a little bit. But she's right. She's not wrong. So that accountability from a coach, knowing what you wanna do when you wanna do it, it's like. Oh, they will keep you accountable because they're gonna keep questioning. Like, Hey, so how's that thing going? Hey, how far along are you? Hey, what's the next milestone? Hey, what's the next goal? Right? Like it never just dies. It literally stays there until you actually do the damn thing. And number five, you learn from everyone, not just the coach. This is the beauty of a mastermind. I do offer one-on-one coaching, which is also so different and has different benefits. And prose than a group. But in a group you get to share the, the, the thinking and the knowledge and the wisdom and even what other people are going through than just the coach. And so think one coach times 10, times 20, however many people are in the group with you, and they're also. They could be in different niches. They could be a fitness coach, and then there could be a life coach, and then there could be one that already has two, one-on-one clients. There could be one that's launching a podcast. There could be one that's launching a group program. And so when they come to the call with their questions, you get to hear. The question, but also the answer. And so for yourself, you get to think, oh yeah, okay, so when I launch a podcast, I wanna do it this way. And then, okay, when I launch a group program, I wanna do it this way, right? Because you hear already the information live from other people doing it, even if it's not something that you're doing right then and there. Number six, you normalize the messy middle. So oftentimes, going back to the island, we usually feel like, well, everyone else has it figured out I'm behind, or I'm doing it wrong. I'm not doing it right. But group coaching shows you that everyone struggles. Everyone has an inner critic. My name is Regina. Everyone doubts, everyone has limiting beliefs and it's on all levels. By the way, CEO is for early and aspiring coaches. I'm in a mastermind that it, it's everyone in six figures plus someone there are from seven figures. Literally. A girl yesterday was like, I just made$108,000 in the month of March. I'm like, what the fuck? So. Even with that type of level, they come to the call though every single week and they're like, Hey, I need help on this, or what do you think about this? Or, ah, inner critics really loud, or, ah, this launch flopped, or, ah, it's like, whoa. Even on that level, you're still human. Right. There's no surprise. And so what that also allows you to do is have more confidence in yourself because you're like, oh yeah, we're all the same. We're all just here trying to figure it out. Number seven, faster results through proximity. I think that's a given and self-explanatory. The energy is magnetic, it's contagious. When I see a number of 108,000 for the month of March, guess what my benchmark is when you see another. Coach being like, oh my God, I signed my first client for$6,000. You're like, holy shit. This is possible. Because sometimes people pedestal the coach and they're like, yeah, well you've been there and you've done it, and now it's a different age and now it's 2026 and now AI and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Whatever justifications you wanna make. But when you see someone else at your level in real time doing the damn thing. Kills all your excuses, kills the justification. You're like, no, they literally just did it so I can do it too. Number eight, you step into the identity of a coach. Obviously this is huge. You can have all the strategy in the world, but if you don't believe that you can be a coach, you'll actually never get the results and the desired outcomes that you're looking for. So it's less about like one foot in, one foot out. I'm gonna dabble, I'm gonna try. It's kind of like the cutesy energy, and it's like, no. I'm like, I'm in this. I am committed. We're, we're gonna go, we're, we're gonna sign our first three clients there. There's a level of dedication, there's a level of seriousness that happens. Okay. Two more. Number nine, built-in network and future referrals. I can't tell you how pivotal this has been in my journey because you meet other women, obviously in the masterminds that you're a part of. Yes. It's up to you in terms of how close you guys get, right? Like the output depends on the input, and so if you are half-assing it in the group chat and don't show up live to calls, or you're on mute the entire time and you're not. Chatting in, well then, yeah, you might not grow an amazing connection with the other girls, but if you show up and if you're contributing and if you're asking questions and if you're giving advice, you're not just taking, you're also giving, you absolutely will make lifelong friendships. I still meet with two of my friends, Becca and Elisa. Once a month on Zoom where we catch up. And between that we're texting and voice noting. And I met them like two years ago pre motherhood. So it's just insane the type of sisterhood that you can build and then invite them onto your podcast or you go onto their podcast or you do a collab post, or you go live on Instagram. Like there's so much benefit on the business side, but also on the personal friendship side. And then speaking of that, number 10, the emotional support and the emotional expansion is worth. Any amount of money in terms of the investment for a group coaching program or a mastermind because you will absolutely experience doubt, fear, perfectionism, comparison, the highs and lows of entrepreneurship. That's a given new level, new devil. You will never outrun it. You will never outpace your inner critic. That inner critic is. Sitting in the car with you. She is unfortunately the passenger princess. Yes, you are the driver, but that bitch is still passenger princess. She's not going anywhere. And so regardless of what level you're on, you will always feel the very human emotions of the doubt, of the fear of the comparison. And so when you're moving through that, a group gives you a. Safe space, perspective, encouragement, ideas, brainstorming. It goes back to number one, you feel less alone. So those are the 10 benefits. I'm sure I could give you 2,500 more, but we don't have time for that. So I hope, I hope, I hope you understand the benefit of a group coaching mastermind. Program, CEO is coming out this month.
