Meet Lorraine Wiseman, someone who is truly redefining what it means to embrace the next chapter of life with purpose and impact!

Lorraine is the President and CEO of Leading the Wise Way, a consulting firm dedicated to strategy and change management.

As a global executive, Lorraine has served as the president of seven multinational corporations across six countries, so she knows a thing or two about leadership at the highest level. 

But what really lights me up about Lorraine is her passion for helping others navigate one of life’s biggest transitions—retirement.

At 60, she’s pursuing a PhD in psychology, focusing her research on the lack of psychosocial readiness for today’s retiring generation. She’s on a mission to help people reimagine their purpose and avoid the challenges, like depression, that often accompany this stage of life.

And she’s putting it all into an upcoming book that I cannot wait to read when it’s published!
