The quiet you’ve been craving is closer than you think. We invite you into a soft, winter-lit meditation where breath meets moonlight and the Seven Sisters shimmer overhead. Across just a few minutes, your body softens, your mind unknots, and your heart finds the rhythm it was missing.

We start with care: a clear intention, consent, and safety reminders that protect your space for rest. Then the practice unfolds as a silvery body scan, beginning at the crown and flowing down through the eyes, neck, shoulders, chest, and all the way to your feet. Each exhale lets go of tension; each inhale draws in calm. As you settle, the scene widens to a vast cold moon rising over quiet trees while the Pleiades glow nearby. Their gentle presence holds two truths at once: you can release what’s heavy, and you are never alone.

From that stillness, we guide a simple ritual. Whisper what you’re ready to lay down before the year ends, then name what you want to call in—peace, healing, clarity, renewal. See that intention form as a small star at your heart, brightening with every breath. The imagery becomes an anchor you can return to anytime you need steadiness, whether at bedtime, during a stressful day, or in moments of transition. We close by bringing awareness back to the room while keeping the inner light alive, so the calm travels with you.

If you’re longing for grounding, emotional release, and a sense of belonging that outlasts the meditation, this session is your pocket of winter hush. Press play to breathe with us, share it with someone who needs gentleness tonight, and subscribe for more guided calm. When you’re done, tell us: what are you releasing, and what are you calling in next?

Welcome, kindred spirits. I invite you now to find a comfortable place where you can relax, somewhere quiet, where the light is soft and the world feels just a little slower. This is a companion guided meditation under the light of the cold moon and the seven sisters. This is a companion guided meditation, the podcast episode season two, episode six. This guided meditation is intended for relaxation and personal reflection only. It is not a substitute for medical or mental health care. Please listen responsibly, never while driving or performing any activity that requires your full attention. By continuing, you acknowledge that you're participating voluntarily and are responsible for your own well-being. Take a deep, easy breath in through your nose and slowly exhale it through your mouth. Let's do that again, breathing in calm and breathing out any tension you've been holding. Feel your shoulders soften, feel your jaw relax. Let your hands in your heart begin to unclench. It's safe to be still. Bring your awareness to the top of your head. Imagine a soft, silvery light, moonlight beginning to wash over you, starting from your crown. That light travels down your forehead, smoothing away thoughts. It moves behind your eyes, softening your vision, helping you to see not with sight, but with spirit. It flows down your neck, releasing any tightness or strain. Your shoulders melt under this gentle light. Your arms grow heavy and warm. And each breath out carries away more of what you no longer need to hold on to. Feel this light move through your chest, steady and soothing, down through your heart space where the rhythm of your breath begins to match the rhythm of the moon. Let it travel through your abdomen, your hips, your legs, all the way to your feet, grounding you gently to the earth. You are completely supported and completely safe. Now imagine yourself standing outdoors beneath a vast winter sky. The air is crisp and cool, but oh so comforting. A soft hush blankets the world, the kind of stillness that only winter can bring. Above you, the cold moon rises, enormous, luminous, casting a silver glow across the snow-tipped trees or the quiet fields. The light is both powerful and tender, touching everything it sees with a quiet blessing. You tilt your head upward, and near the bright face of the moon you notice a small cluster of shimmering stars. The Pleiades, the Seven Sisters. Their light is delicate, ancient, and almost whispery. For a moment, just breathe under this shared glow, moon and starlight mingling, shadow and shimmer balancing each other perfectly. You can feel the moon's steady strength anchoring you, and the star's timeless sparkle connecting you to all that came before you. It feels like being part of something infinite. It's as if your soul remembers this place, the sky from long ago. I'll bring your awareness to your heart and imagine the moonlight pooling there, filling you with calm and steady clarity. Beside it, imagine the starlight of the seven sisters. Tiny, bright sparks of wisdom, love, and connection. The moon reminds you to release what's heavy. The Pleiades remind you that you are never alone. If there's something you're ready to let go before this year ends, whisper it silently now. Let it drift up into the cold, clear air where it dissolves into the light of the moon. Now whisper something you want to call in. Peace, healing, clarity, renewal. See it take form as a small star glowing brighter near your heart with each breath you take. Take a moment to simply stand beneath the sky, bathed in moonlight, surrounded by stars, grounded by earth. You are the bridge between all three: heaven, earth, and the heart in between. As we close, breathe in deeply and exhale softly as if releasing light into the night. When you're ready, gently bring your ranas back to your body, the room around you, the quiet rhythm of your breath. You carry the light of the moon within you now, and the wisdom of the seven sisters will continue to shimmer in your heart long after you open your eyes. Thank you, kindred spirit, for sharing this moment beneath the sky with me. May the cold moon bring you peace, and may the seven sisters remind you that even in the longest nights, you are always guided, always loved, and never truly alone.
