ChiroVisibility The Podcast
Hey there, Chiropractors!
Welcome to ChiroVisibility: The Podcast. I'm Philippa, a chiropractor who got a bit obsessed with why some practices show up online and others don't, and then accidentally turned that obsession into a whole community. This podcast is for small practice owners who want to understand the digital world without the overwhelm, so you can get found by your people and do the work you actually love.
ChiroVisibility The Podcast
That's Episode 1 "The Very Honest Intro"
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Consider this the honest intro nobody asked for, but every chiropractor needed. In this first episode, I'm telling you exactly who this podcast is for, why I started ChiroVisibility, and what I believe about chiropractic marketing. I'm talking about why feeling constrained by what you think you're supposed to do and how you're supposed to show up is exactly what's been holding you back. This is ChiroVisibility. Real, honest, and unapologetically you from the very first episode. It's time to breathe.

So, you know that feeling at the end of the day when you take your bra off, or your shoes, or your tie, that exhale, that oh thank goodness moment, the instant relief that comes with being comfortable in your own skin without anything holding you in or holding you up or pretending that anything is perfectly in place. That's what this podcast is. Welcome to the Chiropisibility Podcast. I'm your host, Philippa Wilmot, and we are taking the metaphorical bra off. This is where chiropractic finds its people, and we're starting exactly as we mean to go on. Honest, real, slightly unfiltered, and genuinely glad you're here to join me. So let's get on with it. Right, here we are. I've wanted to do this podcast for a little while. This podcast won't be perfectly produced or scripted, it won't be welcome to episode one, where today we'll do discuss this kind of thing. It's more like a conversation, and it's the kind you have with a friend who totally gets it, in the same world as you, doesn't need to explain what it's like to be a chiropractor trying to build something online while also running a practice and having a life. Um, so that's what this is, and if that sounds like your kind of thing, then that's brilliant. You are in the right place. I'd like to explain the title because it's completely intentional. I have to give this episode its proper credit. After a workshop I ran at Align the North in March 2026, a brilliant chiropractor called Nemi Mills said she felt like she'd taken her metaphorical bra off. That after years of being told how to show up, how to market, how to be online on social media, she finally felt free of it all. All the constraints, the old ideals, what she should do, how she should do it, that it had to be streamlined and pretty, all that had gone, and she said it better than I ever could because that's what chirophisibility is in a nutshell. It's what I'm trying to give every chiroprat who comes through this community the exhale, the freedom, the feeling of oh, it can just be me. So, Naomi, this one is for you, and thank you. The most ephorical bra for me is all the stuff we put on before we show up: the professional version, the polis version, the version that has the right words and the right tone and sounds impressive and authoritative and absolutely nothing like you'd actually talk, because we all do it. I've done it, I've written content that sounded great and meant nothing. I've shown up in a way that was technically correct and completely disconnected. I've spent times making things look perfect on the outside while internally going, uh, this doesn't feel like me at all. And I swear people can see that and feel that. And here is what I've learned both in my own work and in working with chiropractors, and the bra doesn't actually help. Does it make you more credible? Does it make people trust you more? Does it make your content perform better or your community grow faster? It just makes you really uncomfortable and it makes people watching it feel like they're looking at a brand rather than a human. So, bra off, shoes off, tie off. Here we are. I want you to let me tell you why I started chiropisibility and why I wanted to bring it to a podcast. I started chirovisibility because I genuinely believe chiropractors are some of the most under-represented, undervisible, under celebrated healthcare professionals out there, and that drives me um a little bit bonkers because the work, the actual work is extraordinary. The impact chiropractors have on people's lives every single day, that is remarkable. It's life-changing. The kind of stuff that should be everywhere, and yet I don't always see it. But so much of chiropractic marketing is either non-existent, and I say this with love, a little bit rubbish. It's stock photos, it's generic captions, it's canva graphics, it's technique posts that mean nothing to a person who just wants to know if you're the right person for them. And there's a huge gap between the real powerful human work that chiropractors do and how they show up online. And I've made it my mission to close that gap. This podcast exists for two reasons, if I'm honest. The first, I want to bring together a community. Chiropractors are trying to figure this stuff out who feel a bit alone, who feel that they need to hear, that they're not doing it wrong, they're just doing it the way everyone told them to do it, which isn't always right for us. And secondly, to spread chiropractic love to help every chiropractor listening build their own little community, their own visibility, their own people who find them because they showed up as themselves and they recognize them. So that's it. That is the whole mission in a nutshell. So, what are you actually getting yourself into by listening to the podcast? Honestly, it's real talk. Um, opinions, the occasional hill I will die on, and I have quite a few of those, so strap in. Um practical stuff you could actually use, uh, some stories of what works, conversations, no AI spiel. I use AI tools, I'll be transparent about that, but this is just me talking to you the way I would a friend, and we'll be covering everything from Instagram stories to context strategy to why you don't need to post every day to why your patients don't actually care about your technique, they care about their lives getting better. And we'll talk about community, about visibility, about showing up consistently without losing your mind or identity in the process, about staying connected, about emails, about the new way that actually AI finds you. Some episodes will be my own, just me. Some will have guests, and some of them will be honest. No, actually, all of them will be honest, and every single one of them will have the same intention. But before I go, I want to quickly say something. If you're a chiropractor ever felt like you're not doing social media correctly, like you're not good enough, like everyone else has figured something out that you haven't, I want you to hear this. You're not doing it wrong, you've just been given the wrong instructions, you don't need to go viral, you need a huge following, you don't need to post every day, or have a ring light or a perfectly curated feed. You do need to show up as yourself for the people who are already looking for exactly what you offer, and your story matters, your voice matters, your language matters, and when you stop performing a version of yourself and start just being yourself, well, that I think is what works. That's when the right people find you, and that's when chiropractic finds its people, which is exactly what this podcast is for. So, welcome, I'm really glad you're here. Let's build something real together. Um if you want to come in further into the chiropisibility world, the membership is open, it's there whenever you're ready, and the link is in the show notes. Um, get on the mailing list, follow me on socials, come say hello, ask me what you need. You are always welcome. I look forward to seeing you in there. Um, I want to say thank you for being part of the chiropisability pod where chiropractic finds its people, and I'll see you in the next one.
