Hey there! I'm the G (*Incognito), the host of My Sanity Box Podcast. 

I'm a former crazy person (yep, I own it) who's fully recovered from PTSD, major depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and a bunch of addictions. 

Today, I'm a Certified Stress Management and Divorce/Breakup Coach, and Recovery Expert.

Join me as I share snippets of my own wild journey, tips, and true stories on how to kick life's azz and come out of your fires shining like pure gold!
