❄️ Reflection & Stillness

  1. What part of me feels tired right now—and what does it truly need?

  3. What has winter taught me about patience, endurance, or quiet strength?

🌙 Release & Letting Go

  1. What am I ready to release under this Snow Moon—emotionally, mentally, or spiritually?
  2. What belief, pattern, or expectation no longer feels aligned with who I am becoming?
  3. If I could gently lay something down tonight, without guilt or explanation, what would it be?

Intention & Inner Light

  1. What intention did I feel drawn to during the meditation—and why does it matter to me now?
  2. Where do I sense a quiet spark of hope or renewal beginning to form within me?
  3. How can I nurture myself with kindness as I move through the coming weeks?

🤍 Compassion, Peace & the World

  1. What does peace look like in my own life right now—not perfection, but peace?
  2. How can I practice gentleness toward myself when the world feels heavy or uncertain?
  3. What small act of kindness—toward myself or another—feels possible and meaningful right now?

🌱 Gratitude & Integration

  1. What am I grateful for in this season, even if it arrived in an unexpected way?
  2. What did I notice in my body, heart, or emotions during the meditation?
  3. What message, image, or feeling from the Snow Moon do I want to carry forward with me?

You might want to close your journaling by placing a hand over your heart and writing a final sentence that begins with:

“Under this Snow Moon, I honor…”

Let it be simple. Let it be true.

f Healing Our Kindred Spirits Podcast. Before we begin, I want to take a moment to gently honor the energy of this moon. The full snow moon is the traditional name for the full moon that rises in February, named for the deep winter snow that often blankets the land during this time. Spiritually, this moon invites us into stillness, reflection, and quiet endurance. It reminds us that even when the world feels cold or heavy, life is still moving beneath the surface, preparing for renewal. Full moons mark moments of completion and illumination, and under the snow moon, we're invited to pause, to soften, to release what no longer serves us, and to tend gently to what is quietly growing within us. This moon carries themes of resilience, inner strength, rest, compassion, and gratitude for ourselves and for the world right now. As you move through this meditation, allow yourself to receive whatever feels supportive. There is no right way to experience this time. And just a gentle reminder, please do not listen to this guided meditation while doing anything that requires your full undivided attention. If at any point you feel uncomfortable, you're always welcome to open your eyes, adjust your position, or return your attention to the room around you. Let's begin. Find a comfortable position, either seated or lying down, allowing your body to be fully supported. Take a slow breath in through your nose and exhale it softly through your mouth. Again, breathing in calm and breathing out whatever you don't need to carry right now. Bring your awareness to the top of your head and imagine the muscles there softening like fresh snow settling quietly on the earth. Let that softness move down into your forehead and eyes, your brow, and allow your eyes to rest easily. Now notice your jaw and mouth if there's tension here. Gently invite it to release. Nothing needs to be held together right now. Allow that ease to drift into your neck and shoulders. With your next exhale, imagine setting something heavy down. Bring awareness to your arms and hands. Let them feel warm, heavy, supported. Now rest your attention in your heart space. Feel the rise and the fall of your breath. And gently ask yourself, without needing an answer, what does my heart need right now? Allow your breath to move into your belly, softening, expanding, and easing. Let that relaxation continue down through your hips, your legs, your thighs, and your feet, feeling grounded and supported by the earth beneath you. Now imagine yourself outdoors on a quiet winter night. The air is crisp but calm. It is chilly, but you feel warm and comfortable. The world feels still. Above you, the full snow moon rises, bright and luminous and steady. Its silver lights around you gently, not cold, but comforting. With each inhale, imagine breathing in moonlight, clarity, peace, and steadiness. With each exhale, allow stress, worry, or self-judgment to soften and melt into the snow below. Silently repeat if it feels right. I release what no longer serves me. I allow myself to rest. Now gently reflect. Where in my life am I being invited to slow down? Again? Where in my life am I being invited to slow down? Let's sit with that for a moment. What part of me feels tired and what does it truly need? Again, what part of me feels tired and what does it truly need? Let the moon hold these questions with compassion. In this moonlight space, imagine a small sacred circle forming around you. It's a place of safety, honesty, and peace. At the center, notice a snowdrop flower pushing gently through the snow. It's a reminder that growth doesn't have to be allowed to be powerful. Nearby, a copper bowl of still water reflects the moon above. Clear, steady, and honest. Bring to mind something you're ready to release. It could be a belief, a pattern, a role, or an expectation you've outgrown. It could be anything that you want. Imagine placing it into the bowl of water and watching the moonlight absorb it, transforming it into calm and clarity. Now invite an intention forward, something you want to nurture in the coming weeks. Ask gently, what am I ready to grow even in this season of stillness? What am I ready to grow even in this season of stillness? What kindness do I need to offer myself right now? What kindness do I need to offer myself right now? See that intention glowing softly under the snow moon, patient, steady, and alive. Bring your awareness back to your heart and silently offer yourself these words. May I be gentle with myself. May I allow rest. May I trust my own timing. If it feels right, extend that intention outward to loved ones, to your community, and to the world. May peace take root. May kindness ripple outward. May we remember our shared humanity. Now gently ask, what am I grateful for in this season, even if it arrived unexpectedly? What am I grateful for in this season, even if it arrived unexpectedly? Let that gratitude settle softly within you. Begin to notice your breath again, the room around you, the surface beneath your body, gently wiggle your fingers and toes, and when you're ready, open your eyes. Bring in this calm and awareness with you. Before you move on with your day or evening, you may wish to take a few moments to journal. You might write about what came up for you during this meditation, any images, emotions, or insights that surfaced. You could explore questions like, what am I ready to release? What is quietly growing within me? What does my heart need most right now? There's no need to rush. Let your words flow gently just as you are. Under this full snow moon, may you remember that rest is not weakness, stillness is not stagnation, and softness is a form of strength. May you release what no longer belongs to you, nurture what is quietly growing within, and move forward with kindness for yourself and for the world. You are held, you are enough, and you are never alone.
